Residents rarely pick up after their dogs and upon complaining they sent an email and nothing happened. The gated garage door has regularly been broken allowing cars to get broken into. My keyfob once broke and it took 32 hours for management to help me, I was locked in until then. The pool is always open in the summer but needs adult-only hours because the lifeguards do not care about the kids running into other adults. I am completely anticipating having to pay for nonsensical things after move out.
This is not run like a high end property. The level of service is very poor for the price you pay. The common areas are dirty, the trash rooms disgusting, and just about anybody can get into the building.
6 months in this apartment and 6 months of constant banging from every direction. I can't relax, I can't sleep. Management has informed me that my options are to suck it up or get out. I've lived in apartments a quarter this cost with better soundproofing and better response to noise issues. Find somewhere else to live.
Please think twice before calling this your “home”. It’s seems very nice and pretty however once you get past the fake exterior you’ll find a completely mismanaged, unmaintained, trash heap of a building. The entire roof leaks which has caused mold throughout the building... that the management will both not own up to nor correct. The exterior doors all left open because the locks broke months ago so anyone can get in or out at any time... remember this is the last spot of the light rail. Don’t say i didn’t warn you!
