Property Ratings at Avalon Miramar Park Place
Save yourself the hassle. This community is advertised as luxury but yet there is nothing luxurious about this place. It is poorly built - you can hear everything your neighbor is doing including flushing the toilets. Very poor quality and material used. Everything is rusting including the faucets, fridge, stove etc. There is mold in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are poor ventilated, unable to leave towels or linens in the linen closets in the bathroom. Maintenance is supposed to respond to tickets with 24 hours - they take over a week to come address issues. Don’t be fooled by the false advisement or the community being fairly new. It’s literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ve lived in several luxury communities and this place is far from being luxury in any shape or form. The price does not correlate with the quality of what you get. Save yourself the headache and love elsewhere.
