Property Ratings at Asteria Place Apartments
They did not show up on my move in date. Cancelled lease and returning the security deposit for which I am taking them to court. Avoid this place. Current residents are not happy at all.
Laundry room is always not in service if I could I would post videos of the condition of it
The apartment is decent sized and I have a reserved parking spot (that is usually empty), that’s about all the good I have to say about this place. The entire place needs to be repiped or just straight up torn down, the water coming out of my bathroom sink is rusty looking at times, they put a new filter on the faucet, but still rusty. Using bottled water for teeth brushing and drinking water for our cats. They have a laundry room on site, but I’ve been taking my stuff to a laundromat. The only thing I use the apartment water for is to take a shower and it makes me wonder how clean I’m actually getting. I have more issues, but this is the biggest one for me.
Building management will not fix plumbing. but will over charge residents for water use. Leaking faucets and no water flow in showers. But every month there is a $120+ water charge added to your rent.
