Leasing office staff is very kind and helpful! We have a 3 bedroom unit and have plenty of space. Apartment is modern and clean. We have had only repair request. Response was a little slow but manageable. We have lived here 8 months. We would recommend Emerson Isles and have!

I just moved in and I am already loving it. The 2 bedroom 2 bath has so much space and I love the huge screened in patio. I didn't have to worry about a washer and dryer also because it came with it! The amenities are really nice, can't wait to lay by the pool and hopefully I will find someone who can teach me how to play pickleball because they have 3 courts! The ladies in the office are very sweet and super helpful. Excited to call Emerson Home.

When I relocated from Texas I looked at several places to live. Emerson Isles kept in contact with me and were very accommodating when I made the move. Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly and professionally. The staff has been amazing and have taken time to get to know me and my dogs. The apartment complex is very dog friendly and that has been helpful.

Like another reviewer, I not only regret having lived here but am embarrassed to tell people I do. As soon as I do you see and hear the "...oh." I moved here from another state, site unseen. At first, I thought it was okay. Albeit; not luxury by any stretch of the word. When I was moving here, the office staff were very friendly. However, now that I've lived here 6 months, its the worst. Trash is full and overflowing, the grounds look terrible, plastic plants. The dog park on the 57 side (there are two separated sides to this place) has weeds all overgrown in it and the fencing is broke so dogs escape. The apartment has paint on the light fixtures, half the outlets do not work, half the windows are broke and won't open. The dryer takes 2 hours to dry, even for the smallest load of like 6 items and maintenance coming out. Many people have AC issues despite them putting 'new' ones in. They told me they remodeled and updated? That's a joke too. Its vinyl flooring and light gray paint on the walls, folks. That's it. Real groundbreaking. The list could go on forever. But more so- no one from corporate will call you back. Ever. So be prepared to hit brick walls where no one gets back to you, or does anything, or even cares. They don't even bother trying to incentivize you to stay, or at the least have decent empathy for you. They generally do not care. Since I've lived here, there's always been 20+ empty units. And no, not because they are being remodeled. As soon as someone moves in, two more move out. Why? Because these are not luxury apartments, they aren't even good apartments, and the property manager is unprofessional. There is so much office politics here, its exhausting. Like I said.... I am embarrassed I live(d) here. Go literally anywhere else. If parking is your only worry and that led you here, parking is the least of your issues. I would rather fight for a parking space the rest of my life than live here.

Do not move here. You will regret it. Trust the bad reviews. Worthless management team only interested in bleeding every dime from you. Poor customer service, poor maintenance team. Smelly, dirty, moldy, buggy apartments. Avoid at all costs.
The apartments are junk, in a terrible neighborhood. Two attempted robberies, A/C broken half the time, awful management.
We have loved living here and now they are redoing the amenities and repainting the community! It looks great and we cannot wait for warmer weather so we can use the beautiful new pool.
These aren't "luxury" apartments, they're trashy. The grounds are covered in garbage, dog poop, and broken bottles. A significant portion of the residents have no concept of living around other people and are incredibly inconsiderate. There is no security of any kind. They found excuses to enter the apartment at least once a month, sometimes every week. Very invasive of privacy. The units themselves are tiny and run-down. The paint, floors, counters, plumbing fixtures, and electrical are all cheap and flimsy. I lost half my deposit just moving in. There is no storage space at all. It's loud all the time. They're constantly doing maintenance and renovations, but the gray shirts spend most of their time driving around and wasting time, so they'll never be finished. They make more noise than progress. The neighbors are incredibly noisy as well at all hours. And...because all the good complexes have no vacancies, they get away with charging way too much for this hole. Oh yeah, roaches. Lots of roaches. Soooooooo many roaches.
The move to Avalon Shores was a great experience, Erika in the office ensure I was being taken care of during the process and that I knew I was moving into a beautiful neighborhood that would satisfy All of my needs and desires that I needed in my new home.
This is comfortable living area with great staff and awesome apartments.
