I've been living here almost a year for some time now, and while the place itself is nice and the location is fantastic—close to everything—I have encountered several frustrating issues. Firstly, there have been instances where garbage was left in front of my door on two occasions, which is quite bothersome. More alarmingly, there is a severe roach infestation that has become a major concern; I've seen them crawling out of the cracks in my walls. It's disheartening to be charged a pet fee when these unwanted 'pets' are the real problem. Additionally, the water situation is quite frustrating. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes for the water to even reach a warm, room temperature, which is inconvenient. To add to this, the Amazon hub box was broken for several weeks around Christmas time.

Horrible maintenance. It has been over four months with the dishwasher broken and we still have not received any correspondence on when it will be fixed. We have placed multiple work orders, called, emailed, and asked in person, yet our dishwasher has not even been looked at once and we have been made many empty promises (i.e., “we will look at it tomorrow”). If you can tolerate unresponsiveness, constant need for pest control consultation, and the pervasive smell of marijuana this place may work for you. In the meantime we are amenable to discussing this further, seriously (no empty promises), with management. Update 1 (4/11/2022): Two weeks have passed since the owner’s response, with their promises to learn from their mistakes. I spoke to someone from the office who assured me it would be fixed over the weekend. Here I am still waiting for maintenance on an order that was initially placed in November. Gotta love the “growth” and “learning from mistakes”. Update 2 (4/27/2022): The office incorrectly marked my work order as completed without even examining that which was broken. The audacity is laudable. Don't waste your time or money. There are cheaper equivalent places. If you are going to get this poor service and poor experience at least make sure the rent is commensurate.

The Parker is a fairly quiet apartment community. The property is not very large and well maintained. Management is helpful and tries their best to keep the communication consistent when dealing with work orders.

I would give this property a 0 if possible. I was a resident for a short period of time in 2021. Due to crime in the area and my job situation, I had to break my lease and move out. The first month of living there, I had $2000 worth of vandalism to my car. My car was not the only one that was vandalized during this time period. The roach problem is a serious issue as well. As of November 2021, I am still fighting to get my almost $3000.00 refund check paid to me. Please do yourself and your vehicle a favor by not moving here.

Dint live here its not worth the headache if the front office staff constantly changing, saying somethi my will be dealt with and isn't. Also the bathrooms back up every other month and they wont fix the whole problem they just keep doing the fix of the day. Full of cockroaches and their upgraded units is a slap of paint and new sink.

Im really disappointed with the roach problem. I am a very clean person and no matter what I do there seems to be more and more roaches. Supposedly the exterminator came last week but its getting worse so I dont even think he did anything last week because nothing was moved around and theres soooo many roaches. I cant even sleep comfortably because they crawl on me and give me allergic reactions. I dont know what else to do.

When the new management came in they were very rude.We lived there for 3 years. I never had problems with old managers we did are walk through I wrote everything down. Now these people are charging me almost 800.00 to replace flooring when that was wrote down on my walk through. And there charging me to paint I was there for 3 years. There's Bedbugs and bad Cockroaches all over. They don't care about the people that live there they're money hungry. They don't care about there own security. Upstairs neighbors don't give a crap about downstairs. This place is a dump. I wish I could say something nice but I can't.

they say they offer a gym however none is available. There are tons of roaches. The maintenance crew is extremely rude and take forever to get anything done. They have been remodeling for at least six or seven months now. There's nowhere for you to outdoor grill. Please do yourself a favor And do not rent from here.

Formerly Rosewood Apartments, now The Parker. The new management of Alliance Residential in the office is rude and very unprofessional. We lived there over 6-yrs and they began "cosmetic construction" to hide the problems that still are there under new paint and the roach and bed bugs are still there. The pool is green and never cleaned for use and people walking around smoking pot where-ever they want. Very happy to be gone as of Nov 2019. Don't look to get your deposit back as they find ways not too! Much nicer places in this area and less rent with no bug problems or drugs!

I have been hear going on 3 yrs... I love this place... The office are great to talk to and help you with what you need help with and puts work orders in in a great timely madder and maintenance work great on your work orders... Thank you rosewood..
My husband and I moved into this complex 10 years ago. We have suffered since. From A/C not working, toilet flooding, crazy neighbors...but here we are. We can't afford to move and so...here we are. On the upside, I have met some really nice people, and gained two cats from people who moved without them.
This apartment complex we live in now is NOT a good place to live. Sorry, I have to be honest. We have had nothing but maintenance problems, management not willing to fix items of amenities that they have listed on their website that a year later are still broken. No Air conditioning in the laundry room or fitness center. BBQ's have not worked since we moved in. Hot tub as well. The grounds are about the only positive at this complex which are well maintained. And they have a problem in the buildings with roach's. That is why we are currently looking for a new place to live and call home.
