Great place to live! Maintenance is very prompt and the management team is super nice and friendly! Our daughter loves playing on the playground and the dog wash is perfect for my black lab.

So far Avail Community is a nice, spacious and fresh air community. My family and I love the decency of the entire community. I haven't had any issue so far being here and we're always happy to come home. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I've lived here for over three years, and this place has had several management changes. The current management is the best so far. The property manager is visible, communicates well, and follows up on our concerns. The amenities are impressive, especially the gym, which offers more than just basic equipment. The apartments are spacious and feature gas stoves, which are rare these days. They're also well-maintained, and the maintenance team is efficient. The community is mostly friendly. However, buildings with single-bedroom apartments near Yale can be noisy, with loud cars and limited parking after 6 or 7 PM. Overall, it’s pleasant to connect with neighbors at the dog park. The office staff has been very supportive during tough times, helping us through a job loss and a necessary move. They recognized and corrected previous management's mistakes, which I really appreciate.

This is a very nice apartment with decent security features and amenities. This review requires 140 characters, but that’s all I have to say.
Now that we have new property Management. I'm just having an area seems to be approving. The staff seems to care. The maintenance crew is definitely on top of their stuff. All it takes is a little TLC so more to make things better.

It has been very good so far it is nice and quiet and everything is like brand new clean . I like that. And that there is sercrity doors to the building so people can’t get in. And there no keys . So I don’t have to worry about losing them. . I like that I have parking when I get home .

Once you move in maintenance, the office, the whole niceness stops. You’ll never get them to do anything for you. None of their promises are ever made hole horrible very dirty and unsecured! Pool is always dirty. You wouldn’t let your pig swim in it.

Beautiful landscaping surrounding property for long walks with pets or play in dog run in evening. Amenities are close and trendy. Apartments are sound proof for working from home and love the kitchen and appliances.

The Changes that we have seen have been Amazing! Quick and efficient, We can't say enough about the maintenance staff. The new staff in the office I can't say more Brovo!
The maintenance on the building is not great. The halls are always dirty now and the maintenance requests take forever to get done. People are allowed to smoke and it smells everywhere
This apartment is really nice. The people are very friendly. I will Recommend my friends To move here if they’re looking for Apartment. The managers are ready nice and welcoming
I love my loft ?? The view is amazing at night and also during the day especially during the sunset. I love love love my loft. It's also very convenient to have an elevator, especially when doing groceries shopping never have to worry about going up and down flights of stairs.
Overall nice apartments. Has heating and AC and a washer and dryer in the apartment which is a plus. Maintenance seems overwhelmed considering it took them 18 days to get to one task. Management seems to be a big problem considering they have new management a lot. When prices go up or any inconvenience pops up they blame it on one thing, “ new management,” they really never have any other excuse.
We just moved in today and so far the experience has been amazing! Tera has been so informative and helpful on getting us started! The apartment was clean and I can't wait to get completely moved in!
The apartment is very nice but the shared utility fees add an extra couple hundred dollars to your rent in the summer. The block it’s on is nice but can be kind of bad a few blocks down
I love it here! Everything is beautiful, amenities are great. Nice dog park, they have a family park! They also have a great gym. Also there’s a restaurant in walking distance.
I like how the clubhouse looks I like the upgrades that are coming. I just wish the maintenance team was a little more on top of it. Other than that fantastic job
I love the inside of my apartment, my neighbors seem nice, and there are plenty of dog waste trash bins and bags. However, there is a lot of glass and trash everywhere on the ground which is really frustrating. The leasing office changed employees at some point and the new ones are not always welcoming. I don't feel like I can go in there and express my concerns.

Quite frustrating. So many issues with the front office. I have been waiting for a month for service requests. It is impossible to get in touch with them since the front office staff always tells you something different. They kept losing our information for renters insurance and forgot over 5x times that we signed our lease and kept contacting us about this. My roommate and several other people also had their windows open in the parking lot in the front office did nothing about it and just said it happens all the time here. Proceed with caution.
Been here almost 3 years. Pretty calm neighborhood. Good neighbors. My family feels safe. Would love for the clubhouse to be rented out for parties.
This is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived at. First off the amenities are amazing and well taken care of. The staff and maintenance are great and always willing to help. The area is conveniently close to alot of stores and also we are minutes away from the RTD transport.
Slow maintenance service, this is sad given how much the rent is. The snow turns to ice on my side of the building entrance/exit making it a dangerous walk to the parking lot. No salt or plowing is done
We enjoy staying here, we just wish the amenities would stay active and working. The hot tub is is always down cold like the pool and the jets never work. The pool is always freezing cold.

I really do like living here. The location is good. There are restaurants nearby that I like and I love how close it is to the lightrail station. I like the layout of the apartment. The parking situation could be better. I was lucky to get a garage, but my roommate struggles to find parking close to our building, especially at night time. The community is good. I don't know my neighbors but they keep to themselves and they aren't too loud overall. I like that out buildings are locked but sometimes, people prop the doors open - I wouldn't have an issue if they just remind to unprop them when done. Also, people suck at picking up after their dogs, FYI.

I love my apartment, but the only thing I really have an issue with is the lack of security for the building, because there are constantly homeless people sleeping in the building and stairways and it gets very trashy, smelly, they smoke inside and do drugs and leave evidence of it in the stairway, and they sometimes follow you and ask you questions, I’ve even come out to a guy bent over and his pants were down and he tried to speak to me as I’m walking through the door, I’m pregnant and that’s a concern of mine for when my child is born soon, other than that maintenance does take quite awhile to respond to requests and clean up messes, and the pool seems to be closed quite a bit. I don’t like that certain things are required for you to pay even if you don’t use the service, like valet trash, I live right by the trash room so there’s no need to pay for it or the fact that I pay $10/mo for parking and don’t always get a chance to even use the parking lot.

So far pretty good! We’ve had to remind the front desk serveral times about getting some maintenance requests done, but other than that we have had a smooth move in and first two months.

Worse place to live. Vendors are not able to get into the building for deliveries. The delivery service Fetch that the apartment uses doesn't work, I've had to go pick my packages up anyway. Don't move here.

Experience has been alright. No one bothers you here. Maintenance is alright, they take forever to come out and fix things. You can never reach someone at the front office over the phone.

Love it here! Gorgeous amenities, the interior of the apartment is beautiful! They have a new dog park and a children’s park! There’s also an area by the dog park to grill and have a lovely family get together.

Poor trash removal that you pay for and is mandatory, dirty hallway carpet that smells and is not cleaned frequently I do not recommend unless these changes are made

I absolutely love my Apartment. Have had no issues with the community either. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Brenda! Can't wait to get out and enjoy the pool this summer.
Apartments are nice and modern. No one bothers you here. Only issue is we can’t access the trash room from the hall most of the time so that sucks
Overall I believe that Avail does care about the people that rent here. Maintenance is on top of things and helps whenever they can and I'm a big fan of the weight room and pool area!

The interior of the apartments is beautiful but the area is very unsafe and the parking situation is not great. These apartments should not cost as much as they do for the area they're in.

I love the fact that we have a doggy park in our apartment complex what a brilliant idea to do that. Can't wait to see what new cool things are going to bring in
Despite the NUMEROUS issues I had upon moving in and living here for the first 6 months, many issues have been addressed. At first, when I brought up an issue with this company's executive leadership... (as the local management wasn't ever around or helpful) I was met with attitude and told to be professional because I was, understandable and noticeably, enraged at the lack of even basic customer service and credibility. But, since then it seems the same executive has taken a much more kind, helpful, and understanding approach... almost like he imagined being in our shoes. There have been other issues that have come up and they have been handled. Communication, in general, is still not very good, but it's getting better. I would say that if they keep listening, taking action, and communicating information properly then they can earn 5 stars in time. They just gotta keep on being honest with themselves and improve on what they are able to.
