Autumn Woods Apartments

I have been thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, service, friendliness, and responsiveness of all of the office staff as well as the maintenance crew. They are an amazing group. They work together to make sure they deliver exceptional service. In my six years of living at this property, they have contributed to a positive environment. I have always felt safe and comfortable. The grounds are always clean, the community is quiet, the service requests have been immediately remedied, and the contractors have also been pleasant. I agree with a previous review that the walls are thin. I've lived in two apartments on the property, it isn't overbearing and the neighbors are considerate. It's apartment living.

This place is not a luxury apartment but it’s cheap and has everything you need. The staff is nice. The walls are a bit thin, but other that, no complaints.

I lived at Autumn Woods for a year. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. The office staff and the maintenance staff were very nice. It was clean and safe and a great fit for my little family.

Just moved out after living in Autumn Woods for over six years. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Kia, Bre, and the rest of the staff are over the top friendly and helpful, and all my maintenance requests were responded by the next day. Nice, peaceful location. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Autumn Woods. The leasing office staff (Bree and Kia) are so sweet and personable. They knew who I was every time I called and always helped me out right away. We felt safe in the community and never had any issues. Loved loving here with our newborn baby!

The property is well kept and maintained, property manager Kia and assistant property manager Bre are responsive in a timely manner for any of the tenants needs. The maintenance team goes out of their way to satisfy the tenant as well.

This was our first rental and we have had absolutely no problems after living here for 4 months. Maintenance has been good, nothing that stands out, but i have had to call twice about the same issue once because it wasn’t properly fixed. The 2 bedrooms are a little pricey, but this is a very nice and safe place to live. Nothing that will blow you away but you wont be disappointed.

We have lived in this place for 2 years and then had to relocate to a new place close to my wife's graduate school. Both my wife and I loved this place and the stuffs. Regarding to stuffs: Current manager (Eden) and all other stuffs are so friendly and helpful. I never had any complain about any of them. They have always smiley face and eager to help. I have seen the two stuffs working in different apartments many times, they are always friendly and helpful. Amenities and space in the apartment: When we came to look for the apartment, the actual sqft number of the 1b1b seemed to be small but later on when we checked the apartment, we found that they have used the apartment space in perfect way, actual usable sqft of the apartment was really good. One other thing we liked, the electric heating bill during winter was very reasonable since the walls are made of brick, the apartment had good thermal insulation. Neighborhood: calm and great neighborhood, if you come to see the apartments during early spring or in summer, you will fall in love with the trees and flowers on the road leading to the apartment, the cherry blossom and some other flowers in front of the apartments are so beautiful. We enjoyed those blessings. Our neighbors were quiet, we never got any complaints from our neighbors. Nearby places for athletes: I am an athlete (I ran half marathon and full marathon before), I really liked the nearby running trail named as "patuxent branch trail" which starts from savage park goes all the way to Lake Elkhorn and to 108. The trail has very natural good view beside little patuxent river, I have captured many videos/photos of the place and of the gazing deers. If we need to relocate again after my wife finishes her graduate school, we may end up relocating to Autumn woods apartments again.

Professional staff are always attentive to your needs and go out of your way to accommodate you. Buildings and common areas very well maintained with prompt responses toward any maintenance concerns. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Autumn Woods is nicely tucked away from the busy areas in town but close enough to be where you want for shopping, grocery, walking trails or flights out of Baltimore. I had many options where to live and continue to be solicited by other places but remain here.

I've lived in Autumn Woods Apartments for several years with my children. Anytime I've called having questions or had need of service in my apartment, they've been very helpful, courteous, and prompt. The maintenance people are very kind and helpful. My children and I have enjoyed living here. It's a clean safe family neighborhood, the swimming pool is amazing. This location is very convenient in between Laurel and Columbia, close to Route 32 and conveniently located for my commute to work.

This will be my 6th year at Autumn Woods. I love the neighborhood it is very quiet and well maintained. The apartment is very spacious. The management is so wonderful. They are always available and quickly respond to any concerns. I will definitely recommend Autumn Woods.

I'm quite happy with the decision I made to move into an apartment here at Autumn Woods. I have a two bedroom, 1.5 baths and I find the layout and room sizes quite comfortable. The location of the complex is especially appealing due to close access to major MD state routes and Interstate 95. Another advantage to living here is that the road coming into the complex ends. Thus, no through traffic so the vehicles are either tenants, visitors or delivery services. The front office staff is superb! Very professional, kind and if you report any sort of maintenance issue(s) they're right on it. The maintenance staff here is also great and have immediately worked on the very small issues I've had. I would not hesitate to recommend Autumn Woods to anyone looking for an apartment.

I'm just about to sign my 3rd lease with Autumn Woods. I continue to stay here because the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the management is great! I can always count on the office staff to answer any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. I find that the apartments are larger than most others in the area that are the in the same price range. I would definitely reccomend Autumn Woods to anyone.

Autumn Woods apartments has provided great living services, maintenance and overall excellent customer service towards me as resident. This place makes you feel right at home and the ladies in the office treat you with respect and as if you were family. I would recommend Autumn Woods to my friends and family if anyone were looking to move to a great community as such.

I enjoy my new spacious home, it's nice and quiet. I love the wooded scenery and private location.

Autumn Woods is overall a pleasant neighborhood. The past and present management were friendly and attend to requests promptly. The neighborhood is kept clean and the people who live here have a sense of pride for where they live. The only issue is the paper thin walls, and lack of closet space in the 1 BD. Parking can issue at times, but not often.

It's ok living here. They charge $1400 per month but they don't shovel the parking lot in the winter. Everything is cheap and repairs are always a patch job.
