When looking to move Liz in the office is so friendly and helpful! She was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable being across the country. I lived here for a couple years and liked it. My apartment was nice and everything in the community was well taken care of. If I had to have maintenance come by, it was always done pretty fast. The people in the office were nice too.

Ever since I moved out here it's been a calm, nice, safe community. I would recommend anyone to reside here if there looking for an involved community, excellent schools and thoughtful staff members. I love my 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment, its very comfortable and spacious!
I love my apartment alot but it seems there a quite a few decorating restrictions involving painting and replacing things and I am a big time interior designer!
Burkeshire pointe is located in swartz creek, Mi. I choose this area because i am from flint mi where the crime is high and this still gives u the suburbs but also the cuty feel. My apartment is a 2bd 2bath and is very spacious. Building hallways stay clean and the grounds keeper doea her best. Staff is always very friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to.They understand situations come up that may make u late on rent and they are willing to work with you.
