I had a showing today with Jaleesa @ Avana Avebury. She was extremely warm and friendly from the gate. She was helpful in answering all of my questions concerning the property and I appreciate her frankness. The community was nothing like I read in the reviews at all. The experience with any place is what you make it and how you approach and respond to anyone when requiring assistance means everything. I was able to meet Joseph, head of maintenance as well, and even he was friendly. I loved the design and layout of the 2 bedroom I was interested in. I look forward to my future residency here. If I can say anything concerning any place you see bad reviews, have a look at it first and see for yourself. Everything isn’t always what it seems for real. Nowadays things aren’t what we remember what they use to be. But we can do everything we can to make our spaces safe for us. Jaleesa, thank you for being an amazing host to me today and I look forward to working with you soon.

My experience was top-tier. I applied for Avana Avebury and was approved after being denied other places. I was homeless with my child and the office staff worked with me. My deposit was high, but I was giving time and resources to help make it happen. I haven't experienced any problems and am hopeful it stays as pleasant as the beginning.

Not a safe community like was advertised. Needs to have gates locked. They need more maintenance crew members hired. Maintenance team seems clearly over worked and things don’t get done fast. This will also help with inspection of the units before move in. When moving into apartment all amenities such as; bathroom fans, dishwasher, washer and drier, ac, fridge, microwave and showers should be checked. There should also be a bug inspection or bug spray before moving in. First week we saw 3 cockroaches and had to put up cockroach traps. With not having the dishwasher fixed at all and not much of urgency along with multiple work orders and feeling uncomfortable walking in the community it has been hard to find this an enjoyable experience.

Living in this community has been amazing. The grounds are kept up well. Mailbox area is always clean. Love that there's a car cleaning station and pool. The prices are very affordable for the quality of the units. Management is great and the maintenance staff is speedy and efficient.

Terrible experience and have lived here less than a month. Room was not ready for me to move in. Doors broken, windows broken, paint on my couch, chairs, towels, shoes due to painters not doing their job prior to me moving in. Guest bathroom shower handle broken, door knob in coat closet broken. Again, this is prior to my move in and has yet to be fixed.

I love the apt and the staff very friendly but I don’t like the parking and also the way that they don’t do nothing about noisy neighbors The noise is extremely loud and annoying that we can’t sleep or even have a nice over the phone conversation And it’s all day long ,,, that’s the only issue I have , I been here 5 years and never had any issues with noise till now

Looking for a apartment has been a challenge and when I called Avana Avebury things changed. A gentleman named Keenan answered the phone and he was awesome. So personal and offered so much help! Even though I didn’t pick Avebury as my new home just due to not having the home on the date needed he was truly the best and I would highly recommend this community and Keenan. Keenan you rock!

My boyfriend and I are renting an apartment while we are having our home built and had a wonderful experience working with Keenan in the front office. He was very communicative and even sent us virtual tours of the apartments that weren’t available to see in person. Maintenance was very quick and helpful with the repairs we asked for, as well.

Wouldn’t recommend!!!!!! Roach infested!!!!roaches everywhere!!!! Stairs are sooooo dirty!!! They take forever to fix anything and all they do is cover it up!!!! Mold was in my apartment for about 2 months before anyone came out to fix it!!!! Sealing in bathroom was falling for months fell on my kids head while taking a shower …. And the company they are under doesn’t return calls!!!! Do not recommend at all!!!! Gate hasn’t been working in 5 years and they charge for package delivery and they don’t deliver anything the mail carrier does!!!! Parking is also terrible!!! Please pick somewhere else!!!! Rent is to high for trash!!!!!

I love the staff, the property and the neighborhood! I worked closely with Keenan while choosing my new apartment and he left no question unanswered. Truly a joy to work with. The grounds are deplorable. Theres trash in the woods, bushes, and in the grass all the time. The wood pathways around the outside of our apartments are covered in junk. There is mashed down gum on my apartment stairs and stains throughout. Its obvious that painting between tenants was rushed due to roller marks on the ceiling and sections that are dirt painted over I e the kitchen cabinet. My appliances dont work great. Ive had issues with the dishwasher and a smell under the sink since I moved in and have gotten maintainance out several times with no luck actually fixing the problem. Working from home has been challenging with the constant renovation the apartment is doing but nothing looks different in the complex. The back and front gates dont close and when they do I have to type my code at least 4 times if not more to get them open. Its hard to live here.

Avana Avebury Apartment homes is a beautiful community. It is convenient to major malls, restaurants, service station (gas etc), hospitals etc. The amenities are awesome (pool, laundry site, car washing area, playground, storage/garage (although there's a waiting list). Overall it's a great place to live!!

Avana Avebury apartment is a great place to live in. The rooms are very spacious with lots of storage space. The leasing staff were very supportive and accommodating. They made it easy for me to decide to live here and also facilitated the entire process from application to lease signing.

This place is literally amazing!! My apartment is beautiful. The maintenance team moves fast, and communicates well. Best place on earth honestly.

My experience was bad Im just going be honest.. I signed a lease 3 times I had to switch apartments twice.. Apartments are dirty and walk ways.. Trash everywhere. I feel like Im over charged .. maintenance issues still not solved I havent been here a month., I had to wait a week after I moved in for my apartment to be painted.. Im just ready for my 10 mos to be up .. Nothing is in order here

When I first moved to the property it was clean and well maintained. Concerns and maintenance request were handled quickly by management. During the last 2 1/2 years the property has really gone down. Theres trash everywhere, broken down vehicles, deterioted grills, benches and a fair amount of crime. Its embrassing to have guest visit and see how awful the property looks. In my particular building Im picking up trash, sweeping the stairs, breezeway, and scrubbing down the concrete. A lot of time and effort is spent on landscaping and nothing else. Ive addressed the trash issue with my neighbors and management with little to no changes.

Avana Avebury is a place where I fell in love because the two bedrooms are roomy and each closets has a lot of spaces The kitchen has plenty of cabinet spaces too. The living room has a fireplace that is very modern and theres a bonus room which it can be used for either a sitting room or a office place what ever you want it to be. Parking has not been a problem. The maintenance is very helpful. And Management is efficient. Avana can be a great place to reside for years..

Avana Avebury made moving to Charlotte perfect it was my first choice and I dont regret anything. The staff are the closest to perfect lol. Super friendly and willing to help and work with you . Honest and honor everything they say the would. Theres no back and forth and everyones on the same page

I have had several issues living here, apartment full of roaches, air vents filters never changed. The management is very disorganized and act as if they don't care about the job and the residents. One of the lady in the office kept giving me contradicting information on when the apartment was to be ready. If you are planning on moving here beware. *

I only moved out because i was relocating but this complex was awesome. From the management team to the maintenance crew, they were all profressional & the room are so spacious. I definitely recommend this place.

This community can be very peaceful, I love the that they have the gate keypad to enter into the community and l the apartment has a great layout it's great for roommates and the front office staff is nice and down to earth, especially since they have a Starbucks coffee machine good perk.
