Aspen Ridge Apartments

Don’t live here if you can avoid it. It’s difficult to get anything fixed, and parking is a literal nightmare. The spots are so small cars hardly fit. Visitor parking? Almost nonexistent and so poorly marked you car will get towed without warning. Repairs are terrible, temporary and often done without competence. The property isn’t that well maintained, and units aren’t fully cleaned or set before you move in leaving a ton of work for the tenant.

i just renewed for my 2nd year, They redone my hall to my apartment and looks better. Buildings are old but they are finally doing something. maintenance trys and the office staff is nice. I recommend good for the money

I have lived here going on three years now, and seems to be getting much better. Pool was open this year and the staff is nice. Also, doing work is a plus!

Terrible, loud parties. People throwing trash all around. Loud cussing and swearing. NOT FIT FOR KIDS! Run down interiors. Worst of all - MANAGEMENT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS! Nasty, mean neighbors. They spit on your windshield when you drive by.

So were moving from Muskegon to Kalamazoo. We thought aspen ridge was a great find. So we drove there to check it out. We loved the outside. They looked updated and well kept. We were showed an apartment that looks like someone just moved out that same day. They're were stains all over the carpet and it had such a nasty smell. The pictures don't look like anything that they have posted online. If youre interested in looking into moving into aspen ridge, save your money and look elsewhere. Theres so many other apartments in kalamazoo that are in the same price range and offer a better living experience.
