I honestly would NOT recommend living here. Unless you had no other choice. It was not a smooth experience for me. You get shown a model unit that is pristine and inviting. Your actual unit may be roach infested. As a perspective resident, you are treated very kindly and accommodating. But once you’re in, you get treated like a nuisance when you request for help. Now I avoid interactions with the leasing office staff as much as possible. Plus this place has roaches and staff seem to know about it but still let people move in.

Do not rent. We moved into a “newly renovated apartment“. The paint is peeling off the cabinets and doors in the kitchen. Refrigerator drawers and shelves were broken so we don’t even have a fully usable refrigerator.Neither shower works properly. And roaches were found in the apartment since day, one of move-in even though we have to pay a pest control fee monthly.

Were sorry to hear that you did not receive your apartment in the condition it should of. Please contact the office to discuss your issues that still have not been resolved.
Overall, the community is fine and we enjoy living here, but the noise levels on weekends are a concern. People often stay at the pool until very late—sometimes as late as 3am—with loud music and gatherings that make it hard to sleep. Additionally, some residents use the dog park late at night, and the barking becomes disruptive. We understand everyone wants to enjoy the amenities, but it would help if quiet hours were better enforced, especially around the pool and dog park, so all residents can enjoy a peaceful environment.

I’ve requested several times in person and even an official written request via email to have my assigned parking spot changed. My apartment is near the exit gate, but my assigned spot is on the back farthest wall of the property. The only response I’ve received during the SIX MONTHS I’ve requested it is “I’ll talk to my manager” it’s honestly unprofessional at this point. The front spa &pool have been closed for 2 months. The package delivery service we all pay for each month is always full and gets delivered to our door anyways. Why charge us? When informing the front office ahead of time that you’ll be paying rent a few days late due to payday falling just after 1st of the month, the office ladies will say they’ll wave the late fee, but then the manager won’t uphold that promise. All I can say is, ask to read the full agreement before you sign a lease with Greystar properties. I give it 2 stars because they are very prompt on maintenance repair requests.

Hello - it's truly upsetting to hear that you didn't receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. We have had on-going issues with the front pool and explained to our residents on why the front pool is closed. For the parking lot space you can request a reasonable accommodation to move spots and that would have to be approved by our community manager. As far as the parcel fee that is part of the lease and something we can't remove, delivery providers have instructions to deliver to the locker however many delivery providers fail to comply. We also only allow one late fee waiver per year, if you have already used the late fee waiver we will not be able to remove anymore. one of the worst apartments I've lived at. The gates to the apartment are left open so you half to be careful around the parking lot because of the bums, and street venders. there are sales pamphlets all around the doors. mail is left floating around the mailboxes because of the busted mailboxes

I enjoyed the apartments and community initially. However, since living here for almost one year, come June 2025, the upkeep of the pools has been bad. The pools have been closed for several weeks now, and there has been no explanation as to when they will open again.

I just moved in. Luz office leasing agent is awesome. She is very courteous, She was there waiting for me when I picked up my keys and had a packet and explained everything to me. When I came and told her issues that needed to be fixed she offered to submit maintenance service orders for me. Luz is great. I love my new apartment and feel comfortable to talk to Luz if I have any issues.

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in, highly infested with roaches. Maintenance walk around just to be seen when they really be at the back the apartments behind the dumpster eating and sleeping in they little golf cart.

had a leak from upstairs after several day they came out to look at it then waited another day for a third party to make the repair and no one has come out to fix the hole in the ceiling yet

I’ll start with roaches, myself and every tenant I’ve spoken too, has them as an issue, pest control only comes once a week. They’ll be nice to you your first month or two, then they’ll begin to hand out fines whenever they get the chance. Overly strict patio policies use words such as “unsightly items” as a fineable offense so they can charge you whatever they want (amount not listed in lease agreement) for any item they find ugly, with a 10 day notice to remedy or they’ll begin evictions. Even adding lights or some potted plants is against policy. On the patio is a laundry room and the water heater with a small shelf for storage, otherwise all storage has to be kept inside the home.They’ll even fine you if your window curtains aren’t white, So it’s aesthetically pleasing to visitors and potential residents. Even though they have the addendum in the lease agreement that they can change your assigned parking space, from day 1 of my lease, they have refused to change my spot from the opposite corner of the entire complex to somewhere even close to my apartment.

Some things need improvement but overall it's okay. It's a nice place, staff is good. However the fitness center needs improvement. The maintenance team some of them do their jobs, others donnot.

Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I still haven’t gotten a screen door replacement. Besides that I enjoy where I live. My children go outside and play at the playground on site with the neighbor children. I’ve been here for about 3 months and no complaints. ??

Looks great on paper, the real thing is horrible. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Moved in to a dirty apartment, broken dryer that took 4 months and tons of effort on my part to get fixed. Charged late for rent because their portal crashed.
