En términos generales mi experiencia aquí ha sido satisfactoria.

Two years ago Avana was clean and organized now it’s no longer clean. There is also safety issue children opening windows throwing shoes at peoples cars running around the driveway, playing games. Some people living front pouch down stairs throwing parties having children games there making it very risk and dangerous for residents driving in and out. So it’s no longer safe.

I love the leasing team ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND GETS THE ANSWERS TO THE SITUATION and the surrounding area is always nice and clean for the most part I’m happy overall living here just minor headaches!.

After a month living here, am overall very pleased living at Avana Addison. The apartment was very clean on move-in day, the community is very quiet, and the maintenance team has been very responsive and turned around all requests so far in an extremely timely manner.

I have lived at Avana Addison for 6 years. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and trendy. I love my private garage that is a few feet from my door. Rent is reasonable. Shakopee is a great location with fun activities. I am a single female. I have never felt a threat to my safety. I would recommend.

Best square footage per $ in town. Clever layout. For 2 bedroom apts a separate laundry room. Love the granite countertops and whatever the bathroom countertops/sink are made of they are easy to wipe up and stain free.

My experience at Avana Addison been amazing so far all the way from when I first toured all the way to now. The community is very helpful and very mindful they are very understanding and doesn’t complain about you complaining. They are always available. Anything you need help with they come help right away. I love my apartment I love my community.

These apartments are great. Location is close to my job, the staff are very helpful and maintenance team is fantastic.

Overall Avana Addison is a fair it average place to live. Common area charges are high which adds a lot to the highly increased rent. Electricity is high in to of common area charges. Inability to opt out of new package delivery service which is $15 monthly and will never, and have never used.

Beautiful property so beautiful...but need more attention mainly cleaning and maintenance

Apartment unit looks excellent but the management and their process does not meet expectations.

After looking at several different apartments we finally settled on Avana Addison, it's a great complex, friendly neighbors, and a fantastic atmosphere!

The apartments at avana Addison are nice but the office staff will not address any concerns you have. They will not follow through with any of the rules they have in place, i.e. dog owners let their pets go to the bathroom anywhere. Maintenance issue, don't except it to get fixed. Surprise charges on your bill will appear. You'll be told one thing but it will never happen. The building has a package room but they took that away and now packages are set in the doorways and on the table in the front entry or you just get a letter saying "sorry we missed you." They take the pool away in the summer as punishment when people are breaking rules. This place has become a joke every since the new management took over. There are way better places to live than Avana Addison.

I love all the amenities of my apartment home! Maintenance responds promptly to our requests. Only issue is lack of response by management to security issues, I.e. individuals let into building to distribute political flyers door to door. When I tried to find out if management approved this, no one got back to me. Outside/security doors are frequently getting propped open for extended periods of time, allowing vagabonds in. I have had my door handle tried several times in late evening ??

I love my Addison home. Not everyone who lives in my building knows how to care for their home, or, if they do, it doesn’t carry over into the hallways and trash disposal.

The management and maintenance do a poor job of responding to resident needs.

Property is so beautiful and the homes as well. View is very nice. Johnathan in the administration office is an excellent person very helpful and so kind.

At the beginning of our stay we were really enjoying it. But I will day after the first year and after the previous management team left we started to feel as if the new management team just wasn't concerned for the actual residents. For instance. For the entire month before we moved out they cut out a big hole in our ceiling for some piping issue. Never resolved or patched up the hole, all the while felt like they needed to start updating the party room. They party room looked just fine before. I get they want to bring in new residents, but you should be taking care of the residents who have been there for years and the inside of their homes instead of making upgrades to the party rooms, and spending money on new maintenance carts. Signs were still hanging off the wall in our apartments after a month, lights in the hallway were still uncovered making it a Hazzard for anyone who could have bumped into it. Was just like they were more worried about what people would be seeing on the outside, and failed to realize all the issues we were having inside our actual apartment.

If you want to live in a beautiful modern apartment home with rent and add ons then this is the place. I love my home and invite a “walk through any daytime hours”. Our hallways are wide and well lit. Our doors leading in as well as those to beds and bath are also spacious; have nice size walk in closets. Another plus is granite countertops in the kitchen which do not allow bacteria to grow. Sinks in our bathrooms are also made of a non porous material easy to maintain.

Lived on the top floor of the 2225 building and could hear children running BELOW my unit. What's worse is that you could hear the garages opening on ground floor. My garage was always blocked by uber drivers and divorced parents who don't have the decency to park in a spot. If you have to rent from here, rent in the 950 building - the cleanliness is night and day compared to the 2225 building.

Management is not customer friendly. Roach infestation. Maintenance requests will be ignored.

I would not suggest renting at Avana Addison. The staff is not overly friendly. They always express they are over worked and short staffed. The building smell from garbage and the hallways are filthy. The outside apartment decks are in bad shape, dirty railing and not clean.

Love the community here and it's so peaceful live the dog friendly environment as well the staff is super friendly and made my move in fast and easy

Avana Addison is very nice place to live and conveniently located close to stores and the highway.

Love living here, great location, our building is great in terms of aesthetics, and the community and staff are very courteous!

Dont rent here. Not worth it. Apartment wasnt fully cleaned upon moving in. You can clearly see wall dings and fill ins. Appliances were dirty and broken. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The staff is very professional and will make sure all your needs are met in a very timely manner.

A clean well maintenance experience loaded with resident satisfaction.

I am newly relocating to Minnesota from Arizona and after living out of a hotel for several months, needed to find a decent place close to work that I could call my new home away from home. The Avana Addison apartments turned out to be a perfect find timewise as well as location. The staff is amazing and the property is kept beautifully clean. So far I have taken advantage of the fitness center and is very convenient to have in the complex. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I lived here from 2015-2017. his father moved in, then his mother moved in to another apartment because this place is so wonderful. This is a beautiful apartment complex, with green grass and a really nice pool, bbq area, and 24 hour gym. They also plow and shovel quickly in wintertime. The staff at the office keeps really good track of packages and any maintenance requests were handled quickly. They once even refrigerated my medication that was delivered to them because the box said to keep cold. I would move back here in a heartbeat, if we didn't work so far away.
