Great apartments in the Davenport area, close to Disney Parks, I4, Posner Park plaza and Champions Gates. This apartments are spacious and there are lots of activities every month.

We love living here. The gym, pool, clubhouse, and fire keep us entertained. We also love the sidewalks for walking, and the security that drives around in the evenings while we take our evening strolls. The staff is all amazing and and very friendly. Everyone works so hard!

Great move in experience! Everyone was so friendly, very seamless process, and we love it so far. Allen & Deanna are amazing! Apartments are perfect, and the amenities have been the highlight of our experience. We also love the events! We've recommended this place to everyone we know so far!

This was the best move in experience I've had yet! I needed to move last minute, and the office was very quick in getting me a tour, helping me select an apartment and getting my application approved! They were also able to help me qualify when I didn't think I'd be able to. The process was so seamless, and the communication was amazing. I had so many questions, and Deanna & Allen were very quick to answer and walk me through everything. The apartments are beautiful, & the location is amazing! So close to the bank, gas stations & stores, and I can see fireworks from my apartment at night! The community here has been amazing, too. Fantastic amenities, and we've been able to take part in a few community events so far such as the food trucks & resident appreciation day. The events were so much fun, and the staff is always around interacting with guests! It feels like a true community where people care. Moving can be challenging, but everyone here has truly helped us feel at home!

Overall have had a good experience here. Am annoyed with how tall the grass is all the time. Definitely need to mow more for being a luxury apartment complex.

Love it here! Everyone is so nice and has been so welcoming! The events have been so fun as well as the foodcarts that come by. The amenities are also beautiful!

Community is so welcoming. Everything about my apartment is amazing. Modern touches that my wife likes and now I don’t get to hear her complain about the house being so dark like our last place. One downfall is that you get absolutely no signal. Wife and I have both different carriers (Verizon & AT&T) and we struggle to get in touch with friends and family due to signal and the calls are wonky. We get wifi set up soon so hopefully that fixes the issue.

I liked this place, employees and pool area. Staff on registration desk very friendly and helpfully. Our 1 bedroom apartment very cozy. We have everything there, what we need.

I've been here for 3 days, the move was easy and I closed all the paperwork as well. I am very happy with the entire community, the apartments are very comfortable and the common areas are very nice. Totally recommended
