Middleton is a small, wooded city bordering Lake Mendota, roughly four miles northwest of Madison. This beautiful city often makes "best" lists, including Money Magazine's list of the nation's best small cities to live in.
This friendly city (the motto is the "Good Neighbor City," after all) provides ample park space, including the lakeside Marshall Park, which features a beach area, a boat launch, fishing areas, and a playground. Nearby Lakeview Park features a lake, a splash pad, a playground, picnic areas, and walking trails. The city-owned Pleasant View Golf Course is located on a hill with panoramic views of the Madison skyline. During the winter months, it becomes a cross-country ski park.
While Middleton is a smaller city than the neighboring capital, you won't get bored after moving to a Middleton apartment. This city features a great downtown shopping district, roughly 80 restaurants, and a free trolley.

Property Ratings at Autumn Ridge
Management isn’t responsive and the cops are here several times a week. Wouldn’t recommend.
Very much affordable and home feeling. Great service and communication with the management and the place is always clean and kept up with.
I'll start with the units/ building itself.. everything is so up to date and screams luxury, I'm in a one bedroom and it's so spacious compared to other apartments I've lived at. Stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer, GORGEOUS bathroom, and storage galore! The kitchen has never ending cabinets from floor to ceiling and perfectly designed floor plan, and wonderfully constructed walk in closets with built-ins. The area is very nice, quiet and safe; lovely neighborhood and neighbors:) located by so many great bars, eateries, and minutes from awesome shopping at Greenway Station. Kept extra tidy from lobby to garage to hallways, this truly is a great place to live I couldn't be happier! Application process went smoothly and Alex as well as Jen, were extremely easy to work with and are very easy going folks who helped answer all of my questions along the way. Can't wait to use the huge outdoor courtyard grill in the spring and looking forward to meeting more of my new neighbors. Definitely a 10/10 for me
