All the residents are super nice and the place is well kept.
The management is attentive and has done a great job making this complex a nice place to live. Maintenance was quick with any needed repairs, and communicated well. It's a quiet place with some nice community space to walk a dog or just get outside. Overall we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Michelle!
Just moved in. Happy people nice surroundings clean and quiet. I just moved from a house and was worried about noise not so much any longer been here over two weeks. Maintenance staff knowledgeable and very professional as well as the office staff.
Loved the staff. Ms Hoggard was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Loved the grounds and pet friendly. A win, win??
While I'm not technically a resident here, my boyfriend is and I'm here most nights and sometimes during the day as well. He's been here for over a year and has never had any major issues with either the management or other tenants; any issues he has had were quickly resolved and the management always went above and beyond so that he was more than satisfied. I have always felt safe and welcome here, not to mention it's right off the interstate so it's in a convenient location and not far from downtown or pretty much wherever you need to go.
Poor management and communication skills between front office staff. Insect infestation all year round.... This apartment complex is VERY MONEY HUNGRY nickel and dime you . I was a responsible tenant and at the end of my lease I don't feel valued and they left me with no security deposit even though I've always paid my rent on time and kept a well cleaned apartment. -Don't move here

This apartment is very quite,clean and convenient.You would love your stay here because the employees are so effecient,friendly and very helpful,they will help you above and beyond with thei friendly and most accomodating attitude. I love this place I feel so safe and very welcome here.It is like a family,the occupants if you met them greets you.I would recommend this apartment to anyone,once you get to the office the associates greets you with a very welcoming greetings and smile on their faces.It makes a big difference.
I've been at Autumn Ridge for about a year now, and I may be leaving for personal reasons, but I will say that my experience here has been pretty good. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the grounds are kept in good condition. So far any maintenance need that I have had (which there have been few of) has been seen too very quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, mostly just single adults that mind their own business, and is conveniently next to a few grocery stores. With Autumn Ridge being so close to the Interstate, it is not an issue getting to/from work or school. I would recommend this apartment, but to those who can pay their bills on time. The staff is friendly and understanding, but they have recently made some changes to their rental agreement (essentially raising the rent) because some people are taking advantage of their kindness.
Its a very nice 1br apt and peaceful environment! I would recommend it to anybody. I like this one than my previous resident.
