Moving to Marietta? Don’t let your feathers get ruffled the first time you’re told to turn at the big chicken. It’s not a joke. The 56-foot-tall landmark is a staple of most directions. A Georgia Tech student who obviously had a sense of humor designed the giant, steel bird in 1963. The beak opens and closes as the eyes spin around. Stop in for lunch! The chicken is perched atop a KFC. You can also grab (pluck?) a “Big Chicken” mug or T-shirt from the gift shop.
Marietta Square is the central hub for a city that dates back to 1834. The historic square contains antique stores, boutiques, gift shops, and restaurants. It’s also the location of the Marietta Farmer’s Market, a year-round market with more than 65 vendors.

The apartment complex is wonderful but the one issue I would have as a long-term renter is that every 2 to 3 years it goes into new ownership and sometimes that means we have to deal with people who are just using us as an investment without fixing anything. The current management of the property is actually extremely responsive and kind while we haven’t seen improvement yet, I actually do expect things to be really nice here in the next year under their care and management. They already treat the tenants with more dignity than the previous owners had.

Overall the property is very beautiful. There are so many trees and wooded areas, which makes the buildings feel private and provides a lovely view. The proximity to both the highway and shopping, gas, and Starbucks (especially good for me!) is a huge advantage to the property.

Could not be happier with the move in so far! Process was nice and smooth. So far great management that actually picks up the phone and is there in the building. Big improvement from my previous experience place for sure! Place is well kept and tidy and does well to inform you about everything. Also their systems for doing everything is well done and nice to use for like paying the rent and maintenance requests. Area is nice and quiet and very scenic. Almost like being at a mountain resort.

Nice and quiet community, decent floorplans for an average price. I have been a resident in this community for 5 years now. Despite the change in management, the service is roughly the same as with previous management, (not great) the only thing that has changed is the appearance of customer service being better. In my personal experience, maintenance here is very slow to react to work orders, the staff here are great at telling you what you would like to hear, but beware of the fact that there is virtually no followthrough. If something breaks around your apartment unit, unless it is a complicated fix, (HVAC)I would honestly DIY it. It will save you a lot of grief interacting with the somewhat incompetent staff.

Best apartment all around with great prices. If your looking for a 1or2 bedroom this is it, new management is amazing never in 2 years have big issues or anything wrong with my apartment & at night you can see Atlanta it's so beautiful & have a picnic right at the benches. Pool is great & always clean & great school's around too
When my husband & I were first inquiring about these apartments, it was one of the very few apartment complexes to actually answer the phone! The staff was very helpful over the phone and answered all the questions we had with our application process! They were very good at getting back to us & communicating. We love our cozy apartment and beautiful view from our balcony, and appreciate the price for the location that we are in!
For the past 12 years, I have called Rosemont Cityview home. I love my apartment, & all the amenities. The staff are friendly & helpful. Alexandra, Assistant Manager, is always accessible and responsive. Also want to give shout outs to Lester & Chris on Maintenance Team--they're the best! Property is well kept, and landscaping crew make sure grounds are well tended. Great place to live!

Please run far away from this place as far as you can. New management is horrible. No communication, no one answers the phone or return phone calls. Property manager unprofessional & rude. Tenants do not pick up after their pets.
Moving in the middle of a pandemic is stressful enough however Tracy made my experience worth the wait. I had been doing the virtual tours with different apartment complex(s) within the Cobb County area and I have to say Tracy’s one on one time explaining the time frames and what will happen during the application process and move in process made me feel already at home. I currently reside in the Sequoia floor plan and there were none to show at the time so I had to just rely on the floor plan map for reference. My move in was so smooth, she explained the Covid-19 process of receiving my keys and lease. The day of move in, she called earlier than what I expected and told me welcome home. The apartment is amazing and huge. The view of the city is breath taking and worth every penny. I can say the apartments are very quiet and I’ve met so many of my neighbors that are friendly. I think I made the best choice ever of picking Rosemont City view for my place to call home. If you are looking for a place to call home, I would call Tracy to get the ball rolling. Tracy gave me the best customer service and professionalism I have experienced in a very long time.

Great staff! Ms. Q and Ms. Tracy are awesome representatives of day rise residential. The going rates for the units are unmatched, along with the available amenities spaces available 24 hours for the residents. Definitely recommend big time!

The neighbors are kind and respectful. There are also some great amenities including an outdoor pool and gym room. I am on my 3rd year here and overall it is a nice place to live. It is an older complex and certainly not perfect but all that gets put into perspective when I write my rent check. My previous apartment was 60% more expensive than here. The location is great and the staff is friendly and attentive. Service request can sometimes be a little slow but once reminded they always come the next day. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of resident turnover which speaks for itself.
This apartment complex has been a living nightmare. The apartment was not ready on the day we scheduled with them to move in. We did our walkthrough and everything was falling apart. We had to wait on maintenance to do work on the unit before we could get our stuff in; meanwhile, we had taken off from work, made arrangements for help, and dedicated this day to our move. It was a delayed process. Since the day we moved in, they promised plenty of things for the apartment that was never completed. There is no door to the laundry room. There is a leak in the vent where water drips constantly. All of the drawers and cabinets do not close completely and/or fall. There is mold in the windows. Not to mention the roach infestation that I had to eventually complain to corporate about. The place is disgusting and they do not care about your well-being. Prices seem fair but you're definitely not getting your money's worth. I do not recommend.

Been over a month now and still no one came out and fix the giant hole in my ceiling from the upstairs apartment . Don’t move here
I love it here. I have 2 big balconies and I love all of the trees and how quiet and peaceful it is. The maintenance team and staff are friendly, personable and reliable. The apartments have a campground feel and there is a really nice big pool and grills and pretty trails for walking my dog. I feel safe here and my apartment is really big with lots of natural light. My only complaint is I wish they would hire a recycling company, as I have to drive my recycling to a center. Otherwise, I'm really happy here!

The ones that are currently there are beyond rude when you can get someone on the line or working in the office. I have asked the staff on two different occasions to come out and fix the light pole outside of the apartment building, it is so dark out here when I am coming home from work. Not only is it dark but there are bushes and hedges that can impede my view of potential danger. You think anyone care? Oh and the front of the property is BEAUTIFUL and they have even redone the office, but just ask a regular tenant, not the model apartment, to see how dated these apartments are. They are more concerned about putting up a farce for new tenant oppose to making their current tenants happy. The quality of tenant have obviously changed as well, it used to be safe but I dont know how long this is going to last because I see people hanging outside all day and all times of night. My advice to anyone reading this message, DO NOT BE DECEIVED
I don't know where to start. How about grounds not being maintained, hostile, defensive office personnel, promises unfulfilled, no response to work order requests? Rosemont CityView has gone downhill since being taken over by Vesta 24-7 (management/ownership company out of Houston) more than a year ago. Vesta started with promises of upgrades and good things to come. As an example, we were told over and over that upgraded landscaping was coming. A year later the grounds are not getting routine care. There are untrimmed bushes, dead bushes, bare ground filled with weeds, trash scattered about - except in the most visible, public areas. Yes, we did get exterior paint as part of a cosmetic refresh. I have been patient, giving the new company time to implement their plans. The honeymoon is over. Residents are restless. Does it help to talk to office personnel about what is happening? No. There is zero interest in resident's concerns or suggestions. With no concept of customer service, the office prim-donnas make excuses and issue blame. They are more concerned about going to lunch than keeping the office open during posted hours. Residents don't want more excuses or even explanations. Our wishes are simple. We want work orders done within a few days, by friendly, knowledgeable maintenance personnel who are wearing official shirts and name tags, a paper trail whenever personnel have been in an apartment, timely alerts regarding activities on the property that impact our living conditions, grounds maintained, the office open and phones answered during posted hours, work orders written correctly, monthly costs transparent and to be treated kindly. As residents we sign a lease and pay rent with certain expectation. Our expectations, listed above, are not being met. Yes, I will be moving when my lease is up. And, yes, it is because of the current management. Think twice before renting a property managed by Vesta 24-7.
DON'T MOVE HERE. 4 yr resident and it's been the worse experience ever. The Staff turnover is monthly and you never know who is who. We literally had no maintenance assistance for months. And if you have an issue you better pray it's not an emergency or just fix it yourself. Try getting anyone on the phone is impossible. Oh and make sure you have a savings fund for your winter electric bill, it gets in the 200s plus. The insulation in these homes are THE worst. I have camped out in tents that stay warmer than these homes. They promise upgrades and better service each year but honestly it has only gotten worse. It's sad because this is a very quiet and safe area. But whomever is managing this property has dropped the ball big time. Hope you have a gym membership because the equipment stays broke. They JUST got 2 new treadmills and they are both out of order. They did upgrade the pool area, but yet I'm still waiting on 2 maintenance requests from a month ago and so are my neighbors. RESIDENTS ARE NOT A PRIORITY . One thing they are consist with is raising your rent. The nerve. They should be lowering it.

Retired military and have travel worldwide, so when I say this complex is an awesome place to live, I'm saying from experience. All the staff are professionals and the complex is very well kept. This complex is located near an university, therefore, I like several students live here. The business center is equipped with the top of line computer which is available 24/7, along with a fully equipped gym that would be Gold's Gym to shame. The pool area along with the out door cooking area is also clear and well maintained. The complex has one and two bedroom apartments, some with fireplaces. Once I graduate, I may just stay right, cheaper than owning a house.
