Beautiful apartments and a knowledgeable leasing team. Unfortunately, the leasing team does lie about which amenities are present in units when you are applying, so be weary, and do not apply without looking at the EXACT unit you are interested in.

I have been in Atlas Waterside now over a year, and I work a lot out of town, and the apartments are secure, and they are an easy and great place to live, and very turn key. If an issue arises, it is handled quickly and professionally, with resolution to satisfaction. The amenities are great, and provides easy access to the Trinity Trails and the shopping and dining in Waterside, as well as easy commute to TCU, as well as the rest of Fort Worth.

I fell in love with this community the first day that I met Anne on my initial tour. I cannot rave about her enough. She was really a HUGE factor in my decision to pick this community and I couldn’t be more grateful. Kylie was also a huge help in staying on top of my quick move in date and communicating with me on next steps quickly via email since it can be difficult to answer the phones at my job. I knew I would always get an immediate follow up email keeping me in the loop and I really appreciated that. I’m in love with this place, and so are all of my friends and family that have helped me move in and been to visit me thus far.

The maintenance is quick to respond, the front office staff is friendly and helpful, there are community events, the residents are quiet, and the location is top tier. I have no complaints about living here and would recommend it to someone looking for a quieter apartment complex.

I am extremely happy as a resident at Atlas Waterside. I have lived in 5 different apartments in my life, and my experience at Atlas Waterside has been the best. I have lived here for about 6 months now, and I do not have any complaints. I am happy with the rapid response of the maintenance team. The complex is quiet, clean, friendly, and feels very safe. The trails and river are so beautiful, and I really enjoy taking my dog for walks on these trails around the complex. I live in a studio and am quite happy with the in-unit washer and dryer, new appliances, new countertops, and walk-in closet. The trash pick-up staff are very friendly, as is the leasing office and community here.

Been here for over 2 years. Word is out about this great place to live. Not so sure your 95% helped me negotiate a meat ball at release time. I got nothing, nada, 0 but I signed for another 12 months. Like it here. Not a secret anymore. Guess the get what you pay for principal applies. Love it here.

I have been here since it opened. Changed management companies around a year ago, service went down. No longer is the interior cleaned. Dirty halls and parking garage. Allows multiple, large dogs in apartments, pet owners let their animals use the bathroom in the halls and garage, no one is cleaning up the mess. Trinity River walking trail comes up to apartment so there are strangers walking through the complex, and some even have used the pool, full street clothes. Office notified, they did nothing. Rent keeps going up but services go down. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Apartments have great high end features in the units and the shared community features are top notch. Street traffic and parking is difficult at times, but convenience to shopping/highways are fantastic.

I think the community is beautiful and clean. The location is great for downtown Ft. Worth and shopping areas. Management is friendly and very responsive to needs of the individuals.

Just moved here from California. Was sad to leave my hometown but as soon as I saw this place i felt right at home! All of the residents are super friendly and the community stay as clean as can be. They constantly have these cool events, haven't gotten the chance to attend but I'm looking forward to the next one. Thank you Alta staff! You've made this transition so easy. As far as the location? top notch. Didn't even realize there is a whole running trail until I moved in. Love it here! Good job everyone.
I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love the area! Me and my fiancé are runners so being right by the trail was a must. The restaurants are so yummy and you even get discounts for being a resident! We love to use our as the cute little Taco Diner bear by. Also Press Cafe is just a little over 2 miles so we have a new ritual of running and grabbing breakfast there. And how could I leave out the gym?!? It’s massive, the biggest I’ve seen.
