The staff are so incredibly kind and welcoming which I find to be extremely rare these days, especially during my recent apartment search. They are all very informative and beyond personable. Staff in the office seem friendly. Not a fan of the after hours answering service. They do need more staff in office though to return calls as their voicemail is currently not getting messages to the staff which can make it inconvenient. Garbage area could be looked after more. Should be checked daily to pick up garbage on the ground so it is not just laying there. Clothes, toys, or whatever people have disposed of. The grounds could be looked after more so people are not stepping in dog poo. I feel like I'm constantly watching where I walking. They need a porter to take care of the garbage area and clean up grass areas where there is dog poo poo. Also the dog waste stations seem to overflow more these days. Maintenance needs to stay on top of that.

Overall, this is our favorite apartment we have been in. It is a decent price and the people within the community are kind. We have yet to meet a lot of the new Avana Birch Team (maybe in the future?), but we enjoy living here. We feel safe and never have issues with noise complaints or anything like that.

Apartments are Beautiful and clean. Quiet community. Very Walkable area. Friendly staff. Amazing community lounge for throwing events. Espresso on tap in the office, WHAT?! Love it here. Highly recommend.

This is underrated apartment complex, real hidden gem. I have lived in many, many apartment complexes but this is far better than most. This was good surprise, since I didn't expect much first. It is smoke free place and fortunately neighbors respect this. Grounds keeper goes around everyday and it's pretty clean. Maintenance team is greatest positive surprise! They just won't take time to show up. They actually care and make you feel important! That's nice and unexpected. Office girls are nice too and very helpful with packages deliveries. I appreciate this much. I love those Sunday brunches when they happen or other thing office would do for us (tenants). I recommend this place!
Do not live here . #1 they raise rent every year by 8 to 10 % # 2 they do have enough parking space. you have to park far away from your unit 300 to 400 feet, walking to your unit in the dark ... worse when holidays come you park at wall mart store , #3 ANT PROBLEM.. i am not recommend this place
The only complaint that I have is that if you come home after 7 pm, there is no parking. Staff is friendly, workout room is petty much always vacant, pool is nice in summer. They allow pets. It has everything we need and a competitive price.
I've now lived at the Birch Pointe apartments for just about a year now, and honestly my only real complaint is my neighbors' crazy girlfriend! She comes over at random hours of the night and pounds on his door/window/sliding glass door for hours on end!! It's nuts! Otherwise this place is great! Management is always helpful! Maintenance requests are handled promptly! Cheapest rent around and most of the units are being refurbished as people move out!
When you move into the apartment management does not tell you that if your were late at night pass 9pm your will not have a parking spot at the apartment and will have to park blocks away at walmart. Also I signed a lease for 12 month stating this was the rent I was going to pay and they increased the rent and said because they gave me a month notice they were allowed to increase rent even though I signed a lease for a different amount. Also they have a huge ant problem here and when u call they bring one ant trap and set it inside your house. They told me it's because they built these apartments on wet ground that's why there so many ants. I don't care why there are so many ants just get rid of them out of my apartment. Above that the apartment is in a great location close to stores and parks the units are nice looking as well and are kept looking nice. Overall it gets a 3 star if they fixed the problems I mentioned they would be a 4 star. Last but least no bedrooms have ceiling lights.
Excellent location stores, restaurants, banks,gas stations, freeway 26 entrance, I love my studio, I enjoy the amenities.
Apartment complex itself is worn down, constant trouble with parking, and management is no help. Had the worst experience of my life here. Then, at the end of my lease they wanted $150 more per month. I don't recommend, they are poorly built and not nice inside!
