Property Ratings at Avana Coral Springs
The day I toured the apartment, I felt that I was home. Two years and 4 months later and it still feels like home. The maintenance workers and staff are always so pleasant and willing to help. An example is when I was bringing in groceries, one of the maintenance workers stopped what he was doing to help bring my groceries in for me. I have countless other examples similar to this. The apartment that I am in is a 1:1 and it is perfect for me. I love, love, love the bedroom and closet size. Stop hesitating and check the apartments out......you will feel at home too. (Carissa)

NOT a place that take care of the residents. Place was nice the staff was nice until Greystar management took over the staff and property manager are rude do not handle issues they allow contractors to live in the appartments (25 PEOPLE IN ONE UNIT) while doing a job and let them take over the place and resident are left living a nightmare or to pick up a large TOW bill over the contractors GREYSTAR invited in they park in paid spots they drink and smoke all night and then park in your PAID spot like they own it and your car towed and have to pick up the bill call leasing office and you get no assistance and zero refund. What I did get was someone talking over me and making excuses RUN AND DO NOT WALK!

Amenities not for use of residents if you work 9-5 and closed on Sunday. Hot tub is cold and dirty or broken most of the time.

This community is conveniently located and at a walking distance to several stores. Appliances are outdated, gym area is poorly equipped and can be only accessed during office hours; the office is closed on Sundays. The pool can only be accessed as long as the padlocks are opened, do not expect to have access granted during early hours on weekends ( 09:00 am), especially on Sundays. There is no playground area for children. I do not recommend this community due to the lack of amenities and unresponsive management.

yes
It's a good community, but I would recommend to anyone looking for a good price. It's more of a "you get what you pay for" complex. The staff is nice and so is maintenance. The community members can get roudy, and my neighbors constantly leave their trash out their door. If I renew, I'll probably ask to move into a different building.
I don’t have much privacy. It is a nice area to live but there is no privacy at my unit and
Lovely neighborhood, close to restaurants and stores, good schools, nice lake
I would recommend this community to everyone its well kept and friendly staff.
I would recommend this community to family and friends, for the most part it is relatively quiet, and it is centrally located
I feel comfortable and safe in my building. The only complaint is the garbage area always a big disaster. no matter how many times the grounds maintenance keep it clean. they work very hard to maintain the grounds.
I recommend this apartment community are very good because it has a naturalized.
Safe location. But amenities are outdated and leasing rates continue to rise every year with no updates to apartment
I would because the price is right and the staff, including the maintenance workers are very nice and helpful. I would NOT because the grounds are not kept up....the shrubbery is old and some need to be pulled and mulched.
I would because of the value. The people that work here are great also
Comfortable and quiet. Office Manager and staff made me feel like family.
I would recommend the apartment community, the community is not bad and is really a nice and relaxing place to call home for the most part, but they do need to fix certain issues within the apartment.
You ever argue with a voice mail system? I prefer to talk with people!
Location and it’s pretty quiet for the most part but we can’t always choose our neighbors
Nice community and professional and caring staff, especially the manager Erica
I am pleased that my service requests are satisfied same day.
This is a very old complex. I believe about 30 years. It would be nice to see newer appliances and cabinets and countertops offered.
I wish we had a gate so not anyone could just access the community.
Nothing is updated until it completely breaks down to the point where it cannot be repaired. Rents, however, go up every year.
Apartments offer great storage especially if coming from a large house. You can feel safe in this community with lots of ammenities and the area is super close to shopping, eateries and highways !! The girls in the office Antoinette and Maria will make sure they have a fit for all your needs !!! Win .. Win situation and I highly recommend Park Place at Turtle Run as your next home !!
I wouldn't recommend this apartment community, because for the price of the rent water should also be included and it is not. And having to pay for water here but yet the pressure of the water is so horrible that I barely receive and hot water and when I complain about it I'm being told that's how the property is.
Decent monthly price, needs better security. My package was lost in the mail and I still haven't received word about it. Having packages sent to the office is the method of retrieval set forth by Park Place. So if my package is missing from your process you should have to pay for that package.
I like the people work here but I don't like it because don't have gate and anyone can entrance and make worst inside and bring a lot trash and deposit garbage on there also weekends have a lot people coming with drinks on the pool because don't have lock the gate for entrance on the pool.
I would recommend for the location and wonderful office staff. I have researched upgraded apartments with similar price tags.
convenient location and almost complete soundproof from adjacent apts. can walk to most of my needs.
Because of the way some of the tenants keep the place ,they let their pets make a mess and do not clean up after them dogs running around off their leash
The view is beautiful, the apartment is a cozy spacious one bedroom and the patio is just as spacious , in a well accessible to all kinds of shopping community
Rent continues to increase without any modernization of apartment. Appliances are very old, countertops not modern, mold visual in vents and fixtures. For same rent, could be in apt with granite, stainless steel or modern appliances
the only reason I would not is the garbage area. The maintenance guys are great about the area keeping it clean but the other tenants that are LAZY and SLOBS!
so far I've lived here for about 6 months and I can not wait to leave. all the appliances are our dated. every step you make sounds crazy loud (thin floors) parking after 8pm SUCKS. don't bother with this place. it's not worth it at all.
This complex is perfect for first time renters like myself, it is in perfect location located right next to everything that you could possible need. Also the neighborhood is very quite which allows you to always have peace of mind while relaxing at home also there is always plenty of parking so no need to hurry home to get a good spot. I'm really glad I we choose to make this our home.
Lived here for over 18 years and it gradually has gotten worse it will hopefully regain its beauty again.
I love the complex and the area is really nice. Close to everything you could possibly need (literally). But it is a little expensive for the actual apartment. Nothing is included and the rent is a little on the pricier side for what your getting. The staff is awesome and I have never had any complains or problems!
This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city. Best Regards. Sandeep
the 1st move is to buy low. Next you do the things that show and fix it as cheap as possible Then you start raising the rent on the people already there and start new lookers at a competitive price You get the place full as possible and put the property on sale for a nice profit.
