Property Ratings at Aura NoHo Luxury Apartments
Be aware of all the loop holes in your leasing agreement. My microwave went out, so i went online to my portal to submit a request to fix it/get it replaced. Before submitting the request, the last question asks, " To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, do we have permission to enter the residence?" I put NO. I would never let someone in my place with out my knowledge. I submitted this on Saturday and left out of town Monday morning to come back Wednesday night, thinking it would take some time to replace it. While I'm away, i went on my portal Monday night to see that someone went in my apartment with out my permission to fix the microwave. No warning, no heads up, nothing. Even after i answered "no" to there asking unless I was present. What if i had a loved one over and they didn't hear the knock or was busy in the shower, etc.. and came out to some random person in the kitchen......... Just be aware of what you are agreeing to.
