Best apartment I've ever lived in. Beautiful pool and amenity center.
Overall, it is a good place to live but the price is too high for what is offered and maintained. lower your rent prices if you are not going to maintain it as "luxury" apartments.

If you were looking to move into the Columbia area, but don’t wanna be in downtown. This is one of the best places to stay in the area very close to the highway easy to touch all points of Columbia. Very safe and the apartment complex has taken steps to make it safer, including security riding through. Also building a large fence around the entire property definitely recommend.

Atlantic at Parkridge is a great community to live in. I have now been here for 6 months and my experience has been great so far. The entire community is maintained really well and the pool and amenities center are truly top-notch. The maintenance team is super good and very helpful and prompt. The leasing office staff is also really great and approachable. There are frequent events organized and a lot of fun.

The maintenance at the complex is excellent. The work is normally completed within 24 hours and it’s done correctly. I’ve never had to submit another work order due to the issue not being fixed.

Great place to live near Downtown Columbia, SC. Central hub of a lot of grocery stores/shopping/food/etc. Great fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool. Relatively quiet community minus the occasional ambulance/police/fire sirens.

Overall I'm very happy to live here. Its very quiet and maintainance is always quick to respond and come out to fix anything. Pest control also must be doing a great job, as I don't even see bugs on my balcony! I also love the valet trash service and all the amenities they have here. Its also clean, lawn care is taken care of and just a nice place to come home to. Definitely worth the price.

Relatively new construction, good quality apartments can be maintained better. Too many irresponsible dog owners.

Love the community. The staff is friendly. Very pet friendly. Location is perfect as its close to shopping but far away where I dont have the traffic.

I have been here since June and have absolutely enjoyed every moment. Beautiful and clean property and the best staff I have ever encountered at a rental property. My job relocates me every year or 2 and I have to say that this is the best property I have ever stayed at. The wonderful staff alone makes me love it even more.
