Drive 21 miles south along US-23 from Columbus and you’ll happen upon Ashville, a charming town of just two and a half square miles that’s a quiet setting just a short drive from the big city. Despite Ashville’s modest size, there’s a lively community here that frequently makes headlines for annual festivals like the Fourth of July celebration and the Viking Festival. Residents enjoy a close-knit community, affordable homes and apartment rentals, and a rural, laidback atmosphere.
Many residents head into Circleville for a greater selection of stores and shops. Drive another 16 miles south and you’ll find yourself in an expansive collection of national parks and state forests. Columbus is just a 30-minute drive away should you want to counter the outdoors with a day in the city.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ashville Court
Very responsive, whole process was super quick, great price, apt is nice and clean, very quiet, friendly management who cares about keeping the complex a nice place to live.
Apartment is very clean, quiet area. Staff is very kind and informative
The apartment sizes are large for a very reasonable price! Quiet and clean complex, the management was super nice and got us in VERY fast. Our apartment was clean and freshly remodeled!
I got a place 2 weeks after i applied, communication wasn’t a problem, everything was done in an efficient manner, and everything that needed fixed in the apartment got fixed as soon as i brought it to their attention. Very quiet, and close to anything you could need in Ashville
Told by a few and reading reviews had me leary. However I needed a place in Ashville. So I took the chance most reviews were old. And I heard it is under new management. The apartment was very clean and everything worked. So the new management must be on it. I am very happy with my new apartment. I would recommend it.
Yeah so I paid the landlord for a background check and to continue the process being super interested, asking questions. For some reason they don’t have additional photos and as soon as I paid for the background check, there was no communication and kept getting “I’ll check again tomorrow”. So yeah didn’t even make it past the application phase. Do not recommend.
We have lived here for the term of our lease and have received no communication from our landlord. We asked for our outside deck area to be finished and never once did we hear from him. We asked for our window to be repaired and it was just screwed in from the OUTSIDE. you get what you pay for that's for sure. Our apartment didn't have a washer and dryer hook-up and we were told it would have one. Other tenants are walking the streets at night and are constantly slamming doors and arguing outside. Not a good place to live, spend the extra money and move somewhere else. Landlord does nothing except walk the property and smoke and then go to the store to get more cigarettes. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
