Aura at Weymouth

I have lived here for almost four years and it has been nothing short of amazing. I wouldn’t have wanted to live at any other apartment. My standards for apartment complex’s are now very high :) The front desk staff is amazing as well as the handy man, Val. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and filled with great people. The actual units are absolutely beautiful with natural light and hard wood floors. There is a reason for the wait list - everyone wants to live here!

This was my first apartment that I lived in and from the second I saw a tour of it, I knew it was home. Nadia, Tina, and the rest of the Aura family made me feel right at home. They are always super responsive when I have a question and they always and communicative when they are doing work around the property. The three years I lived there I never had an issue with anything, but if I ever did I know it would be fixed immediately. Everything is up to date, the high ceilings are a huge plus, the parking is easy, and you feel safe. I would recommend this property to anyone and I will truly miss living there.

My husband and I lived at Aura for 4 years and would have stayed longer if we could. My husband got a job in NH so we needed to relocate for a shorter commute. Aura felt like home as soon as we moved in. They are dog friendly and fully accepted our dog Nala and gave her treats every morning. Tina and Nadia in the office are both so nice and super accommodating. Aura is a great community and we were able to get to know our neighbors well and mingle during summer socials. The gym is great, the apartments are nice with large kitchen islands, new appliances and hardwood floors throughout. There is ample closet space and the apartments are a good size. Val is the head of maintenance and is always quick to respond to any request, he’s the best! The property and building was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Aura, it was the best place we’ve ever lived and we were truly sad to leave! We were treated like family there and are so grateful for our experience at Aura.

My mom relocated back here from Florida and she rented a gorgeous apartment at Aura for one year. From the management team to the building and apartment itself, everything was such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Aura to everyone!

Only lived there for a year before moving out of state but it was a great year. The apartment features and amenities are top notch but the property management staff made it such a great experience. Nadia, Tina, and Val (maintenance) were always so nice, courteous, and helpful. They were always quick to respond and attended to any issue that came up. The building is very quiet and kept extremely clean inside and out. It really was the best experience I've had living in an apartment, and I have lived in A LOT of apartments! Can't recommend highly enough.

Hands down the best apartment if you are looking for a quiet, safe and accessible to place to live. Management is truly the best! They are quick to attend to absolutely any issue. The apartment staff Val, Nadia and Tina are incredibly helpful and they always make you feel so welcomed. There is a reason why it’s always fully booked here and we are so honored to have been chosen to stay and renew our lease here at Aura. We are excited to live for another year in this amazing place.

I lived here for three years and I have had the best experience ever. The apartment and the community is great, Aura being at the top of their game. The property manager Nadia and her team all of them are so sweet and caring always smiling and greeting the tenants. Management also arrange seasonal events and gifts which we loved a lot and kids will miss grabbing chocolate occasionally when walking by the lobby which they keep on refilling very frequently. The management keep the apartment clean and well maintained. Security is good as well,you can open the door right from your cell phone for guests and any deliveries. High ceilings, huge windows for the sunlight to come in. Awesome kitchen with modern appliances and lot of cabinet space. Nicely sized bedroom and closet. Modern style bathroom with huge tiles. This apartment checks all the aesthetics. There is a nice grill station with gas on the house with very beautiful sitting arrangement in the back yard. We were able to plan small events for 10 to 15 people and it was pretty convenient. I had to relocate due to work situation and were pretty sad and emotional leaving the apartment. I have lived in this apartment complex for more than six months. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. I have seen the most spectacular sunsets, fireworks and even lightening storms. The high end appliances make living in an apartment much easier. The building Manager, Nadia, goes above and beyond making the tenants feel safe and comfortable. Always welcomes you with a smile. She even arranged a tenant appreciation pizza party. The grounds are kept immaculate by the building’s all around handyman and gardener, Val. One would be lucky to get an opportunity to live in this complex.

As soon as you come in to the building, you’d already feel at home. The entire place- from the lobby to the hallways smell and feel like you’re in a luxury hotel. I am amazed at how immaculately clean the place is! It’s also very peaceful and cozy. The units are well-maintained, very sleek and moden-looking. Nadia, the property manager is the kindest, most helpful and accommodating property manager. She is very attentive to our requests and inquiries. She responds back to our emails in a very timely manner and is also very approachable. Overall, our apartment hunting experience from inquiring to touring and now to signing the lease is hands down the smoothest and most memorable we’ve had. I cannot wait to spend cozy days in our new home at Aura!!!!

My husband and I were among the first to rent an apartment at Aura in 2015.We have stayed there for 5 years. Both the managers (Colleen and Nadia) have been wonderful and the most helpful people we ever met. All our concerns were promptly addressed. The apartment was spacious with ample light, high ceilings and modern appliances and true to what is advertised. The location is perfect with groceries and other amenities being within walkable distance. We had a hard time finding new apartment that matched Aura's standard. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

I lived at Aura for about 3 years and I would have renewed my lease if I didn't need to be closer to work. Working in the real estate industry, I can confirm that the finishes and appliances are top notch! The apartment is well designed with EXCELLENT storage space. Aura made it easy to make my apartment there my sanctuary. There's a small fitness center that has all your basic needs. The patio with a grill is a great amenity in the summer time. The building is also pet-friendly which is a super plus in my book! There's always a jar with treats at the entry table. Val, the building maintenance man does an amazing job keeping the building and landscaping very clean and well maintained. He's there most mornings cleaning and always has a smile on his face! The location can't be beat! You're 1 minute from Route 3, down the road from stop & shop, shaws and walmart. So easy to get anywhere! Overall, I was very thoroughly pleased with my experience at Aura. The management, maintenance and owners were all amazing during my time there. I highly recommend for anyone looking to move to the Weymouth area!

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment at Aura in Weymouth for several months. We were thoroughly pleased with it and presently surprised. We hadn't rented in years and we were happy to find a clean, green, professionally run community to live in. The apartments are spacious - high ceilings and simple finishes make them appear even larger. The Property Manager was super attentive and a great resource for helping residents take advantage of all the community has to offer. We would most definitely recommend Aura at Weymouth.

Aura was an amazing place to live! We had a wonderful experience here with the apartment itself and with the property manager, Colleen, who was very attentive and welcoming to us and our needs. Everything was neatly cared for and the place was kept clean and decorated very professionally.

I'm in my third year in the building and have no regrets about choosing this place. The building is immaculate, as are the grounds, and the credit goes to the Property Manager. She takes her job seriously...which sometimes offends those residents that don't. The building is non-smoking; you know that when you sign on. So: don't smoke. Easy, huh? You have to take your own trash out to the dumpster; what??? Oh, noes! Not that! Oh, wait... I guess that's not so bad; better than dragging barrels out to the street and dragging them back every week. Yeah, occasionally someone will spill something but guess what? It gets cleaned up as soon as possible. Bottom line: I'm very content here. It's a great location, well managed and well cared for. If you can get a place in here (limited availability...for a reason!), count your blessings.

What a great building to live in! Colleen the building manager keeps it in immaculate shape and is extremely responsive to any requests. It’s so nice to come home to a lovely apartment. Also conveniently close to Boston and the beach. There’s even a Whole Foods nearby.

I have lived at Aura since it opened and I absolutely love living here!! It was hard to move half way across the country to some place new, but Colleen is the best building manager I could ask for!! She always has a smile and is so easy to work with!! We are a small community, and one of the biggest reasons I picked to live here is because of the "green living" vibe. Unfortunately, the management has had to actually enforce those rules such as "No Smoking" despite it being clearly stated this is that type of residence. I am so appreciative that Colleen takes her job seriously and enforces rules such as "No Smoking" for those that have chosen not to abide by the lease agreements they signed that clearly stated what you can and cannot do. Don't let a few bad apples who didn't like having the rules enforced, that they agreed to follow, but rather chose to be petty and write bad reviews out of spite. I'm glad they're no longer residents here because it makes this place even better to not have that negativity around!!

We have been living at Aura since it’s opening in 2015. It has a modern design with high ceilings, and big windows with nice views. The grounds are always neatly kept but is especially beautiful in the spring and summer! We required handicap access which Aura offers. Living at Aura has been a great experience. Colleen, the property manager, is very knowledgeable, accommodating, nice, and manages the building with the highest standards of cleanliness and respect for the tenants, that is very much appreciated by us. The reason everything here still looks new and clean is because the manager runs a tight ship, which I personally love. Colleen makes sure everything is in order and any issues are fixed right away. There have been a few maintenance people that have worked here over the years and all of them are polite, excellent, trustworthy and hardworking. The winter decorations that are put up, are so wonderful and it always smells so pleasant. She really cares about the “Aura” of the building and it puts a smile on my face as soon as I walk in. Colleen has always gone above and beyond for our family and is very helpful.

Aura is an amazing place to live and it’s so close to shopping and the highway. From the day I moved in (over 3 years ago), the property manager Colleen has made my experience in the complex feel like home. The units are spacious and the in-unit washer and dryer is a great feature. Between the property manager and the maintenance staff the grounds and the building are immaculate. The holiday decorations are like a winter wonderland.

My husband and I were the first residents to live in apartment #205. We loved the modern design, brand new appliances and modern fixtures. It was spacious and had beautiful large windows, high ceilings and balcony access. We enjoyed the common grill area and elevators which made it possible for us to have my dad over, who needed handicap accommodations. Living at the Aura was a great experience. Its one of the best affordable luxury building in the state of Massachusetts, from the location to the living accommodations. Believe me before we moved in, we did our research, and nothing was comparable. If we did not purchase our home, we will still be there guaranteed. The Property Manager, Colleen was wonderful. Always very pleasant, caring, and attentive to all of our needs or request. The Aura was always well maintained ; clean and decorative and had a beautiful welcome home smell. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Colleen went above and beyond to make it a good experience for the residents from the welcome gifts to the amazing Aura resident and holiday event gatherings. We often reminisce on our wonderful time living at the Aura.

Not 'modern' nor 'boutique'. They have no modern resident portal to pay your bill and you literally have to carry your trash through the hallway, down the elevator then outside to a dumpster. Residents spill things and is a health risk not to mention the foul odors constantly left behind. I can only assume the two 5 star ratings were written by the property manager because I can assure you no resident living here is a fan of her. In fact, during my move out breaking the lease to get out early we were 1 of 3 families doing the same. The property manager left us with the worst experience I've ever encountered living anywhere.

My husband and I have lived at Aura at Weymouth since its opening in the fall of 2015. We are very pleased with our unit, the property manager and her maintenance staff. Our unit is bright and cheery with floor to ceiling windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets and plenty of storage space. The property manager is very friendly and manages the building with a high standard of cleanliness that is appreciated by the residents. She is very efficient and acts on residents’ requests in a timely fashion. Her maintenance staff is also very pleasant and trustworthy. We have had a very positive experience living here at Aura. Literally the best little apartment community! Aura is boutique in size they call it, Although packed with our a great onsite Management presence that has always been professional, very kind and upbeat with service from our property manager Colleen and her maintenance help. My apartment interior style I fell in love with online and it's true to pictures in person when you tour. A lot of sunlight in my home, awesome kitchen, floor to ceiling window view and great room and closet storage on my patio for the rental price. I can say now living here going over 2 years and not being the easiest to please, but am writing because I can honestly say my community is so well maintained by our manager with high cleanliness and service standards and it doesn't change. She has proven very consistent, trustworthy, hard working as our only manager and my work requests if any are always responded to quickly. No complaints and the reason I stay along with my other neighbors.
