I've been here less than a year, but everything has been good and going good love the pool and all the other activities you can do around. And the staff are nice, understanding, and helpful
Pros: Nice place to live. Staff is wonderful and responsive. Cons: Sometimes people pile up a bunch of stuff by the large dumpster and it’s super gross and unsightly.

The place is beautiful, and the staff are super nice. I'll be living right behind my best friend so it now easier for us to hang out! Love how there are 2 separate pools and gym, at other side of apartment.

Rent is to high to afford, wouldn't recomend living here, as the amenities don't even out the high pay. To live here would need roommates that can help you

beautiful property with wonderful dog park and tons of grass space for walking. staff is very kind and helpful, units are large with spacious layouts and plenty of storage and cabinet space. and the trash butler service is a game changer!!!

Living here since 2022 and love it! Very friendly staff and neighbors, and our dogs love the dog park (and the free treats). The staff is very responsive to any maintenance issues and are quick to help out.

I’ve been living at Avana Evergreen for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a pretty solid experience. The area itself is super quiet and tucked into this little pocket of trees, which I love—it feels like you’re away from the noise, but you're still close to everything you need (stores, restaurants, freeway access, all of it). The apartments are nice—clean, modern, and the in-unit washer/dryer situation is a lifesaver. I’ve got a little yard that’s perfect for just sitting out with a coffee and zoning out for a bit. Maintenance has always been quick and respectful, which is a big deal to me. They actually follow through when you put in a request. There are two pools, a gym, firepit area, and even a little dog run. It’s definitely pet-friendly. And the vibe overall is pretty laid-back. You can tell the staff actually care, and the place is kept up well. If you’re looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place to live in Vancouver, I’d say Avana Evergreen is worth checking out.

Maintenance is always on point, it is such a joy to love here! Location is perfect just 5 min away from the freeway. I’ve lived here for almost 11 years now and it’s been amazing the whole time!

Okay place to live, kinda sucks that get charged for garbage pick up and at times the trash doesn't get picked up fro your door or on the most frequent days you need pick up they don't provide that serivce..

The main office staff Pam is super great and helpful and willing to work with you no matter what kind of situation you’re in the over staff members are great as well and the maintenance workers are super quick and treat your place with respect when they have to come in and fix things.

Okay place to live, expensive for sure though.. so if want to live here, I would recommend having roommates. Club house doesnt offer anything.. has 2 pools but no hot tub and a gym which is nice to have. The place is in a decent neighborhood.

Nice apartment complex, nothing really crazy happens here. Gate seems to be broke like 80% of the time and the package locker is kinda inconvenient but all in all good
trash and mail services are perfect, the apartment is great and haven’t had many maintenance issues, the community is quiet and clean and respectful of each other
Maintenance is great and so are the office staff. Also love all the amenities we have access too including the soccer field. I love taking my son to the park and letting him play in the leaves during this time of the season.
Okay place, rent is high so make sure to have good income to live here... would recommend to find a different place to be honest for the amount being paid here and not having a clubhouse to to use anytime or to rent out... better to live else where and pay less too!

I love my unit an refer others here. Maintenance is always in top of it an I adore Pam in the office she is alwsys working an goes above an beyond. I hate my noise neighbors who don't care about others WHICH IS MY ONLT COMPLAINT
Great apartment complex. Staff is friendly. The are consistent with annual maintenance of the complex. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. We like that it’s gated and has pools and a playground for the kids.

Avana Evergreen has been the most conscientious of everything. The maintenance is swift and complete. The community is quiet. The grounds are mature and well maintained. This is truly a place to come home to and relax. There is a mix of all nationalities and respect for all!!

I think I've been here maybe 6months, It's been going great, staff is quick to respond to any maintenance needed. The apps are pretty straight forward to use. Would highly recommend friends and family to live here

Beautiful and quiet area, nice people and clean property. Only complaint is that my front door can’t properly lock and I have some broken or rusty household parts that really need to be replaced. Other than that everything is perfect and front office staff is very very nice and professional

minus the people outside my window all hours of the night. I like it here, very peaceful compared to the last apartment we lived in. Feel safe and the amenities are a plenty.

Pamela has been super helpful and nice. Other residents have been so kind too as I've been healing from surgery. Lots of people willing to help carry packages and groceries for me. Neighbors are respectful. And I love the large dog community here!

Loved living here. The office staff was always amazing & the maintenence guys really nice. Sad to leave, mostly because of the people. Will always miss Pammy in the office!

Great staff, nice apartments. Usually plenty of parking. Lots of grass to walk pets or spend time with family and friends. No real complaints about apartments or people working for them.

On-site staff were welcoming and pleasant. I had many question and both Anna and Pam answered all my questions. I brought up a concern to Pam and she noted it down and was immediately taken cared of. It was a very positive meet. The corporate office also called and asked me if I need anything from them to make my move in successful. I felt they genuinely care about their future and existing residents. For the price and professionalism I would recommend this place.

Avana evergreen has a Nice community, and renovated homes. Cute lil gym with wight up to 40 or 45 and kettle bells, cable machine, chest press, leg extension, cardio and a free bench, as well as a mat and jump rope Had a few small ussual issues, but were solved by the maintenance crew or leasing office. Love Pam!
