Avana Landing is a great complex with comfortable, spacious, and unique units. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, and the location is nestled perfectly in Mooresville. I love my apartment at Avana Landing!

It's been okay. Not great Not terrible. It could be better but hey it's our first apartment. Now we know what to look for & what to avoid in the next home.

One of Mooresville's first apartment complexes, many of these well-constructed apartments face a wooded ridge that surrounds the property offering a unique and rare living experience for each season. Large porches offer adequate space and views for outside quiet time. Walk-in closets offer adequate storage. They are conveniently located within walking distance of major shopping areas, drugstores and a hospital.

Avana Landing is a wonderful place to live! The changes that have taken place over the last year have been wonderful! The office staff and the maintenance team are awesome and they truly care about the community and the people!

A safe and well maintained community. The valet service was a blessing recently when I suffered a broken wrist.

The apartment overall is very nice. Loved how nice the kitchen looks. I was a little upset that the rooms do not have carpets like it shows online with the new renovations. I think in apartments at least the rooms should have them. But again, overall it is nice and the staff is very nice and kind. Application process was very easy and was happy to sign the lease online rather than trying to find time around my work schedule to be able to make it in the office.

I enjoy living in the apartment and being able to rely on managements commitment to the overall appearance and maintenance of the entire complex.

Hidden, pristine grounds bordered by surrounding large non-developed wooded areas. Extra large closets. Adequate balcony space. Older apartments remodeled with updated appliances. Kitchen lay outs are a bit cramped and outdated if you enjoy cooking. Convenient to shopping and medical facilities. Walk friendly. Handicapped and "senior" apartments available. Too many large dogs and multiple pets per apartment. Safe.

I love it here! I've been here for going on 4 years and the office and maintenance staff are always friendly and very nice. The ladies in the office listen and respond immediately. The maintenance guys handle any issues right away. It's a very calm and quiet place to live, never any problems. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. Everything is right here and a great neighborhood!

The staff - administrative and maintenance - are always cordial and helpful. It is nice to be greeted with a smile when going into the office. I LOVE the new “valet” trash pickup, and I’m especially glad to see some improvement of the area around the recycling dumpsters. It has been a hot mess for a long time - mostly caused by uncaring residents. I’m very pleased that our complex actually has “landscaping” instead of just asphalt everywhere. It is one of the reasons I have continued to renew my lease every year - and I’ve looked at other complexes. I think there has been an improvement on the response time of maintenance requests.

Love the green space, very quiet and friendly, Maintenance and property manager are very nice and helpfull.

Personnel are courteous and helpful and the space is good value for the money.

Initially we were extremely excited to move in. Touring with Breonna was great! She was very informative and helped us with any questions we may have. It wasn’t until the move-in date, Oct. 31st, where we started to have second thoughts. The 1st apartment was not ready to be moved in. The sink was not attached to the counter, baseboards were missing, nails were all over the apartment, light fixtures were missing, water damage; to say the least we were not happy about any of what we saw. We went to Breonna the next day to show her what we saw and how we were not happy, she said she could help us and that she would tell the property manager and have her reach out to us. Well, for two days we waited to hear back from the property manager. On the third day of still not hearing anything we decided to go and see if she was on site and she was. She had no idea what had happened. But let me say Ashlee was AMAZING!!! We told her everything that happened and she was so understanding of why we were upset, showed us different options that were move-in ready, and gave us enough time to talk things over to be sure. Ashlee and Eddie (maintenance) went above and beyond on fixing things we noticed weren’t right in the new apartment. I’m so glad we decided to give Avana Landing a second chance!!!

It is generally a very nice, quiet, and pleasant community. The pool is a place where you could meet people and socialize. The gym is sufficent for most work out routines and is rarely crowded.

Overall a great value for the money. We have been pleased with the no smoking in units pick and the condition of the apartment.

I appreciate the support of the on-site office and maintenance personnel.

The apartment is in a great area with greater amenities. The process to become a resident may be stressful.

With all of the issues in today’s economy, this complex delivers a great value!

Excellent location within walking distance of Target and Food Lion. Maintenance is super-quick to fix things - my last two problems were fixed within an hour of my putting in the request.

We've been here 9 years and we love it. Near shopping and our kids. The grounds are kept reasonably well. Looking forward to another year at Avana Landing.

Great location, with a relatively easy walk to Target and nearby shops but far enough from the main road that you don't get much road noise. Also nicely nestled up against the woods. Office and maintenance staff have always been responsive when I've needed them.

I love the gym! I love my apartment! I love the neighbors! Everybody is friendly and smiles!

This is a beautiful community I've lived here for many years I've enjoyed it no matter the management it just needs a few things to be addressed and it would actually be perfect I have no issues with my apartment I've Loved living here I've lived here for over 20 years. Have very few complaints after all the years of living here it's been very relaxing and been a great place to call a home.

Needs lots of improvements such as roues enforced and fresh paint also the grounds between the maintenance shed and the pool is very torn up and no grass it does not look very nice.. one of the biggest concerns is the way the dumpster looks it just looks so nasty and dirty it really needs a lot of attention I've lived here many years and never seen it look this bad... I think with these improvements it could be a much more enjoyable place to live thank you

Beautiful area in a secluded cul de sac with shopping minutes away.

Since the new owners have taken over it seems like improvements are starting to be done on the grounds. Avana landing is tucked way back off the road with many trees and rolling terrain which gives it a very unique look

My 6 years at Avana Landing have been a great experience. Everyone is friendly and we have a wonderful community.
