Property Ratings at Avalon Benbrook
This property is click bait. 1. It’s by railroad tracks… 2. There’s loud Jets that fly over ATLEAST every other hour during the day.. 3. The staff is bland and they don’t seem to be very personable, they’re just there to get paid. 4. We have put in a work order to get our refrigerator filter replaced and it’s been 2.5 weeks since we’ve even heard from anybody. 5. Lastly, and definitely not the least. NOT EVEN lived here for A MONTH and we have encountered ROACHES 3 different times (keep in mind they spray at the end of each month, we moved in at the beginning of August), and ANTS! Why are ants in my dryer? EVEN AFTER they sprayed! WHY should we sit here and report this to the staff IF WE JUST MOVED IN, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH! It should have been cleaned, it should have been sprayed BEFORE we moved in. NO EXCUSES! Thankfully they have a new 30 day guarantee on the lease agreement, and we were able to get out of our lease before the first 30 days was up! - Praise God for that. Very disappointing for a place that looks and seems so nice to have encountered a review like this.
Not enough stars to rate property Manager and staff. Professional, caring ,Capable respectful, is just a few adjective I used to describe. My living experience has been great. Maintenance Crew (Hector) response within a timely matter to service request. Property Manager is capable of generating effective solutions for complex issues in a timely matter.
My daughter needed a place to move to that would be close to her job after graduating college. Because of her lack of rental history, I had to sign on the lease with her. Management was extremely easy to work with and communicated everything in a professional and easy to understand process. We had one minor maintenance issues and it was handled the same day. The most surprising part was the check we received in the mail after she moved out. Neither of us were expecting to receive the deposit back!
I had a great experience moving in and the leasing office employees are very helpful and caring. Maintenance is also very good!
We love our townhome and especially the large yard for our dog to run around in!! The double garage, priceless!! It’s my understanding that this is a new management company and I hope they are here to stay.
No complaints. Beautiful complex. Clean. Peaceful. Management is personable and kind. Love that everything you could possibly need or want is close by along Benbrook blvd., definitely a time and gas saver.
Aura Benbrook has been such a wonderful place to call home. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. My 3 bedroom apartment has many updates my family and I just love. Summer time we hang in the pool and tan on the lawn chairs it doesn’t get any better than this!
Really happy with the people who work here. Easy to talk to, property is so clean, and they are doing more events now. Love the neighbors too.
Pool is always filthy dirty. The ground was literally rotting. The office NEVER answers when I call. Maintenance is lazy. Wayyyy too expensive for the service they provide. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can leave.
Within one month of living here I had 3 leaks and they locked me out without telling me anything. The 3 leaks took weeks to get resolved. I am really sad with my situation. Although everything is finally fixed, I asked for a different unit. I have to either down grade or pay more. Apparently I got a good deal so they can’t work with me. Such a good deal I had so many issues within one month of living here. I wish I would’ve known. They don’t care because they’re not the ones living here. Don’t lease here
Go to every other website besides there’s. Trash everywhere. Gates are always broken and open. Property is not taken care of. Poor maintenance. Not only are there fake 5 star reviews but the front office is fake too!
please don't let the fake reviews that this complex pays for fool you this is by far the worst complex I've lived in mostly because of the management and they way that it's ran. I moved in when the complex first opened, and I'm the first person to live in my unit I've lived here for almost 2 years and the gate has work ed for 6 months or that time any other time it's open because it's constantly broken. Trash was another big issue we are told to leave it out in a bin yet the trash men only pick up when they feel like it if they don't you will receive a $50 trash fine. Towing is another big issue i had a rental car while my car was in the shop, i also pay for 2 covered spots and even had a "temporary" sticker yet my rental was still towed. When i called the front office to ask what i should do and the lady who answered had a terrible attitude and didn't care what's so ever. These apartments look "luxury" but are cheaply made, once you sign your lease expect 150-200 dollars to be added on to your base rent for fees such as a gate fee, trash fee, resident fee, lease lock fee, fetch fee, pest fee and portal fee.
I am usually not a review kind of guy but this review is necessary. I lived here a couple of months now and I’ve never had an issue, other than not having electricity during the severe unusual winter storm. Of course that was something out of everyone’s control. There is this old man here that goes around bashing this property to anyone that will listen. I have to pretend to listen to music while working out because he is none stop. A couple of weeks ago I witnessed Vanessa who sold my apartment to me, and the actual Manager in dress clothes at the pool cleaning massive amounts of trash. All I could think of is how hot they must be. As the day progressed I went out to the pool with a friend. The manager and Vanessa came out to do a pool check. I overheard someone ask why they were out there picking up and complaining about an area in her building. The manager apologized for being a little short staffed. Explained that this is not ideal for them either but, they do what is needed and that they are in the process of hiring someone for grounds. I have noticed a little more dust in the halls, but this review is to acknowledge this apartments employees customer service. Which Is the reason I rented to begin with. Sometimes out of all the hate people need to know some of us see and appreciate the effort. So thank you!
