Audubon Park Apartments

I am so happy to be an Audubon Park resident! The office staff (hi Barbara) has been welcoming and helpful every time I’ve had a need or just a general question. Maintenance has been quick to show up and very knowledgeable. I can see myself staying here for years. My apartment already feels like a cozy home.

Please rate & review your apartment community....... I have a lot of issues with this places throughout a lot of different areas. I think that there are a lot of changes that need to be made and things that need to be updated and bugs that need to be exterminated. Thanks for your time.

Everyone i have had the fortune to meet and interact with have been polite and helpful. The residents don't seem to be over noisy have returned a Hi when passing.

So far I believe that this is somewhere I can live until I finally buy..very happy. I have no major issues and love how quiet it is. The Pease and cleanliness i love

I've been in the Audubon Park apartment community for 2 years now. There are a few things that I would change if I could. Those would be apartment community amenities, events and community relationships, And most recently, apartment lease renewal and deposit requirements. For community events, I would suggest find volunteers within the community that may be interested in producing a newsletter "Newsflash"to announce upcoming events, community good to know information, And articles submitted by other residents as well as humor and pets sections within the "Community Newsflash". Possibly a beach volleyball area below the cookout patio in that vacant grass patch of land. Possibly make pool a heated pool or incorporate a hot tub/jucuzzi for adults. Also adding to the many kid focused events it would be nice to designated a day or more a week for adults ONLY in pool and cookout areas or adult only social events. Many residents have no kids and enjoy grownup time to relax/unwind/socialize

I like everything here. You get what you paid for. The management is quick to fix any problems we have had so far. Only been here for a week but like everything so far. Very convenient to everything; grocery shopping, highway, gas station and etc.

Been a great experience love living here quiet and comfortable. Office staff is awesome and welcoming, love that they have events like movie night even thought I haven't went yet but in the future ??

So far it’s been a pleasant experience, I’m talking about from the beginning of signing the lease, to every maintenance request submitted, just amazing. Everyone an I do mean everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, I feel safe, a don’t plan on going anywhere. I really recommend Audubon park to future residents, GREAT CHOICE WE MADE TO MOVE HERE!!! The pool is almost always closed, trash ben is almost always overflowing, can’t find a parking space close , have to park farther away from apartment

Love the location and has great amenities. The office staff are kind and helpful. They also try to have events for the residents to come together as a community. The neighborhood is great.

Fairly safe and clean community, for the price. Good square footage for the price. The management seems decent too. The main issue is that upon move in we had to do a ton cleaning and fixing up the apartment. They had told us that between tenants they painted the apartments, but that clearly had not been done before moving in. There are stuff marks and stains on the walls (and tobacco stains on the ceilings). Which brings me to terrible smell in the apartment. Had to buy air fresheners, light candles, and burn incense for a month before it started to go away.

anytime you need anything they get it done. it’s a clean apartment complex. it’s also a good thing that they like celebrating holidays with the Community.

First of all, the ladies in the office are fantastic. They are very helpful and explain everything and walk you through it all. I'm new to the area but I lived here before and it's way better now staff and great choices. It's very quiet and peaceful and everybody is super nice. I think I'm gonna really like it here

Moving in so many things were broken and not fixed, they still aren’t fixed. The ac has been broken since I moved in and it still is. I put work orders in and things still didn’t my get finished fixed. Rent is to high to have theses problems.

The location is great, very convenient to major roads and shopping. The community lacks green space for children to play and animals to run. Over the 4 years I’ve lived here the trash compactor has broken down several times and there was no communication on the expected time to repair. Property has changed hands at least twice in 4 years.

Me encanta. Es muy bella residencia. Son muy amables en la oficina. Y los vecinos muy tranquilos. Feliz de vivir aquí. Estoy feliz en mi apartamento, lo encuentro muy cómodo y bello. Es privado. Y eso nos encanta. El gym es maravilloso. La piscina es increíble. Y la lavandería también me encanta. Todo es bello aquí.

It would be great if they took extra care with these huge bushes that cover apartment windows and harbor many insects. And they make the view horrible. They could invest in new cabinets for the apartments, they are all completely old and have been used for many years. Very old refrigerator with lots of cockroaches. The plastic (floor) on the floor was very poorly installed, full of bubbles and tears. The outside is never clean, there is a lot of dirt under the stairs.

Overall I really enjoy living here. It's surprisingly quiet. The office staff if very outgoing and friendly. The sounds are well maintained. The only complaint I have is all the trash amd broken glass around the dumpster.

it’s a very quiet community with friendly staff. the trash is overpriced considering we walk it down ourselves. i’ve never had any problems in the neighborhood, neighbors have never been a problem. there should be more parking available per building. other than that, i recommend.

The office staff was amazing during the application process and move in stress. Never been greeted by everyone until here with “welcome home” when I came to pick up our keys. I had a new neighbor stop playing with his son to carry a Tucker tote I was carrying. Everyone seems very friendly so far and it’s peaceful.

the maintenance department is the best there is, They help with everything necessary! They are very attentive and respectful. and a trust is always born between Audubon and the client

The customer experience was great and felt like a part of the community before I even moved in. Have some issues with bugs, but when I brought it to them, they had the "bug guy" there that day.

Some vanity renovations that were promised when we first moved in haven’t been started, but that’s honestly fine with me because the place still looks great and I enjoy living here quite a lot. Maintenance requests are always promptly taken care of, I really appreciate those quick response times. Front desk workers are always friendly and helpful, I’ve had to call them a few times and each time my issue’s been resolved. I have basically 0 complaints about Audobon after a year of living here.

The workers in the office are amazing people! The only thing I have complaints about is the buildings are really old so there are always maintenance issues.

I appreciate that management respect all my request orders submitted. When there are issues: like loud noises and kids playing scooter near residents' apartment, it has been taken care of in timely manner. Thank you.

I absolutely love living here. Everyone is kind and friendly. The pool and gym are great! My apartment is beautiful and I love my porch. The staff is responsive and aims to please.

Nice neighborhood, if you have children the apartments play ground isn't great, could really use some fixing up, but a mostly positive experience.

Management is great and I really have no complaints about this place. Still pretty noisy, especially our new upstairs neighbors. But the new management has definitely improved some things

Very friendly and helpful staff, made becoming a new resident pleasant. Apartment was very clean when we moved in. The parking lot is very cramped.

No major problems concern. Security appears to be presented. I love seeing a patrol car in th area (apartment complex). Management responds in a proper manner to maintenance requests.

At the beginning was great, then it all changed.i took pics of everything that was not fixed, that was told was fixed, and there was like 8 issues in all, then they make you feel like you are a bother to them when you talk to them.

Super helpful and always make us feel welcome. All issues if any are promptly addressed. Great location and the Apts. are super clean. Very comfortable living here.

Very nice management, there when they say they will be and very helpful. Maintenance comes quickly, typically the next day, and does their best to fix issues

I have been here only a few days and am still getting to know the people and area but so far I feel it is a nice area and location. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the community as I get to go out and explore.

I love it here it’s clean nice an in a good area the people in the front office are awesome! Also the apartments inside are nice. Also if you have a problem they get right on it . I also like how the trash isn’t overflowing

Great community! The staff is very friendly, kind and caring. Maintenance guys are great! They have definitely cleaned the place up since April.

It’s been a good experience so far ! Nobody bothers in the area, everything is so quiet. I’m in love with my apartment is spacious. I’ve enjoyed the car care center saves me a lot of money !!!

Maintenance requests are completed quickly, typically the next day, which is super nice. Still kinda noisy but at least the fact that there’s screaming children playing carefree makes you feel a bit safer

Eu gosto de morar aqui , muito tranquilo, e o pessoal da office São muito bons, Só não concordo da piscina ficar tanto tempo fechada ,a gente já trabalha tanto e no final de semana quer ficar na beirada da piscina mais tranquilo . E fecharam lá e até hoje não avisaram o pq

Great and quiet place to live. Only complaint is the pool being closed half the summer. Love the car wash station and maintenance is always quick to help.

I like the apt. , the location is very nice,staff is friendly, I really hate it that the pool was closed the whole summer, I’m hoping that it will be open next year( might have to move if not open, that’s one of the reasons I moved here)
