I ended moving here without visiting first and was skeptical. But once I got here, I was so happy that I did. The community is quiet and also has a lot of events. The pool is always ready. I had a small problem and maintenance had it fixed in less than 12 minutes !!!!The people are nice. The staff is AMAZING! The process moving here was also easy. I left my door unlocked on accident when I left to visit home for a week and it was like I left it locked.i feel safe here and would rate this place 10/10!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Brittney and Pamela at the office are great and helpful from general questions, problem solving and friendly conversation. The complex is clean, well maintained and my actual apartment is amazing. I looked at many apartments before choosing Austin Avenue, and none of them compared when it came how the apartment is equipped and tenant reviews. I can see why their rating is so good.

Love it here, management is always professional and friendly. Cody has been the best manager I’ve ever experienced, he is quick on his feet and extremely knowledgeable. Love the staff, always get a smile and extremely responsive.

Everyone in the community, especially staff, are friendly. The apartment has a great layout, and the appliances are top-notch. So happy I found this place to feel safe at home.

Amazing facilities, friendly staff, and an overall clean location I feel extremely safe in.

I cannot say enough about this property! It’s a brand new build, and everything is perfectly beautiful. The gym is top notch and good enough that you can cancel your gym membership. Lastly, the staff is the best in the business! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home, I love them they are tremendous!

It’s great. The staff/maintenance have quick responses and results for work orders, the apartment has all the amenities I love such as a gym , washer and dryer in unit and pool that includes a grill and couch seating.

Alta Austin Ave Apartments is a hidden gem! The spacious, modern 2-bedroom apartments offer incredible value for the price. The community events and exceptional amenities provided by Alta make me feel truly pampered.

Austin Avenue has an amazing staff, a vibrant community atmosphere, and excellent management!

Does not have good maintenance or lawn service. Trash area is unclean and need pressure washed

Alta Austin Ave. has been the greatest place that I have lived in the Austin area. The office staff are extremely friendly and always willing to answer questions no matter how big or small they are, they are always smiling and I’m sure they don’t always want to be however they are very professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place as your next home it’s close to everything that you could need or explore and every tenant that I have met at a community event or at the pool has been very kind as well. It’s a fantastic community!

Clean, safe community. Staff’s friendly. Efficient maintenance team- very knowledgeable about their tasks. We’ve recommended to friends of family who in fact has moved in recently.

Our apartment is beautiful! It is in a good location, everyone here is super friendly, the dog bark is great always nice people there to chat with while letting my dog run all her energy out. Property is kept clean and we have not had any issues at all!

This place is great the only negative thing I could come up with is the lack of parking but that’s all apts really.

I've only been here a little under a month, but I am very happy with Alta Austin Avenue thus far. Beautiful apartment, reasonably priced considering how outrages everything in Austin is getting, conveniently located literally right off I-35, beautiful clubhouse that is open 24/7 to the residents, beautiful pool area and the staff is extremely helpful and proactive.

After dealing with a horrible experience with my last apartment, this place is a breath of fresh air. The units are very spacious and well thought out. The community is very peaceful and the staff are awesome!

AMAZING everything!! From customer service to the apartment itself, I’ve never been so satisfied. We are blessed to have the opportunity to live here before we purchase our home. The team has a sense of urgency, from the leader on, I am glad God allowed us to move in here.

The staff really did go above and beyond, my lack of time management was not a problem for them. They really did make things happen and got me a home incredibly fast.

The staff is attentive in the reponse to maintenance request.

Alta Austin is a great place to bring you, your family and pets. It has nice amenities such as the club house, pool and dog park. If you choose this property, you will not be disappointed. The neighborhood is excellent with shopping, and grocery stores less that 1 minutes away. Downtown georgetown is only about 3 minutes away and features good resturants, ice cream shops, beach and other entertainment.

My experience with the staff at Alta Austin Avenue has been excellent. They are always happy to help even with my seemingly simple questions and requests. The property is very aesthetically pleasing. The amenities are wonderful and the pool/grilling/outdoor game area is phenomenal we have used it many times just in the 2 months we have lived here. I appreciate the effort of the staff to build community here by hosting events regularly in the clubhouse for us to participate in and enjoy. I have already had friends move in as well and will continue to recommend this as a gem of a place to live and in the most perfect central location with access to so many places nearby.

I started the process to move to Georgetown four months before I moved, I secured an apartment at Alta Austin before they were built. Throughout the process, Kevin was helpful and accomodating keeping in touch on the building progress. Ricky the manager reached out to me several times during the leasing process to complete all the paperwork. I love my new apartment with its modern look, the floorplan for the one bedroom is not the regular cookie cutter square. I have a fenced in back yard with a greenbelt view, a farmhouse sink, and modern appliances. The amenities are amazing!

I recently went to this place and a leasing person by the name of Senorita showed me around. the units she showed me were nice but mostly I just liked how nice she was. She told me she was new and a little nervous but even with that she was just so polite and gracious. Answering all of my questions. I will lease here just because of her.

This complex is only minutes away from where I work. I absolutely love everything about it. The staff are accommodating and friendly; always willing and ready to help! They have great vibes! The amenities that comes with the price are well worth it. I love this place and can’t wait to move in this summer!

This is a beautiful up and coming community. It has an array of amenities that are easily assessable. They are extremely pet friendly so your fur baby will also love it!

Recently did a virtual tour with Kevin which was great because I am so busy with work i cannot get out to see places. He was so patient with me and my 100 questions. Showed me everything i needed to see. I will be moving here once my lease is up at my current place!

The staff at Alta Austin is wonderful and moving in was a very easy process. Highly recommended.
