Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating. We moved from another state and the transition has been made smoother by the staff at the Atlantic Beach House. It was easy to borrow a hand truck with made move in day much easier. Each one of our questions was answered in helpful and professional manner. Parking has not been an issue at all and other tenants have been very helpful in our transitions. We have already taken advantage of the amenities offered, including the the poll and fitness center.

Atlantic Beach House is a perfect 5-star residence. From amenities galore, to the service, to the always-friendly and helpful staff, to the spacious, light-filled apartments...it just doesn't get better than this. And I keep discovering new wonders like the beautifully landscaped inner courtyard on the second floor, complete with hammocks, tables, chairs, loungers, and a BBQ grill. A valet service picks up trash from your door, and a delivery service brings packages, large and small, directly to your door. Not only that, but dogs are allowed here, too! It's truly an amazing place to live.

Unleashed dogs and dog poop continues to be a big issue. A few days of serious monitoring in the AM or around 5-7:00PM might curtail the issue for a little while at least.

Overall, we are very pleased with ABH. The front office team and maintenance staff are excellent. In addition, all the residents we have met are extremely friendly, and having a dog park in the complex has provided us with a convenient place to meet our neighbors who share a love for our four-legged friends.

I love living here. The common spaces are clean and beautiful, as is the pool. The landscaping is lovely. We receive great communication from the leasing office and any problems I’ve had were resolved quickly. It is a quiet, comfortable place to live.

Community would be much nicer if the dog poop were to be picked up and the landscaping attended to! Currently doesn’t look inviting and at closer inspection, there’s dog poop everywhere!

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We want you to know that maintaining a clean and welcoming community is a top priority for us. Our maintenance team walks the property daily to help pick up after residents who do not clean up after their pets, and we are actively using our pet DNA database to identify and fine those not adhering to our pet waste policy. In terms of landscaping, our crew is on-site a minimum of twice a week to maintain the grounds, and while we are currently in between seasonal transitions, we’re excited to be introducing our spring/summer florals very soon! We appreciate your patience and continued feedback as we work to keep our community looking its best.
I enjoy living here, nice people, good community and amenities. The office team is very accomodating and helpful. It is a great location too!

Atlantic Beach house is an elite community with coastal vibes and laid back living. Management goes above and beyond to keep the buildings and grounds looking fabulous. The clubhouse has top tier fitness equipment and a large pool with gorgeous marsh views. I wake up everyday feeling like I'm on vacation!

Living at the Atlantic Beach house has been a dream. The apartment itself feels new and has a modern look and up to date appliances. The amenities are great, from the gym with a peloton bike, to the pool, to the flavored water and nitro coffee machines. But my favorite part has been the location. I love walking places and Atlantic beach house is located perfectly with an easy walk to the grocery, plenty of workout studios, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nail salon, etc. And is a super quick drive or even bike/run to the beach. Less than a 20 min drive to downtown. You cant beat it! Lastly, the staff has been wonderful. Any maintenance request we've had has been completed quickly and has gone smoothly. I cannot recommend Atlantic Beach House more!!

We love it here! It is so beautiful, very spacious. We love our view and the community. We also love the proximity to restaurants, downtown, and the beach!! All of the staff we have talked to have been wonderful.

I absolutely love my new apartment at The Atlantic Beach House! The location is unbeatable, with everything I need just a short walk away. Maintenance team is great. But Atlantic Beach House has unusual rules about disposal of trash and the Fetch package service is terrible. Neither is worth the $25 per month charge. I see no reason why this community is not capable or permitted to put our trash in the trash room (which has been permanenty locked), particularly as there is no "valet" trash collection on Fridays and Saturdays. And having trash in the hallways for several hours in the evenings is just unsanitary. Also, the building call boxes do not function and the community will not provide a second key fob despite the fact I have a two bedroom apartment but live alone.
