Very quiet rooms with an amazing view. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to call home. I have been staying for only 2 short weeks but am convinced it’s a perfect place to set up.

After two years and six months I continue to find Aspect on the River a welcoming place! The staff is consistent and helpful any time I have needed. I do like the trash removal procedures, they call valet removal! Downtown Canton is very close and has several restaurants, bars and community events. Nearby walking trails offer plenty of exercise within a very short walk! People friendly place to live!

Everything is good, except for the cost of my apartment! Rent is way to high! I know it's in line with comparable properties in the area, but they're too high to!

Aspect on the river is a great place to live. Very close to great shopping and food like The Mill on the Etowah and downtown Canton. There is a great sitting area and grills around back.

I like the location! Close to restaurants, shopping , outdoor park and hospital with good management team on site! Most amenities (except pool) but there is a YMCA pool across the street!, that’s great!!

From the minute I set foot on the property, I fell in love with it. The leasing office staff were wonderful and so helpful with every step of the application process and have continued to be since we moved in. Any maintenance concern I've had has been quickly acknowledged and logged as a maintenance request. The complex is great! I cannot say enough about the administration, maintenance and location. Admin always responds promptly and does what they can to help, maintenance fixes everything within a reasonable amount of time and the complex is located within walking distance to everything.

The residents are nice. The staff is helpful as well. All the appliances work and are in good shape. The location is good. A walkable distance from a lot of necessities.

Quiet, modern, and the leasing staff is very helpful. Updated appliances in my unit, which is definitely a plus. I've noticed a few bugs here and there but it hasn't become and issue yet.

Going on my 3rd lease. Experience here has been great. Walking distance to the Mill is a fantastic advantage. During the summer a lot of events go down and parking is a nightmare.

Over one year ago my move from Jasper to Canton, Ga. I found Aspect on the River convenient to local restaurants, parks and shopping. The property offers workout space, office space, outdoor grilling area with updated units! Very good staffing, pleasant service and efficient!

Enjoy living here, but am still concerned about how high rent is! Keep hearing from different sources that rents are coming down in Metro Atlanta. Very difficult on those of us living on fixed incomes!

theres a few things that are pretty run down like the elevators but otherwise i love this community as well as how close the complex is to downtown canton. very walkable area, very good complex for a family to stay in.

I love the large doorways throughout the apartments and building. I love that the apartments are renovated with all new appliances and floors. I love the trash pickup service they got for us. One thing I miss is that there is no pool. I love that the friendly office staff has remained constant since I moved here. Most other places the staff are constantly revolving. I get to know the staff and they remember me. They are always nice and move fast to address any concern I have had.

Aspect on the River is a fantastic apartment complex. The area is what truly makes this place what it is. The Etowa River is right behind the building, downtown canton as well.

Good staff! Efficient and capable. Convenient location, no major traffic problems. Relatively quiet. Near parks! Restaurants! Shopping. Pet friendly with small dog park available!

I like the way the people who live in the apartments treat you they're so nice to me and my spouse and my dog likes it here too the only thing that I found wrong is that the washer may need to be work on and the apartment may be small but it's more than enough room for the two of us

It’s nice place. Close to lots of shopping. And near good schools. You can make friends with your neighbors. You can walk to the grocery store. There’s pretty parks.

Continue to enjoy living here, my only concern is the value I get for renting a tiny one bedroom apartment! The staff is polite and responsive, the grounds, and building are kept clean. Communication is very good about maintenance and property issues. Response to concerns or needs is handled in a timely fashion!

The one thing that I love about living at Aspect on the River is the convenience. From everyday needs and toiletries at the CVS and Walgreens to groceries from Ingles or Publix to any type of restaurant of various cuisines (burgers, pizza, casual dining, mexican, italian, and everything in between) to specialty stores (clothing, arts/crafts) and service centers (car washes, automotive shops, gyms), IT IS ALL RIGHT HERE! Most within walking distance! The school bus comes right to our front door. I love this place! The hospital is ten minutes away. I appreciate how clean the corridors and community areas are and I am proud to have visitors because of how well kept the apartment complex is at all times. The best thing of all is the thoughtfulness of the staff. They make the residents feel special by providing donuts or grab-and-go breakfast and other treats just as a an occasional thank you. The staff is friendly and very responsive. My experience at Aspect on the River has been amazing!

This is simply the very best apartment I have lived in for over the past TWENTY FIVE years! No kidding! Twenty five years!! I though should add it also is an adjustment or transition as well. I lived in a house. Nonetheless, the location is close to so many things, the staff is efficient as well as friendly. The efforts to improve the property are quite evident. Simply a good rental experience over the past eight months.

Very nice staff! Community feeling with other residents in the building. Always kept clean and offers valet trash services. The building design is cute as well and living here has been wonderful.
