So far there’s ton of discrepancies around the apartments which shows they rather go the cheap route and hire a cheap contractors that does cheap work around the complex and in the apartments than hiring more reputable company/contractor that do at least decent work. The amenities around the complex are decent.

So far so good! I’ve been here for a few days and everyone has been helpful! Gym looks good, pool looks nice, and parking is secure. Rooms are big too!

So far atlas has been great! Requests have been fixed in a timely manner. Trash is always picked up. The gym is great and has everything you need. The neighborhood is very walkable and has a lot to offer.

I have been renting for over 5 years and Atlas has hands down been the best apartment I’ve lived at. Its quiet, clean, has a great location, and attentive staff. They are always so friendly and seem to really take pride in their jobs. Tom and Matt in particular are the best! Another big plus is how pet friendly Atlas is. Tom has gone out of his way to get to know my dogs and make sure they’re comfortable with him.

Love the balcony and storage space! Parking has been a bit difficult. I’ve always been able to find a spot, but the spots are small and most are sandwiched between concrete pillars. Other than that it’s been great!

Staff super friendly and helpful. Great property! Everything is clean. Parking areas well light, clean. Cameras in parking areas. Building is secure because you have to have a fob to enter. Meet several residents and their friendly dogs. Resident lounge is first class!

Overall the complex is well maintained and is of high quality. However, be warned if you need any move out flexibility or expect a month-to-month option. I needed to extend my move out date 30 days and was told month to month wasn't offered, even though the terms were in my lease, and was instead offered a $9k a month rate for those extra 30 days.

Atlas takes an apartment and makes it a home! Every staff member you encounter is kind, courteous, and caring. Any issue I have had, I was helped in about 30 mins or less. Our landlord, Brandon, is the best! Monday through Friday, his door is always open to his office. He always greet you with a smile and a listening ear. The halls, elevator, and any common space are pristine and smell Great! It also helps that the cleaning staff is some of the kindest, most caring people you will meet! It’ll be a while before I’ll move from here, but when I do, it will be with some sad tears.

Everyone has been super nice. Germantown is a great neighborhood! Love being in walking distance of a bunch of cool places. Easy commute to downtown. Very quiet within the complex. Staff is extremely helpful.

Great so far! Great neighborhood with responsive maintenance. Relatively quiet compared to other buildings in the area. Prices were also very reasonable for being in such a good area. Studios are more like 1BR - very spacious

The apartments are clean and look pretty new still. The staff seemed new and needs a little more training. High pressure to sign immediately out else price for same apartment might go up the next day

The community is great. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also very dog friendly here :). The only downside is there’s a lot of construction around the building so it’s hard to sleep.

Just moved in and it was a smooth transition. Love having storage space for our extra junk. love the view from the balcony, I get to see the Nashville city skyline and its so beautiful at night. so far so good!

The community is great with good amenities along with friendly staff and community. So much construction with lots of noise. A lot of sliverfish bugs in the apartment. Parking needs in improvement since majority of the spaces are very narrow and tight sqeeze. The apartment thermostat heater doesn't keep the unit warm enough so I survived winter with a blanket heater. The apartment needs to give us residents more love by giving us more social events, been here for 4 months and not one event like food socials. The Germantown area is awesome with great restaurants and parks also downtown Nashville is in walking distance.

The location here is perfect — feels like it’s own little suburb. It is far away enough from downtown to not feel crowded and too busy, but close enough where you can have easy access to everything downtown. Germantown is a happy medium, and I love that there are plenty of grass areas to access with your dog. As for the building itself, I love that it is a smaller complex with not too many apartments. It is always quiet here, and the amenities never feel too crowded. The management office has been setting up lots of activities and get-togethers for the residents, so it feels very involved here. There is always a prompt response from management or maintenance when there is an issue; as a smaller community, you always feel like your concerns are their top priority. The staff is attentive and really tries their best to exceed expectations and make this a wonderful place to live.
