.THE LOW QUALITY OF APARTMENTS YOU WILL RECEIVE IS RIDICULOUSLY BAD. These apartments are in terrible condition when you receive them after signing the contract, not worth the money you are paying for it. If you rent an apartment her you will be paying for a pool that is always dirty and a gym that is not open. You will not be safe and peaceful while living here. Things that you leave inside your car or truck will be constantly stolen, si no es que hasta tu camioneta te roban just like they did to me. We have tried to get ride of the rouges but unfortunately its almost impossible while living here. The only reason why we haven't broke the contract is because of all the extra money they ask you to pay in order for you to break the contract.

Rodents, roaches, terrible appliances. Bad management! Look elsewhere!

I have been a Tenant as of March 8th, 2020. I have had no problems since I've been here. When I first applied, I was greeted by a lady named IDE. IDE was a great help and helped me find the unit I was looking for. All workers are great! YC

Bad apartments There are rats They do nothing for the infestation They are in bad shape It is a total disaster this in my 10 days of being here Do not move here please

I recently moved to the aspire apartments..for almost 13 years i finally can say i have a home..i met Celia when she was doing my paper i met Ashley after i had my stroke..an i missed couple of days of work i explain what happen..i never met any managesrd4 who are caring like these two womens..come chexk out the aspire apartments beautiful location peaceful an quiet..an friendly...

months ago, I went to the office and I'm so upset because I had a balance on my account and I didn't know about. Celia referred me to speak with Ashley. OMG, Ashley explains the ledger so well and I understood my balance and furthermore, she was most professional! Thnx Ashley.

What a turn around! Joseph and Jonathan are the bee's knees of the maint crew! From the office staff, I recommend you speak to the assistant manager. she is quick to help and when I'm in a rush she saves me some time to do other things before work. THNX ASH!

I love how this place has a child's playground and swimming pool. I was told there is to be a gym made so excited! staff is very welcoming, once I was walking to my car and at the time, I didn't know Ashley was the new assist and she told me hello, that was very nice of her. Celia, the same thing very welcoming

I like staying here, the maintenance response quickly. the property pool is always clean. Staff is very welcoming, Celia is busy so Ashley the assist helps me out. Here we got a new property manager.

The place has come along, and Gva management bought in someone the respects you and treats you with respect. Ashly Thnx Before this company the old staff were very rude. Gva is a Great Company

Because of Ashlee, and staff, I am to live here at Aspire Apartments. They changed the name to the apartments if some of yall did know... the name is catchy and better then "Villas Del Encanto".

I'm coming up on three years here in Sept. Staff is generally helpful, the grounds are well maintained, the maintenance staff is great, there's no problem with parking, Thnx Ashley and staff

I would highly recommend living here - the rent is extremely reasonable, the apartments are cute and cozy, the location is perfect and they really care about their residents. Great Job, Ashley, and the crew!

Great service, Great place to live. There is no crime here, the property is taken care of. So New Comers, Don't screw up our property. \Rent here, Ashley and Ceila are awesome. New manager is very talkative.

Before this company took over I was always calling the office to fix my apartment. Now, I just call Ashley and she gets things done!

Once new management arrived, they have really done a great job fixing the place. When I first met Ashley, Assitant Manager. I owed money on my account. OOPSSS! I didn't know until she told me. I don't like owing anybody so once she made me aware. I paid for it. I don't like bills!! She was so respectable and professional, Im very pleased. This management is new and they are finding the right people to represent them.

I'm a little old lady and sometimes unable to see well. Ashley, I believe she is a wonderful lady to help me read and process my payments every month. she really has patients for me.

I'm a current resident, and rent has gone up for my renewal. I don't care, I'm renewing !! Ashley help me renew already and she gave me the option to clean my carpet or change my old blinds. Like... What!! Really!!? I never knew apartments to do that. I'm glad to live here and see all the improvements. What a dam good experience

Aspire is the place to rent. I have been here for 5 years and I have seen the management team chance and by so far this new management team is the best. Ashley is always nice and welcoming. The other employees are great too. Even the maintenance, They keep the property clean and running

I'm new to aspire apartment homes and I thank god that I came across these apartments. I got a second chance and Ashley is the one that leased to me. If it wasn't for her and the management giving me a second chance. I honestly... be homeless.

My family and I, drove up to aspire.. very nice kept place. and we were greeted by Ashley. She made the application process smoothly. Like wow, other places were like it takes 2 or 3 weeks for us to get back to you. Well thanks and We love our apartment

So... I recently hurt my leg and unable to work. my son is not responsible and I truly thought I was going to lose my apartment. I had so many stresses and no one to talk to. This woman has done so much to relieve me from worrying and she has spoken to my son and me and told us our options. Step by Step. We were able to catch up on bills, Thank you, Ashley for understanding and believing in us on our hard times.

I like my apartment and the area. it's convenient to work and traffic is not so bad on Bandera. I like to thank, Ashley for giving me calls back for when she doesn't know an answer to my question. she is very attentive, truthful and nice. I honestly thought she was the new manager.

I move in quickly like a week from when I apply and no hassle. This place is dope and my family is happy here. Ashley, help me apply and get things going which was a relief.

I've been living here for some time now and the property looks away better and the neighbors I live by, they keep to themselves. Ashley is a great peoples person. Rent here!! She does take care of you and listens to all you have to say. When my husband was hurt and I went to the office. she honestly talked to me and helped me through a rough month.

Cons- Mice. Roaches. Rent raised as much as $125 and yet no upgrades are being done to the unts. Straight from managments mouth Pooh everywhere. Water always going out. Trash piling up. Pittbulls off leashes no hot water for laundry. Homeless sleeping in the laundry room. Potholes. Where the walls meet the ceiling , they are cracking. Pros- promise of a future dog park. Promise of a new gym. Available pooh bag stations, that most Tennants fail to use.

I thought this place would be a cheap and nice place to move into. Boy was I wrong. This place is disgusting it always as has dog poo everywhere and the staff here are rude and not helpful. They never answer the phone it goes straight to a selection options you have to meet in person. They prefer you do everything online and have no business center like other better apartment complexes. Like is my cell phone was under maintenance How am I supposed to request you fix the garage disposal? The roaches here are the worst I have ever seen. Since day one for ten month straight I have been asking them to spray for roaches and yet to see a difference. Leaving here is a god given blessing, I’d rate it no star or -5 if I could.

I'm a long time resident and sad to say have lots of bad things to say. The title says it all. Four management companies in four years, newest one took over property about a month ago and is raising rent but problems still persist. Trash problem is actually worse. Hope to move out soon if things don't improve quickly.

I absolutely love it here. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The staff are nice. There are lits to do and many places close enough to walk. Its nicely shaded if you like walking for exercise. LOVE IT HERE AND YOU WILL TOO.

I went today to fill out an application to rent an apartment the girl in the office was very friendly and very helpful and very informative she brightens up the office and does a great job I would recommend this place to anybody who wants an apartment they're cute and affordable and they're well taken care of

The Apartment I am sharing with my friend has a lot of issues. The first day we move in, we were welcome by mosquitoes and the shower dont work. We call the maintenance but they didn't come until the next day and we have to find alternative way to take showers. There is no emergency exit in case of emergency and the Windows don't open. I hope this helps.

For the age of the apartments their not so bad, it all about the wallet, it's affordable. I can see myself here for good!??

I currently live in the Villas del Encato apartments ( formally Sun Park Apartments) This is my first time having apartment so I can't really compare to others, but Im having a wonderful time. The apartment is very nice and the people that live around me are so kind. I like that they have a basketball court,small soccer pad, and sand volleyball. They are fixing a few things right now but overall they keep the place looking nice and clean. nothing to complain about so far. :)
