Just 10 miles west of Fayetteville's city center sits the charming suburban community of Seventy-First/Cliffdale. Although housing and apartment complexes occupy most of Seventy-First/Cliffdale's land area, a small commercial area exists in the neighborhood. However, most of the neighborhood's residents commute to other sections of the city to work, entertain themselves and shop. Amazing staff and service

This is my first apartment and I am so happy with this being the apartment I chose! The staff is so friendly and any problem I have I feel I am able to vocalize it. They also have really fun events that they hold to allow residents to mingle! We just had a wine and paint event and it was very COVID friendly. They are a great staff to have on hand!

Staff sucks and they change out every 2 months so they never know who you are or know what’s going on. Maintenance has severely declined in the past 6 months. Only one dumpster so trash blows in the parking lot. It is quiet and safe if you can deal with the other things
