Front office staff is pleasant but when it comes to any issue the comment of "look at your lease agreement" is used too often and there is absolutely no flexibility or consideration. Official communication is misleading and confusing.. Costs keep going up and service keeps going down. The facility is not being maintained and looks run down and the smell of weed is a common occurrence. Moved in and had major issues with washer/dryer and oven. They agreed to fix all. Paid $400 pet fee and our dog passed away after living there for one month but they refused to give us any money back. Walls and floors on each floor need to be cleaned! Lobby furniture needs replacement since worn and ripped. Overall - good location, smiling faces in the main office but it's a rental - you are treated as a rent roll and that's it.

Since I moved in in 2019 I have found Aston City Springs to be a marvelous home it is a wonderful chapter in my life I have met numerous good people and as long as I can still afford it I’ll stay right here. I’m a big fan of sandy springs I love the location I love the amenities I love the staff and it’s just an incredible place to be.

I've lived here for 1.5 years. The common areas are clean and well maintained. Management is great, fast to respond if there's any issue. They always have a monthly event for their residents. The location itself is great, within walking distance to Kroger's and Whole Foods. There are a few cafe's and restaurants nearby. On Saturday, the farmer's market is right out of the door step.

My boyfriend and I just moved here early July and we absolutely LOVE it here!! Jamie made this process so easy and was so great to work with to get us moved in. The staff and residents are so friendly and welcoming, the area is amazing, and the complex stays in great condition!! Would recommend it 100%!!!

Great location. Most anything you want is within walking distant( restaurants, shopping, cultural events, health facilities). Minutes to major highways. Office personnel friendly and always helpful. Responsive when alerted to problems.

Maintenance Issues were terrible at this complex. My wife and I have dealt with a leaking shower for over 5 months, with numerous (poor) attempts made to fix the issue. Our shower was leaking through the bench and into the drywall , causing it to swell and crack. With that came mold, and the first couple of times it was just plastered and painted over. This cycle has repeated 7-8 times, each time leaking again due to the complex's unwillingness to address the issue correctly. We are now a few weeks away from moving out and still do not have the issues resolved. Our AC went out several times, leading to very uncomfortable conditions in our apartment One night, my wife and I were watching a movie and we heard a hose start gushing water under the sink. Our cabinets were immediately filled with water, and it would have easily flooded our entire apartment had we not been home. I troubleshot it back to a loose nut, which is unacceptable and should be checked during inspections. I struggled with deciding whether to give the complex 2 stars because we did like the location, but ultimately felt it deserved 1 star due to the constant maintenance issues and the poor attempts at fixing an obviously serious issue. We are moving out and hoping to be done with the terrible issues we have dealt with for the past several months

I called the management office after 5PM (after hours), and was shocked when the phone was answered, and when the person answering the phone, came RIGHT UP, to check out the problem, She called maintenance, found out what to do, & did it. The very next morning, maintenance came with a new microwave to replace the one that would not shut off. These folks treat us like FAMILY!!

I have lived at Aston City Springs for almost two years now and have had an excellent experience from the start. The building is well kept and walkable to fantastic restaurants as well as grocery stores and parks. I appreciate that the building is in the area that it is highly convenient, but is one of the few communities that is not directly on a major road or near the highway. The staff is responsive to my needs and maintenance has addressed my few small issues quickly.

I have been living at Aston Springs for about 18 months. I absolutely love it! You cant beat the location I rarely get in my car for day-to-day needs. The employees are fabulous! Maintenance requests, although few, are efficient and complete. I would highly recommend (& often do) Aston City Springs!

Aston City Springs is a beautiful oasis of a community for our entire family! We relocated from out of state and the transition has been seamless due to the professional, prompt, and friendly team that works at ACS! We did not desire to move into an apartment during our relocation but we are glad that we discovered ACS because this property and the people have made it enjoyable.

The location of the community is the best feature. The community overall is OK; however, the condition and amenities are not impressive based upon the rental rates.

This was the only apartment complex I toured and am happy with my selection. The new construction is of great quality and the complex is in a great area with lots of restaurants and things to do. Parking is abundant and the staff and maintenance are responsive. I would recommend this community.
