This place is horrible. Duck poop everywhere, people smoking all of the time, and the houses are in bad shape. Do not live here under any circumstances.

If you're looking for somewhere safe, quiet, well maintained then keep looking because this place has none of those qualities. If you're cool with booming bass at all hours, people walking past your home smoking weed, and no maintenance to do repairs then you've found the perfect overpriced dump

I love the community and the location of my apartment (Stratford lakes)the office staff works above and beyond what's asked to ensure I am happy and cared for.
Ive had numerous of problems at my residence. repairs were never completed.

I absolutely love living here , Every place has there flaws and so does Stratford but , the price size and set up of our apartment we love the office staff have always been super helpful and kind .

Nice environment not to many problems over here. Clean neighborhood, very nice people that work here and live here.
You must resquest maintainer 4 months in a row to have the issue fixed. Must call every month to remind someone to fix your maintance issue
