Fixing all the curbs, Every buildings exterior got a face-lift. replacing missing and damaged wood trim then painting every building. My roommate and I love the space of the three bedroom apartment. It is quite comfortable. The leasing agent Ashley was extremely helpful in getting all the documents signed.
Avana Hamptons Community is the place to live and rise children.It provides excellent and professional workers that give clear explanations. The community is clean and fulfil needs upon request efficiently in it maintenance services.It is so close to the town area less hassling to get what you may not have quickly. I just moved here into my apartment from Utah. Right from the beginning, I felt welcome and the management was awesome and helped me out with all questions I had regarding my move. I called several times ahead of my move because I had some questions and they were all answered in a professional and timely manner. The apartment was super clean when I moved in and a few minor issues were repaired within days. I couldn't be happier and for now, I just enjoy my place.

If you're looking for a good place to live, good price, updated features, and pet friendly, avana hamptons is a great place for you. You can be as involved or not with monthly activities. 24/7 gym access to a good amount of equipment. A small computer space/printer to use in office too. Maintenance and management teams are nice and respond appropriately.

I’ve lived here for 6 years, started off in a 2 bedroom and then transferred to an upgraded townhomeafter 2 years. Staff is great and very acomidating. There have been numerous staff changes over the last 6 years and there were a few bad eggs there for a while but the new staff is wonderful and the one constant staff member the maintenance supervisor is great and quick to fix any problems within his control. New owners are really stepping up on making the property look updated and clean. Looking forward to many more years of living here!
The apartments are renovated with some nice touches like a light brown paint inside and chrome ceiling fans, and the bathroom light fixtures are nice. We thought the fact they had a garbage service that picks up your garbage every morning would be nice, but its not so nice when the neighbors garbage leaks and they don't clean it for weeks. The complex's garbage and recycling area needs improving also. There are so many couches and broken bikes, and whatever else people decide to throw away sitting outside the compactor which is very unsightly. The utilities here are extremely high, 170 a month for our family of 5 and a half. We also pay pet rent, which I've never heard of. $25 a pet, so our 1145 rent is actually 1376 after all the fees, pet rent, etc. The best thing is when you file your maintenance request , which you can do online, they are usually there within a day or two. All in all not the worst place to live but not a five star either.
It was a GREAT experience with a lot of laughter and realistic expectations met. Moving here soon!
