The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Aspire Colorado Springs
I read the reviews before moving here....was very concerned at first since I was coming from another state and could not visit the property personally. Upon arrival my son and I thought it was a bit ghetto looking, but then we arrived at night and couldn't make a thoroughly honest decision about the place. After being here a little over 3 months, it really isn't all that bad. The people above me are a bit loud and the smokers on the property are inconsiderate, the parents of any child here are all highly irresponsible, but we pay our rent and mind our own business. I don't really have too many issues with the apartments or the way it's ran, I've seen and experienced much worse. I really don't see myself moving in the foreseeable future unless it's to one with washer/dryer hookups. And the neighborhood is honestly really quiet.
First I don't understand why there are good reviews. Those people must be not really live here. Trying to boost ratings. First it is dirty. This place I found out use to be a motel back in the day. There are homeless people that try to sleep in here especially the laundry room, because they use to rent out the apartments for 50 bucks a night to stay. So I found some interesting things and seen people just hanging in the hallway. They can try all they want to clean up. But it still remains that spot. I'm out this place. They are so quick to fill in apartments that anybody can live here. This place isn't worth whatever how much people are paying. I don't know if they charging extra for the new "nice" renovation apartments. Cheap material , I can do a better job my self. Things break as soon as you move in, things were already broken. So quick to fill in the apartments smh. Second what kind of ghetto construction is happening. I can't even walk outside without feeling something is going to fall on me. I'm always Looking up. What kind of construction company throws window Frames, everything possible out the window to the ground without caution in the area. Also there isn't proper equipment here. This is not how construction works. Kids unsupervised, there are creepy man here. Watch your kids. I thought there was a earthquake but that was just everything falling from the windows they are working on. This place is ridiculous. Also a water shut off emergency all the time this building is old. My floor has flooded everywhere had flooded in this place. Basically don't live here. I needed a place fast worst mistake. Don't do it. Stop lying in the reviews.just angry person telling the truth.
The rent is ok but for the quality of living it is high. The floors are patched with sections of plywood that you can feel through the carpet, they wobble, creak, etc... Then there comes the issue of proper maintenance which I have asked for several times with my leaking sink and the hole that was above my bathtub that was incorrectly repaired and still had gaping holes near the vent. I also have had a leaking dishwasher that is causing the floor in the kitchen to start coming up of which they supposedly already attempted a repair to no avail. They also never clear their parking lot when it snows so it is left caked in snow and ice. They lie to you about city ordinances to get you to bend to their will, there is also drug dealing going on on the west side of the apartments as well as adults that let their kids run around the apartment complex with no supervision throwing rocks at cars, pets, and the building. There is barely any parking for bigger vehicles as they did away with the old diagonal parking spots. They love to try to fine you as well giving you the day to complete it when most are not even home during the hours they want things completed. The management has no regard for tenants period honestly, they could care less about you and just want your money.
Very basic apartments, but at a good price. I have the 1 bedroom, kitchen is very small, but rest of the place is decent. Has a small balcony, AC and decent storage. They seem to working on improving the grounds a bit, but they seem to missing some of the smaller details.
These quaint one and two bedroom apartments are quite quant and the neighbors are friendly and hip. Ours has been completely remodeled with new appliances and carpet and paint. The pool is fun and well maintained with beautiful flowers. The manager and maintenance have responded quickly to each of our concerns so far. It sits in the center of town with a neighborhood market, bus line and public library directly across the street. The view of the mountains is beautiful from here too.
