The community is extremely beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly environment and most importantly I feel safe coming home at night after work. One thing I'm concerned about is the gate have been broken for months now!

I really like living at Avana Cypress Creek Apartments. I had a very good move-in experience, and my apartment, garage and balcony had been cleaned, painted, and the flooring replaced prior to my move-in and overall it was very clean, modern and beautiful. I really like the amenities, especially the pool, spa, and fitness center. The fitness center equipment and facilities are excellent and the best I found by far in comparison to other similar properties that I had toured in this area. The Management and Maintenance Teams are responsive, approachable and very professional as well. I would highly recommend Avana Cypress Creek Apartments to anyone who is considering relocating to this area, and who is interested in leasing an apartment.
Its been 5 months since Ive been calling about a noise complaint and Management has not been able to solved this issue. Imagine getting home late from work and you cant get some rest at night and have to be up early for work. Living at Avana cypress creek has not been a pleasant experience because of the noise upstairs. If it wasnt for that issue, this could of been a better experience. I am tired of calling and complaining and nothing is being done.
The apartment is spacious for the price, the amenities are ok could be better and the overall Cleanliness of the complex could be better.
Avana is a very quiet nice neighborhood. Maintenance is very swift, they always get the job done without a problem.
Whenever I need assistance or have any concerns it was dealt with in a timely manner and with courtesy.
Going into year three and the management team is amazing. They are responsive, diligent and thoughtful. The property is centrally located 6 miles from i-95 and a short 2.5 miles from the Turnpike. The North Lauderdale suburb is the perfect blend of urban sprawl and proximate convenience. The units are well appointed and the neighbors generally a delight. This resident is a happy camper.
Avana Cypress Creek is a great community, the staff are always courteous and gives satisfactory results to whatever your concern maybe. I am happy to be a resident here.
This is the best rental community I have ever lived in.The Office staff is very professional and always follow up with any questions or concerns I might have. The premises are extremely clean, the amenities areas such as the (gym & pool) are beautiful and very clean as well.
The maintenance has gone bad . It wasnt like that before . The office staff keeps changing and the rules keep changing

The professionalism of the worker they are courteous and understanding
Beautiful living community with 5 star rating. The front office and management staff are very courteous and proactive to your needs. If there was a sixth rating they would have another star. Keep up the could work!
Decent place to live. Rent is too high for the noise, speeding, space of living here. Never enough parking. Gate is always broken or you have to use your fob 4-8 times to get it to open. Not enough dog poo pick up stations on the property.

There no proper maintenance to this place . No parking . No lighting in the pathway while entering the first floor homes . It’s too dark and you have switch on your mobile light to walk out of the path way . It’s risky and dangerous if you are not very careful. There is alway a tree log fallen on the ground and with no lights , it can hurt anyone.

This is my second year living at Avana Cypress Creek and it has being a true Blessing! The staff is amazing. They will be there on the best of their ability and even through community changes they work hard to maintain everything in order. Quiet, peaceful place, clean and beautiful on the inside of your property. Highly recommended!

Not happy overall with our experience here. The apartment is good but walls are too thin. Security gate always broken. Had a terrible experience with past management.
Avana Cypress Creek is a small, beautiful and peaceful community. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Located just minute away from Fort Lauder dale and near to I-95 makes it an ideal location. The apartments are very spacious with Granite in kitchen and washroom. It also has a Gym and a swimming pool, pool table to name a few amenities.

Staff it's prepared and gently. The house it's updated and it was cleaned when we moved in.
The staff is pretty amazing, very nice and professional people in the office, no matter what issue I had they always solved it so efficiently, even my move in process was so smooth, if I had a question Daisy & Yanet were always there to help and answer my questions, the community is beautiful. I love being home, at the end of the week from a long week of work, the only thing I want to do is go home, my apartment is absolutely perfect.
Worst place to live at they dont clean the place the garden is a mess you always going to find condoms, weed all over the place. people always washing their cars in front of your apartment the gate never works. no parking space available.

The Good Apartments are beautiful and the pool is second to none. The Bad Strangely enough, many crime incidents. People who do not live in the complex will make their way to the pool all the time. Marihuana friendly...you will smell it every afternoon. If you break your lease, be ready for 3 months rent charge. (1 in advance 2 for moving out) Even if you clean the apartment, you will most likely be charged...just because...a cleaning fee. Parking is really bad at night. Access to restrooms by the pool never works. Rent insurance only covers water and fire damage....you will pay for everything else (don't get mislead)

The Good: Updated appliances; beautiful kitchen and wood flooring with large bedrooms. Nice landscaping and beautiful pool area with resort style cabanas.... The Bad: Overpriced monthly rent. Horrible outdoor sewage system from the sprinklers. The water from the sprinklers is so toxic that it destroys the paint on your car and leaves a yellow hue on it. The parking is HORRIBLE!!!! In so many words HORRIBLE!!! You would have no choice but to opt-in for a garage unit which will cost you at least 2 grand a month as if you're living on the beach. There is animal droppings everywhere on the property because tenants refuse to pick up after their pets, other than that it's a nice place to live. Such a beautiful property, but such am uncomfortable stressful place to live!!
