My wife and I lived at Atlantico at Miramar for two amazing years, and our experience there was nothing short of excellent. The only reason we moved out was because we purchased our first home — otherwise, we would have happily stayed much longer. The community is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the green spaces and the dog park — our pup was just as happy there as we were! It’s a very pet-friendly place, and the open areas made daily walks and outdoor time really enjoyable. The amenities are fantastic — from the modern gym and resort-style pool to the welcoming clubhouse. The entire property is quiet, clean, and has a great neighborhood feel. The staff was always friendly and responsive, making our time there feel truly stress-free. Atlantico at Miramar was a wonderful place to call home, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a true sense of community.

I recently moved to Atlantico at Miramar and overall, it’s been a great experience. The community is well-maintained and the people are friendly and active in working out which is inspiring when trying to make your own lifestyle changes. The apartments are modern, spacious, and comfortable, and with beautiful landscaping. The amenities are amazing, they have a gym that is well-equipped, the pool area is comforting with shaded areas. Atlantico has more than enough parking spaces as well as guest parking which is important as I am one who love to entertain guest. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and major highways which is great when commuting. Yolonda, her manager and the whole team is very responsive and customer service friendly. They are so nice and made sure everything was perfect. I work from home so this place was absolutely perfect for me. They had a place where I can sit down my work in peace and if I needed anything they were always there to assist. I’ve being in customer service for 25 years and her staff really surprised me with how professional and attentive they all were when getting things done and answering all my questions. If you’re looking for a relaxing place/ resort style living and family oriented place to live in Miramar, Atlantico is the place to be. As soon as I walked in it felt like home or a place I would love to call home. This place is so clean and welcoming. If things change I will definitely keep you updated.

I’ve lived at Atlántico at Miramar for over a year now, and I still feel like I’m living at a resort. The landscaping is always beautifully maintained, the pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, and the gym has everything I need without having to pay for an outside membership. From my first visit to move-in day, everything about Atlántico at Miramar exceeded expectations. The leasing team was transparent, professional, and made the whole process so easy. The apartment looked exactly like the model and was spotless when I moved in. I’ve never had to worry about parking, loud neighbors, or security—it’s just a really peaceful place to live. The amenities are a huge plus. I especially love the clubhouse—it’s a great space to get work done or just relax with a coffee. The pool is always clean, and the gym is better than some local studios I’ve tried. I’ve lived in several communities in South Florida, and this is by far the best.

I’ve lived in apartments where you barely see or talk to anyone, but Atlántico feels like a real community. People say hello in passing, and the leasing staff regularly hosts events that bring everyone together. The apartments themselves are roomy and thoughtfully laid out—I especially love the walk-in closet and large bathrooms. The balcony is big enough for real furniture, and I’ve turned mine into a little outdoor oasis. I also appreciate how pet-friendly the community is. The management staff is incredible—they’re always quick to help, and they actually follow up to make sure things get resolved. I had a small issue with my dishwasher early on and it was handled the same day. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the entire community has a calm, welcoming energy. I have moved in two months ago and noticed little odd things of the neighborhood but passed it by. The number one concern for me is this is a “gated neighborhood” with a “security” that patrols the neighborhood. I see many cars sneaking in the neighborhood by tailgating with the lack of security measures and having a gate that stays open for 2 minutes at a time to allow strangers to enter in the neighborhood. I myself had someone tailgate me. I did try to stop the man who tailgated and in response he came up to my car and was yelling in my face. I then warned the leasing office with the cars information and asked if security do something, and in response was told to call the police department if I felt threatened and they could do nothing. A month later one of our cars was stolen over night and spoke with the same leasing employee and received the same response, “they could do nothing and to call the cops”. Thank god I was able speak with someone else in the office that could be of more assistance. It seems they do not care for the protection of our community as I am hearing other neighbors of ours have also gotten their cars stolen and broken into. My suggestion to you is to look for another community, and my suggestion to the community is to invest in a better gate entrance to ensure to stop strangers from entering in and keeping the community safe. Unfortunately, Im counting down until our lease ends
I am a currently living a nightmare at Atlantico at Miramar and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If luxury, peace and customer service is what you are looking for, look away. I have lived in apartments for the majority of my life and have never experienced anything like this. Long story short, the unit above mine was rented to inconsiderate people who not only smoke marijuana that travels to my unit but make extreme noises. Loud offensive music, screaming by multiple people and harsh thumping that shakes the ceiling is heard all through the day and night. When I say night, I mean 11pm, midnight, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6am. This happens Monday through Sunday, non stop sheer torture. It is obvious the unit is being used for more than living (or not living at all) and the property management company has mishandled the situation completely. Again, I have lived in apartments before and know that noise is to be expected but this is extreme. It sounds like people are wrestling, furniture is being thrown with a roaring crowd. That’s the best way I could describe it. I’ve called the police many times, escalated to the regional manager and to date, I’m still living in this hell. It’s not taken seriously, I am not being heard and have had to put up with the property managers condescending comments and tone. Yet, they won’t let me move out without a penalty. I’ve even invited them to my home to hear for them selves and that has been ignored. Service does not exist here. Instead the staff is too busy smoking cigarettes all day by the pool. Due to this I am sleep deprived . I have spent countless hours and lots of energy trying to get a resolution to no avail. You can find much nicer, newer places with friendly staff. Even if this place was amazing, the lack of care, service and respect for the tenants destroys it. Before you rent here, know that if anything arises, you will have no support. You will reach a dead end and pay your hard earned money to a property management company that does not care. They are unprofessional, unreasonable, unfair and unjust. It is inhumane and I hope someone higher up reads this and takes action.

I had a safety issue with my car and could not drive it to sent me a luxury car. Not even 24 hours with the car, my car was stolen out of the community. I pay to stay in a gated community, but yet the gate was wide open because they are working on fixing a new entrance. This is ridiculous!! There are no cameras in the parking lot. How can a big truck get stolen out of a community!!! I would not recommend signing a lease here at all!

I purchased a new vehicle and had a new tag number. I noticed the office and they said they wouldn’t give me a new sticker because the tag number changed. I was told to email the property with my information for my vehicle and they wouldn’t tow my vehicle. I wake up this morning and my truck was towed. I was parked in a guest spot as well. This place is mediocre at best. The management is not interested in helping once you’ve signed the lease. The staff clearly don’t care about you having to pay $190 to get your vehicle out of impound, be out of work for a half day, and pay for an Uber to go to the impound. I would highly suggest another community.

In every way it is the worst !! Bad smells from the marijuana that where you go is that smell to the smells that come 10 miles from the burning of Miami Garden garbage. Besides that he has a big business with the crane that takes the cars at all hours. I mean, you can't have family visits because there is never a visitor booth. Many stalls but very little visitor. Sure they look very nice but everything is of very poor quality.

Seriously, FCI should look into these people, they are literally the worst management I have ever seem. And trust me, I've lived in some baddddd places...by far the worst place I have ever lived as far as management and apartment quality in my 40 years of life. It was so bad, I didn't even finish my first lease, moved out in 11 months...don't rent here...
I moved out in November and have still not received my security deposit. Every time I call they just keep saying call back in two weeks. When I moved out we called the front desk and asked if we needed to schedule an appt for the final walk through they said no. When we showed up to turn in the keys they said you have to come back because you need an appt. Then after we made an appt and did the walk through received a phone call a week later stating we show your lease is ending when would you like to turn in the keys and conduct a final walkthrough. Had to inform them that was already done and completed. They don't communicate with each other in the front office and are very unorganized. Do not rent from here you will not get your deposit back?
This place is a mess starting with the office. Jordana is not only unprofessional but she is rude & does not listen to anything. I have sent her plenty of emails and she has yet to respond. I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism. They don't care about the people all they care about is your money. This place not only has leaks everywhere but it floods just from the rain, the smell in the apartment is horrendous from this yet they still say its in liveable conditions. The vents are all connected to other apartments so if people smoke weed in their home your home will smell like weed as well. Ive complained to Jordana and she says to call the Police. How can you call the police if all the vents are connected?! The gates are hardly ever closed. The office says they have full control of tenants yet my neighbor got stabbed by someone who walked right in, turns out they didn't even know he was living there! It is not safe what so ever. The police even said that neighborhood is not safe. DONT waste your money here.
I have live here 4 mths and since day one there have been roaches, spiders, bugs and other insect that I don't know what they are or have seen before In my apartment. I rented a storage unit which I was told by Yolanda when I rented was air conditioned and it's not only to go in my storage unit and mold was growing on all my items , I had to dump everything over $3200.00 . Management is very unprofessional (Jordana) and always have an excuse for every complain, she disgusts me. I have contacted the dept of affairs that handles Tenant / Landlord and my Realestate attorney to seek legal advice.
I moved here in October and at first everything was great. Atlantico is located in a somewhat safe area, but surrounded by some of the roughest areas in South Florida. It was gated in so I figured it was safe. In 5 months there has been break-ins to both the apartments and vehicles, plus I have seen some pretty shady things going on late night in the parking lots. To this date I have only had to go thru security a handful of times because the gate is never closed. We pay a ridiculous amount and for some reason the gates are never closed? And on top of that there has been multiple times that the landscaping crew has driven thru the entry gate and almost hit either me or the car in front of me because they don't understand how gates work. Everyone around me has had to pay $40-50 a month to have security systems installed because the gates aren't ever closed. The place looks nice, but unless you're prepared to pay for a security alarm or you're a gun owner, be careful.
