Atlantico at palm aire
This property is great. I like coming over here. The staff is really great. The gym is 24hrs which is a plus. The office staff is amazing and they all have great customer service.

Customer service top tier
I have been searching for an affordable apartment complex for quite some time. Let’s face it everything is high right now, BUT the customer service here was great. Walked in and was greeted right away. The tour was great and the apartments are up to date.

Great place to live!
The maintenance and leasing team at this complex have been absolutely fantastic! Aleisha was there throughout my entire lease and was always quick to handle any issues or answer any questions I had. My experience living here was truly great — I’ll definitely miss you all

Clean property
The property is very clean and well kept. I’ve been living here for 5 years and have not been disappointed. The pool is resort style and very appealing. The gym is 24hrs which is also great. The staff is great as well. Big kudos to the APM.

Great service
Atlantico at Palm Aire is a great community. I came here with my friend to tour a two bedroom and the APM was absolutely amazing.she acknowledged us immediately and already had everything ready to go. We didn't feel rushed and was able to tour the entire property. The complex is kept clean so it's only right they were nominated for curb appeal. The apartment is spacious. My friend will be leasing and I will send anyone I know looking for a place to live to this location. Great amenities.

This property is great and up to date. The leasing office staff is amazing and great to work with. I love the amenities and love that they have a kid park. I toured with the APM and she went the extra mile to assure we were well taken care of.

I 100% recommend Atlantico at Palm Aire. Their team is amazing and feels like a family. I love the space especially the stainless steel kitchen appliances. Being here gives me the feeling of being in a resort. And the coffee in the clubhouse is amazing! And oh the gym! I hardly use any other gym anymore . Love love

The sweetest crew
Indra and Aleisha made my visit very welcoming. They answered all my questions were answered and even answered questions I didn’t think of. I had no idea what to expect but my expectations were over met! Highly recommend the complex as it is safe and enclosed and also just gives you that “at home” feeling.

Highly recommended property
As a realtor, I have the privilege of seeing many properties, but this one truly stands out. This home offers a fantastic blend of modern updated appliances. AhMaZiiiiiiing Place!
I’m not even moved in yet, and I already know I made the right choice! The grounds are spotless, the customer service is top-tier, and the little things like holding the door open for me at the leasing office just show how much they care. Great Place to Live!
I have lived here going on 4 years now and I can honestly say this a great place to live! Any requests that I have gets answered quickly and correctly. Do something today that your future self will thank you for...
This is my second stay at an FCI Residential property, which commenced with a scheduled tour while relocating for work. My positive experience at the first property motivated me to tour this one. The Assistant Property Manager (APM) who conducted the tour showcased two available apartment options (limited availability being an encouraging sign), a resort-style pool equipped with gas grills, and an impressive gym/fitness center, all of which confirmed my decision to move in. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant (LC) effectively addressed a couple of questions I had during the process. I met the Property Manager (PM) for the first time on the day of the move. This, in my view, exemplified her leadership skills and confidence in her team. The entire moving process surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend that you schedule a tour today.

Great Property Experience
I wanted to leave a review from my great experience at Atlantico, Apartment hunting can be so stressful nowadays especially in south florida and I had such a great experience! The property manager was so nice, professional and extremely helpful and informative and answered all my questions! The property was also so well maintained which is a big plus! Great property
I have been living here since day one and have been very happy. I’m extremely grateful for the APM. She’s amazing and knows what she is doing. The new PM is awesome, she’s very hands on, and comes out of the office to meet her new residents. The older pm was great as well. The new leasing is great. Overall this is a great property. I love living here!!!

Perfect Home
The Assistant Property Manager is perhaps the best i've ever met! Competent in every way and absolutely great at her job! The leasing consultant is also very pleasant to work with and highly attentive - Thank you guys! The community is quite, very clean and in perfect proximity to the major highways - Love to call this place my home! They also just built a Topgolf nearby.

Customer Service
Atlantico At Palm Wire has been a wonderful place to live. I have been living here two years now. I work from home and I like to work out the clubhouse. Today I left my charger behind and it was raining. The APM offered to drive me to my apartment on the golf cart and bring me back to the clubhouse. She goes above and beyond to make ensure she is very personable.

The best place to live
The community is amazing, the staff, gym, amenities and the clubhouse are great. You’ll enjoy living here. The PM, APM, and the team do an amazing job making sure the community is clean and orderly. They just updated the pool area with cushions. Looks great.

Lovely community
I have been living here for a few months and it’s been amazing. The leasing office agents are very sweet and helpful. The amenities are always clean and open for the community. Every person I have met that lives here has been very nice and neighborly. It is definitely an upgrade from my previous apartment which was awful.

Leasing
Very clean community. I love the atmosphere and very welcoming. I’m thinking about moving in myself and working with Aleisha has been amazing. The amenities are great and the 24hr gym is a plus. The pool is huge and the tv at the pool work. I like that I will be able to grill and watch the game.

Loved it!
I lived at Atlantico at Palm Aire and really loved it! The assistant property manager was incredibly communicative during the move in process, with any questions I had while living there, and throughout the move out process; any issues that needed maintenance were dealt with quickly and efficiently; and, the place always felt clean and safe (which were two things that really mattered to me as a single woman moving to a new state completely alone).

Best apartment I ever rented.
From day one everything was perfect. The apartment smelled fantastic and the leasing agents set up everything g and explained everything. My maintenance requests are addressed same day. Love the pool! Thank you guys.

Modern
Very beautiful property. I was able to visit this past weekend. I really would like to lease here but they do not have a 2 bedroom for my time frame. The apartments are up to date and modern. Stainless steel appliances and full size washer and dryer which is a plus. I asked for Aleisha which she was the one working and she was amazing like the reviews say. They did not disappoint.

Welcoming and very knowledgeable
Recently visited Atlantico at Palm Aire and the customer service was nothing but amazing. Aleisha is very personal and cares about what you’re looking for. Great Apartment complex
I recently had the pleasure of living at this community for a while and it was an absolutely great. The apartment itself was modern and cozy, with all the necessary amenities for comfortable living. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transportation and many dining and entertainment options nearby. The management team was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the leasing process a breeze. Aleisha, has been great since coming to the property. Just ask for her if you would like to live here. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable living experience.

Great Viewing Experience
I came to Atlantico at Palm Aire to do a tour from New York. I plan on moving to Florida very soon. Aleisha was very helpful from the moment I arrived. She offered me something to drink and registered me right away. We viewed an empty unit and the model. Everything was amazing. I would be happy to lease here once something becomes available.

Atlantico at palm aire
Very nice community and well maintained. Aleisha is amazing and great to work with so definitely ask for her. The club house is clean and well kept. I love to walk in and get the coffee. I save from having to go to Starbucks all the time.
