The neighborhood of Ingram Park surrounds the mall for which it is named. The popular Ingram Park Mall is an indoor shopping destinations filled with well-known stores like Dillard’s, Macy’s, and JCPenney. For those who can’t get enough shopping at the mall, strip plazas surrounding the mall contain even more shops and restaurants.
The mall sits along I-410, making it easy for area residents to get around the San Antonio area. Downtown San Antonio is only about 10 miles southeast from Ingram Park, so the area is a terrific option for commuters who want to get to work in under 15 minutes. In addition to the mall, Ingram Park is close to the San Antonio Aquarium, Cathedral Rock Park, and the Grissom Trailhead. SeaWorld San Antonio is on the southwest side of the neighborhood.

Wonderful complex ! It’s clean and has all the amenities you would hope you could have in a community. I love the pool area and so did my niece and nephew!

It has been very difficult to get in touch with the front office because they rarely respond to emails and in the past I've had to try to leave work early or just go in person on a weekend to try to have my questions answered.

Everything is good but my only complaint is the parking there is mostly never parking & the dog poop everywhere .. also guest that don’t have a sticker park close to the appt complex area and are not towed

Definitely Thinking about renewing for next year, overall one of the best place I've ever lived People, community and on general No regret whatsoever
So far so good. Been a quiet and relaxing place to live. Complex is clean and tenants are respectful. Parking is not crowded. The gym is where I go to let stress out. Though it could us some more weights .

Finding a parking spot especially at night is sometimes an issue. Otherwise I like my apartment style and the overall feel of the community.

My whole experience has been great. From the tour to the move in I’ve felt welcomed and appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was very attentive and friendly. Mariah was an all star. Had some issues moving in and a lot of bug issues inside the apartment but the leasing office has been very responsive and trying to make it right.

Carpets has this weird substance on that makes your feet feel sticky. I continuously vacuumed and a bunch of stuff keeps coming up. Walls are pretty thin so I can hear next door neighbors.

Honestly love my apartment complex. Even in tough times, the leasing office has always been willing to help me out the best way they can in order to help me get to where I want to be. I honestly don't see myself moving anytime soon, as long as I don't have to. The maintenance crew is amazing, neighborhood is honestly pretty quiet, and I've always felt safe at night or walking outside the complex! I'm super thankful to have found such a good complex, with great maintenance and neighbors!!!!

After we finally getting settled in, we really love the community. No loud noise, very clean and friendly. The trash valet is great ?? The apartment is very close to several stores for shopping.

The maintenance staff are great and any service requests that are submitted are always addressed very quickly! I was initially concerned about parking issues but I've always been able to find a spot even if it isn't always directly in front of my building.

The application was very easy and internet-friendly. The staff were nice and helpful. Thank you for a smooth process. The apartment units go fast so if you are looking for an apartment do it in advance. I waited till last minute and the staff was able to move quick and find me one.

I've been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. The maintenance team here deserves all the praise – they are prompt, skilled, and genuinely care about the residents. Whenever I've had an issue, they've been on top of it, fixing things quickly and efficiently. It's such a relief to know that if anything goes wrong, the maintenance team has my back. Their dedication to keeping the premises in top-notch condition really sets this place apart. So far so good. I enjoy the apartments have not had any issues. The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly. They keep the pool clean and take good care of the grounds

When we first moved in it was fine not amazing but not terrible. The front office called us THE DY BEFORE WE MOVE IN due to our apartment smelling like mothballs TEN MINUTES BEFORE THE OFFICE CLOSED. when we got to the apartment to see how bad it was they were trying to convince us to postpone our move in date again, THE DAY BEFORE WE MOVE I. Our upstairs neighbors stop all day, yeah, it’s an apartment complex there’s going to be noises but they were STOMPING and sounded like they were dropping bowling balls all day every single day. Parking is trash, good luck finding a spot close to your building after 4pm. You’re supposed to have a parking sticker and after 6pm anyone without one is supposedly towed but every night there’s about six cars with no sticker parked out front taking resident spots. Our moving truck got broken into and all our furniture was left on the ground and everything was gone through and lots of important stuff was stolen. Front office does not care

Best place I’ve ever lived. Nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Prime location as we have shopping center next door and a mall near by as well.

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it. It’s a very clean and quiet apartment community. Maintenance is fantastic and always fixes issues in a timely manner. It has been a great experience living here.
Really nice and helpful leasing office. Always there to accommodate my needs when asked for even if it was to their dismay. Quiet neighborhood as well.
Staff is very friendly. Maintenance attends to any issue I have very quickly. Apartment complex is very clean. Pools are well maintained....
Horrible it has not been good since we have moved in. Our neighbors are dirty and keep their trash out and feed stray cats and dogs and they rip up the trash bags. They have broken into our cars. My AC has never fully worked. My son sleeps in a hot room cause the ac doesn't work in his room the vent has never worked. We have to use fans. Nobody does anything about it I have went to management and to corporate and nothing ever got done. It's a hot summer and we shouldn't live like that especially with all the money we pay in rent and we pay our rent on time.
For it being my first apartment ever it wasn’t a complete disaster but it definitely wasn’t the best either. There are both bad things and “ok” things, not good things. For example my car was broken into 3 times and the 3rd time they attempted to steal my vehicle. The “ok” thing is the community is nice. I made great friends with my neighbor but everyone else tends to be to themselves, nobody is rude though. Parking here is very poor, and you’ll hear that from a lot of residents that leave their reviews. If you don’t get home before 3:30/4:00 you’ll have to park your car either in guest but even that is taken up or you park your car on the opposite side of the building. Maintenance is great I've never had an issue with them. The gate opens via an app that is very hit or miss. Last is mild but still a concern, ants raid cars, but only in the summer time. If you leave anything they are everywhere. Overall I give it a 2.5/5 I wouldn’t renew but it’s better than some apartments out there
Noise is moderate, living right off of 410 has all of the traffic and speeding cars. Maintenance people are always very nice. The app they provide doesn't always work.
I love my home, the spaciousness, design, environment and overall apartment living experience; as well as the convenience to everything important.
Definitely the best place in the area! Comfortable and well put-together. I haven’t been here that long but I’ve had a great experience so far. Only minor complaint I have is that parking is a bit squishy, but it’s still better than most other places in the city.
