Property Ratings at Autumn Chase
These apartments are horribly maintained . They have worn out carpets and flooring that smell and have mold on them. They paint over the mold and call it updated.
This place rents units with moldy central air duct and vents. Musty worn out carpets and flooring pulling up. Waters stain all the ceilings. Management will refuse to correct issues properly. Horrible place to rent from. Nothing is luxury about this complex. Live here if you want all of your personal belongings ruined.
Everything is really well thought of. There are fans and lights in all the rooms. The fixtures are brand new and of premium quality. The views are breathtaking. I cannot emphasize how good the leasing staff is. Extremely helpful and approachable. This is clearly the best apartment I have rented in this side of CT so far.
I lived here for 3 yrs and this is my 7th rental house in Connecticut. The best experience in service and the comfort in the houses top them among all other communities I have experienced. The landscaping and the ambience is great. Walking trail and nature mixed living space cherishes everyday. Nice gym .Though it's in a hill top and my house was in first floor never felt the chillness near the balcony doors or inside. They increase a reasonable amount with renewal and are very fair with the deposits when you say good bye. Good exp in all ways.
This apartment complex is in a very nice location with trees and country settings. It is very calming and with a good clientele. Everyone seems content with the settings and location. Each unit is independent and there is much privacy within the complex. Parking is adequate and there is enough of it.
