Not Worth the Price

Maintenance is mediocre and unhelpful most times. Management has extremely poor communication, telling you about changes and construction after it's started leaving you no time to prepare. If you bring an issue to attention they'll tell you it'll work on it while not doing anything to help. I had to bring issues up multiple times to get a resolution. The trash service is awful, leaving peoples trash sitting outside tenants doors for days on end. You pay for this service. This is created a disgusting fly problem. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before there are critters.

Black mold, insane neighbor, awful management, terrible maintenance

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had renting an apartment. The first day of move in and during the midst of a pandemic we saw that our apartment was absolutely disgusting pee on the toilets, cat hair in the kitchen drawers and fridge, carpets that were not cleaned whatsoever, a missing smoke alarm, mildew on the walls and black mold on the windows and sliders. When we addressed our situation to Lynn the apartment manager she had her "professional" cleaner come back into our apartment and clean our kitchen after she left there was still cat hair everywhere so we just decided to clean it ourselves. We lived in the 2 story townhouse unit and the floors were so insanely creeky our downstairs neighbor would pound on our floorboards if we made any sudden noise and scream at us even in the middle of the day. After we addressed our black mold issue to Lynn she sent out one of the maintenance people who looked at it and said, "yup that's black mold" then left and came back 2 weeks later to spray it with some dollar store mold killer. We also had to get our smoke alarm installed because our apartment came with a missing one, we had to get our window replaced for the black mold and potentially the slider. It was a constant battle of always having maintenance people coming because there was so many problems with our apartment. We decided to break our lease because of being constantly harassed daily by our downstairs neighbor and the alarming amount of black mold in our apartment. Lynn did not help us in any way even with all these terrible circumstances we had to pay our lease break fee in full. My recommendation is DO NOT RENT HERE. Pay $100-$200 more for somewhere else you will be so much happier.

I love my apartment, but due to increase in rent I am planning on moving once my lease is up. The maintenance staff is great, and I like Lynn the manager, the other office staf....ehhh not so much

Great Value, Amazing service!

Lived here for 9 months after moving across the country. Staff has been so kind, quick to respond and knows me and my dog by name! When something breaks, they are quick to respond and communicate with you. After emailing them about oven issues, they tried to fix it and the next day when I came home from work I had a new oven! If your looking for value, and don’t want to spend more than you have to for things you don’t need, I highly suggest Aspenridge!

Loved it here

I lived here up until August 2017, I really loved this place. Was real easy getting in, staff was always friendly, maintenance was timely. Had great facilities. Even though I had to leave and break my lease early due to school/job schedule conflicts, they were friendly about it and even looked at giving me money back if they could rent the apartment out before the last month I had paid was up. Pretty quiet on top of all this, would definitely recommend!

Lynn and Jake are great!

A real nice staff that makes me feel right at home. Always helpful. Not much maintenance here because everything works! Apartment living at Aspenridge is awesome!

wow!

My fiancé and I have lived here for 2 years now and we absolutely love it. We have the two bedroom layout, which is very spacious, with two decks that we love to use when its nice out. The grounds are landscaped really well, utilizing the natural surroundings to create a beautiful community. The laundry room is always functioning and clean. The pool and gym are connected which I utilize while my laundry is being done. I work out a lot so its nice to see a fully functioning gym with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment like treadmills. The complex is tucked in the back of a very active area, so it feels peaceful and far removed, but actually very close to shopping, movies, and restaurants......which is awesome. I can get a lot of things done in my day, but still feel like I'm coming home to peace and quiet. The management and maintenance crew are the ones that really make this place. Super friendly and productive crew, I've never had a problem getting things fixed or done here. Honestly, I recommend my complex to people all the time and have actually had a couple friends come live here. Overall, it's a very clean, friendly, and quiet community. For the price you cant beat it.....im sorry.... you cant!

Large living area, Pet friendly, Good neighbors, and field where my kids can play. All in all love it here.

Great location, affordable , lots of amenities !

Aspenridge apartments is a great apartment complex. We have lived here for almost 2 years now, we enjoy it very much. The management staff is friendly and super helpful. The laundry room is close . The pool is really nice in the summer. It is close to shopping , community center and library. Bus line and schools nearby. For this area you can beat the price.

Great Place to Live!

My wife and I have lived here for over a year and a half now, and it's great. The grounds are well-kept, maintenance always responds quickly to requests, and the neighbors are all really nice. 10/10 would live here again.

Great management

Friendly management can be one of the hardest things to find when renting an apartment. Aspen Ridge has excelled in this department! The property is located in a great spot, close to main roads and shopping. The 2 bedroom units are very spacious!

Helpful and Friendly Staff!

Came to see the property and saw a show apartment. Jake and Lynn are so kind and friendly! I thought the show apartment had kind of big furniture and decorations so it made it look smaller, but I was able to see an empty apartment and it's actually pretty big! Hoping to rent here in the near future!
