Audubon Easterly

My stay at Audubon Easterly has been nothing but fantastic. The property manager Kristine has been very accommodating and understanding to my concerns. She has addressed them in an expedited manner and is very professional about her job. The grounds are well manicured, with a pool that sure helps beat the summer heat. They have a nice state of the art gym, but I don’t work out all that much. You can’t beat the location as route 1 is nearby and has access to restaurants and bars, not to mention Gillette Stadium and Patriot’s games. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Black mold ! Horrible smell, pets urine in every hallway. Management 1out of 10

The management team is worst we have ever worked with. The women in the office is nothing but a lier and mis-leading. My wife and want to move out because of the noise and how dirty it is along with the worst management I have ever dealt with. They will tell you what ever you want to hear to get you to move in and then never stand behind anything they say.

Great wooded location but minutes from everything.Property is impeccably clean.Office and Maintenance staff are very helpful.

The apartment layout and finishes are functional and beautiful. but what makes this community are the leasing/maintenance staff. They are outstanding and responsive. Rick, John, Rhonda, Aurora and Mike!! The process has been easy and relaxed from the moment we stepped foot on the property to the moment we moved in. Also everyone who lives here is friendly and happy.

Love the staff and property at Alta Easterly. They have made this feel like home since I moved in. The fitness center on site is amazing as well as the dog park. Apartments and grounds are well kept all year round.

This is by far the best place I have ever lived! Everyone here is so friendly and the leasing/maintenance staff always have a smile on their face. They work their butts off to make this place as amazing as possible. The outdoor living spaces will be a great during the summer! There are multiple grills, fireplaces and even a salt water pool. The dog park is huge and our dog Charlee is excited to have a place to run around. The interior finishings are also up to "Patrick standards" as my friends joke about as I am a major perfectionist! I would highly recommend this place.

Just moved in about a month ago, this place has everything you need. New units well appointed with all new appliances and great space. If you’re looking for something different, with more of a lifestyle living then Alta Easterly is the place for you

The entrance to Alta Easterly is inviting and beautiful. Walking into the entrance, Aurora met us and we discussed our desires. Aurora proceeded to take us on a tour of the various apartments and the unique features. The walk down the hallways and into the apartments was very cheery and the color scheme most pleasing. The quartz counter tops gave distinction to the kitchen as well as the flat top stove and beautiful refrigerator. Many spacious cabinets lined the walls and completed the kitchen look. The two bathrooms were roomy and the vanities provided good storage. The walk through closets is unique in that there is room to hang clothes without crowding. The high ceilings add to the size of the room. The common area with pool, BBQ and sitting area is a great place to relax. Mail boxes and package storage is very convenient and safe. We ended the tour at club house, grabbed a coffee, applied on line and, viola, we were approved. A pain free way to apply. The work out room would make the avid exercise enthusiast feel like he is at his favorite gym. Thank you Aurora for an incredible experience. Karl Olson
