The best location, staff and maintenance team out of any leasing building I have ever lived in. The girls in the office are all so nice and professional and always willing to help. The maintenance team is fantastic and the grounds are immaculate. Atlantico At Alton is in the best location, stores and restaurants within walking distance from my apartment.

Atlántico is the best! Location is so convenient, you can walk to Publix, Starbucks, Raw Juce, LA Fitness and many other great shops and restaurants. You can also walk around the lake and the sunsets are beautiful. The staff have always been very nice and accommodating to anything that I have needed. My apartment is just what I was looking for and the buildings and property are always clean and beautiful.

I love living at Atlantico at Alton. Moved in back in 2018 and couldn’t be happier. Jill, Maria, Jeanette and Fran are always so nice and helpful to anything that I need. Carlos, Alberto and the rest of the Maintenance Staff are as good as it gets. They are very nice and professional and always fix things in my apartment quickly. The grounds and buildings are well kept and a pleasure to come home to. This is truly a great place to live.

I sold my home in 2017 and moved into Atlantico at Alton. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and have bright upscale interiors. The amenities in the complex are complete with a great gym, recreation room, business center, beautiful heated pool, and a one mile walking path around a lake. If you have dogs, this is the place to be. The complex is in a central location and next to a shopping plaza with all types of stores and great restaurants. The staff are always willing to resolve any issues. They all live on the property and thus take a personal interest in making living at Atlantico at Alton a great place to live in Palm Beach Gardens.

I have lived at Alton since 2019 and have zero complaints. The view is beautiful, the grounds are spectacular, access to food, hair, nails, gym has made me spoiled for distance. The staff starting with Jill manager, she's beyond amazing, Jeanette, assistant manager, goes above what is asked of her, Maria is the sweetest and will help you no matter what she is doing. Fransesca the new girl is going to fit in beautifully for she has the same personality. The guys Carlo's and Alberto, I can't say enough how hard they work for us. If I have a problem they are at the door within hours. There are other guys and I don't know the names but they are the greatest as well. You couldn't find a better place as far as beauty, safety and wonderful people than at The Alton. They treat you like family. So grateful to live her.

It has a city vibe but it feels like paradise! Atlantico at Alton is an awesome place to live. If you are an morning person the sunrises are breathtaking go for a walk or jog or run around the two lakes or a nice sunset stroll after dinner and if like going out you can walk to one of the great restaurants ! There is a pubix in walking distance. It’s a pet friendly place to live if you can’t get to the beach which is a five minute drive you can relax at the beautiful resort style pool with cabanas . I’m living here for 3 years and never regretted it! The office management are helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance team are also awesome even though we hardly ever need them?? There are always fun events to meet new friends and I have made a quite a few very nice people young and old! It’s one awesome place to live!!!

I have lived at the Atlantico for about a year and am now relocating to a different city. I am so sad to leave this amazing community. I love the modern look of the apartments, the pool and the other amenities are wonderful and my dog was super happy here, as well. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Atlantico. You will not be sorry if you decide to live here. The area could not be more perfect with the restaurants and shops just around the corner. I looked at ALL the communities in Palm Beach Gardens last year and I really think that the Atlantico is the best of them all.

I don't know why anyone would write anything bad about this amazing community! I have lived here for about a year and absolutely love it. The amenities are top notch and the other tenants are super nice and friendly. There are a lot of happy dogs and cheerful families with young children. The apartments themselves are sunny and modern and the Atlantico's location is so great: You have the Alton Town Center right next to it with restaurants and stores and a fitness center. I am leaving for a new job in a different city but I will miss this place at a lot. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live in Florida, the Atlantico at Alton is it!

I have been a resident for the past 6 months and love this place! The management is great and offers many activities, with social opportunities available weekly in the clubhouse. I signed up for an apartment the same day I made an appointment to tour, and was so impressed I was willing to wait two months for availability for the unit of my choice. Great location for all ages!

My husband and I moved to Palm Beach Gardens from the west coast of Florida for his job. Having had looked at many places prior to touring Atlantico – once we walked in, it just felt like home. Nothing else we had seen prior compared! Nathan was originally our agent. However, by the time we moved in we also had gotten to work with Jill, Maria, & Dayton – they are a fantastic team! Everything is top notch here, honestly. Neighbors are friendly, fantastic staff, convenient location, clean common grounds, it's very pet-friendly & safe!! Being a runner, it was important to have a safe area I could run without worry and Atlantico had it – I personally LOVE their lit trail around the lake, it’s great for running or taking the dog on a nice walk. Speaking of our dog – he is loving it here too! The community has a great dog park. We recommend Atlantico at Alton to anyone!!! It’s a must-see community & really sells itself.
