Stretched along the bay just east of Downtown San Francisco, Mission Bay is one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods. Great Experience Maintenance person came promptly, figured out both problems, and was out within the hour. I had to work and he didn’t mind and finished the job in a timely manner . Kudos!
Maintenance guy. I don’t know his name. He has a long beard. He did an excellent job. When you have a stranger in your home doing work in your bathroom is a little uncomfortable. But he was very quick and professional and effective.

Great stay at Astella! I enjoyed my stay at astella very much! The leasing/management team was extremely helpful and nice. Olivia was especially responsive to any questions or concerns. Olivia and Shauvanna threw great community event as well. The unit and amenities were also very modern and comfortable to live in!
Great Stay I had the pleasure of living at Astella for a year, and it was an outstanding experience. From day one, Olivia, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of. She was not only kind but also incredibly attentive to any concerns or needs we had throughout our stay. Whether it was maintenance requests or simply ensuring the building remained in top shape, Olivia was on it, and her friendly, professional approach made the entire experience seamless. It’s rare to find a property manager who genuinely cares about the residents, and Olivia really set the bar high. (I already miss her!) In addition, one of the things that really set Astella apart was its monthly events. Every month, there was a social event for the residents- allowing the residents to get to know each other and chat over prepared food.
Maintenance Request My maintenance request was handled quickly. The repair was also done quickly and cleanly. I am very happy with the service.
