Very nice apartment close to downtown everything is really close even to walk everywhere love the amenities and the elevators love this neighborhood
Everything looks clean and new noises from. The city are expected but nothing bad, all amenities are functional and clean overalls a great experience so far
Beautiful place good up keep on cleaning need work on the homeless and system breakdowns, more notice would be nice, and great fast response when comes to any fire or police department, and front is always welcoming
Elevator seem to be working, gates seem to be working, kind of hard to get DoorDash deliveries. Otherwise things are just fine no complaints.
Love this place! It’s just what I’ve been looking for. The office crew are just fantastic! Love living downtown and not to far from restaurants.

We have been residents for almost 1 year. We decided to stay one more year. We have yet to swim in the beautiful pool. Perhaps this weekend. I love to golf and practice on the screen in the rec room. I get some paperwork and copies done in the professional lounge. I would ask folks to stop in and have some coffee with an assistant that will share a tour and a peek at the amenities.

Augusta Flats has been a nice welcoming experience to San Antonio. The complex is in the middle of downtown with plenty to see and explore. The building itself has nice amenities and gives the feel of common luxury for an affordable price. We love the massive storage in the kitchen and high vaulted ceilings in our space.

The housing manager helped me move into the apartment a lot and the other staff was super friendly and helpful. My apartment is in a great location: I can walk to the River Walk area. Also, the buses are easy to access. The amenities are clean and safe. I am loving this place!!

Great location but it’s not safe outside at night. I asked maintenance to change ceiling lifts in bathroom because the bulbs keep going in and out. They said they seem to be working and left them as is. Twice.

It’s a cool apartment complex, but just be aware of which side you live on. The inside apartments face the pool which can get loud especially since the pool is enclosed on all for sides making the noise echo. If you’re fine with the noise, this place is cool.

I love the pool here. But my upstairs neighbors are so loud, and I hear every step they make across the floor. I've sent management a request to take better care of the landscaping around the building because it looks really bad.

It's nice but just a little bit out of date! But it's quiet and the staff is extremely nice. There a restaurants across the street and the grocery store isn't far at all. Everything is nearby and convenient.

I always feel very safe in this apartment and it’s a great location! There are always events put on my the apartment and even food trucks on Tuesdays

Don’t live here if you enjoy paying high rent for trash service. The people that work here are terrible. They don’t help and don’t even want to work. They don’t know what they are doing most of the time. And place gets broken into every night

Stay far away! Lili and Christian are awesome, besides them, management is absolutely TERRIBLE. The A/C unit in my apartment was broken and I was given the run around for 3+ WEEKS until the issue was finally diagnosed as a leaking coil. I had to make 3 different tickets for them to finally send an A/C contractor. I live on the 1st floor and the window blinds are supposed to be 1 way visible, however at night they are 1 way visible in reverse. If I have any lights on in my unit when it's dark, anyone walking on the sidewalk in downtown San Antonio can look straight into my apartment while I can't see out! Management said they will not only not replace the blinds, but also I can't remove the blinds currently in place! Neighbor dogs are left to bark and bark at anything they see moving or hear outside, owners don't seem to have any desire to quiet them down at all which leads to a lot of excess noise, even past the designated "quiet hours", management completely ignored my noise complaint. One of the biggest draws to this place for me was the Golf Simulator. Well only a month after I moved in the Simulator was out of order and had been so for OVER 1 MONTH with zero communication from management whatsoever as to what was going on. After I pressed them multiple times I finally received acknowledgement that they were working on the equipment. It has now been over 2 months and there is no sign at all of any effort to get this amenity back to working order and of course still zero communication. Management has no problem sending out frequent emails reminding residents to post rent as well as reminding residents of rules but somehow wasn't able to even post a simple sign on the door of the golf lounge acknowledging that it was being worked on. It's ~3 months of this amenity being out of order and you can be sure that at the same time there has been no deduction in the amenity fee! There is also a very strange system where if you have even a medium sized standard Amazon package being delivered it will be held in the office until you physically go and pick it up yourself DURING their office hours or tough luck, you will have to wait until the next day or even the weekend to get your package. Had an issue where my apartment was crawling with milipedes, made a ticket and didn't even receive a simple acknowledgment of my ticket for 2 weeks until a pest team finally came out of nowhere one day to spray my unit.
The location, the amenities, the layout of the property and the quality of the units make this a perfect place to live.
The amenities are wonderful, but the micro market still isn?t done.
A lot of car break ins and homeless people in the area. Wish the micro market was open and there was at least some patches of grass for the pups.
The property is nice, but not enough is being done relative to security. There are many doors that do not require access keys, including access to the hallways. The doors from the parking garage to the halls need to have key readers and more security is needed for the garage, either recorded cameras or night watch.
There are security concerns that prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending the property. I really like the management team, the facilities and location, but security is becoming a serious concern for many residents
