I have never been more than happy in an apartment complex. The front office is so sweet and accommodating. Maintaince is always on top of EVERYTHING... shoot I may never leave here. :) You should move in asap if you're looking in Broken Arrow!!!

Donna and Emily are truly the best when it comes to it. They are always super friendly and caring. The staff as a whole are quick, knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Amazing place to live, it's a quiet neighborhood and the apartments themselves are in amazing shape and decently priced for what you are looking for.

Very nice place to live. Have been here for 8 years, and have been super satisfied. It has a great playground, work out room, pool for family, quite, and very pleasant for the most part. I've lived in a 3-bedroom apartment at Aspen Village Apartments for quite a few years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. To be honest, I did NOT want to live in an apartment. I was trying to move into another apartment, but they were giving me the run around after I had been approved and everything. I was just trying to get things in order to their specifications before my move in date. The day of my move in I was still unable to move in due to their lack of communication. After arguing I turned to Aspen Village, who got me my keys in hand within 2 HOURS!! This community is close! I love that EVERYONE in the office makes you feel like family. I love that they keep up in the know via text, phone call, AND email!! Residence for the most part are very friendly! My grandkids loved the community events they have held over the summer! They had a Mother's/Father's Day thing in the office! We even had a POOL PARTY w/food, drinks, music, AND games!! We had so much fun!! You have to come check them out! Donna, Eric, and Emily, the office staff, and Chase, the maintenance manager, are oozing with CARE & LOVE for this community!

Donna showed us around and she was very informative and professional telling us all we needed to know about the units and all the amenities. The pool was so sparking clean I could have dove into it right then. The renovations look absolutely terrific. And the units themselves were very clean and roomy.
I've lived here for around a decade and there have been different mgmts but all have been nice and the maintenance is really cooperative and takes care of things in a timely fashion. I recommend this place to everyone. Noel & Sheeba
i enjoy living here. The staff cares and it shows. No matter where you are on property you have room to walk, sit and relax. The pool is well kept and drinks are offered by the office all the time. The maintenance is quick to respond and treats us nicely. Jennifer and Donna are always availbile to listen and even just sit and visit. For sure a great place to live.

I recently moved in and they worked very hard to ensure my apartment was ready for me as I needed it by a certain date. It was important to them that it clean/ready and I really appreciate that. I love the complex and appreciate the staffs hard work. They have food trucks that come on specific days and the food is great. They have dog parks set up throughout the complex and there are numerous cleaning stations with baggies and trash cans, which makes it easy and sanitary to clean up after your pets. Thanks!!

My husband and I value the way that the owners of the apartment complex continue to invest in the upkeep and quality of their property. Since we have lived here we have seen the trees being trimmed, the parking lot being repainted, potholes being filled, and the repainting of the outside of the building including the shutters. We love the pride that the staff has for the property and its residents by sending out reminders for everyone to be responsible for their dogs from being on a leash to picking up poop. As well as reminding everyone to keep the grounds kept clean of any trash.

When I moved out I expected to get my deposit back because I left the apartment very clean. I found out that I owed money. I inquired as to what was so bad and they told me no one gets their deposit back. I could have left it in horrible condition and that would have been ok. Other than that, it was a nice place. The ladies in the office were very friendly and nice to talk to. If you move here, don't expect to get anything back!!

The staff is very friendly. Only thing I didn?t like was how thin the walls were. You could hear neighbors having a conversation outside and the people below me were very loud up until midnight sometimes.
