Amazing!

Absolutely Perfect! We love it here. Everything from the management staff to the landscaping is on point. Our townhome is beautiful and very spacious, not to mention the amenities the property has. They are always doing things for the community such as coffee & donuts, trunk or treat for the kids and our favorite, the food trucks that come out quite often. I can't think of anything negative about living here at all!

WORST place to live!

If you want to live in a place where management is constantly getting on you for meaningless items like snooping their your back porch to look for tiny pieces of trash so they can fine you and squeeze more money out of you then this is the place for you!! New management took over and they are extremely rude and just want to get as much money from you as they can. I asked them to wear a mask when they came to change out the filters in my home and they refused to wear one and said I could do it myself then and walked away. Their office keeps closing because they keep getting covid which is not surprising since none of them wear masks or do proper sanitization. They show off the pool but have extreme limits on when you can come so it is pretty much worthless unless you don’t work during the day. Please don’t live here. Management is writing false reviews to boost their ratings and I promise you if you talk to any of the residents who actually lived there they will tell you the truth.

We are truly sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the service provided by our community team. We strive to provide everyone with the best customer service possible. It is stated in your lease under the rules and regulations what is acceptable on your patio. Unfornautely trash is not allowed. We take COVID very seriously we must sanitize our office multiple times a day. When we enter a unit for any reasons I assure you our staff members wear a mask and are instructed to do so. The office was only closed for one week when our Clarksville staff had COVID and we notified our residents that the office would be closed but we would be working from home. The only other time it was closed for a week was during the snow storm. Due to COVID for the summer of 2020, we were under strict guidelines to open the pool during office hours only so we could keep track of the maximum capacity that we were allowed from the local and state guidelines. Our staff is not allowed to make false reviews as this goes against our policy. If you have any questions at all, we encourage you to please contact the leasing office. :)

Best place ever!

I absolutely love this place! I have lived here for over 8 months and its amazing! The staff sends out important messages we need to know and have friendly resident events every few months. I love the fire pits the most! I enjoyed them on cold nights. Its peaceful by the woods. My home was clean when I moved in. Maintenance was quick to address any issues that I have.

Beautiful Home/Property

I moved in about two months ago, and I could not be happier with my home. The staff is friendly and inviting, and they have answered every question I have quickly. When I looked at pictures online, they matched exactly in person. I absolutely love my new home. Maintenance has responded to my issues fast. Just everything I must do is made simple, easy, and I feel more involved in a property than I ever have been. My only complaint is that all the food trucks are making me fat lol I would recommend this property to any one interested in finding a new home

Avoid at all costs

Before new management took over in the beginning of 2020, this community was amazing! Previous management maintained a tight ship and kept it incredibly well maintained. Any issues were addressed promptly, and the leasing manager lived on site and genuinely cared about the “presentability” and security of this neighborhood. In comes new management and everything has gone so far downhill. I can’t begin to list the number of issues, from trash around the property, cameras that don’t work, management requests to take pictures of other residents violating rules (including not picking up after animals), consistently broken or backed up trash compactors, a broken gate, inconsistent lawn care, having to ask for public trash cans to be emptied when they’re overflowing, complete disrespect and rudeness from office staff... the list goes on. They’ve also refused to wear masks when entering homes for maintenance. When approached by residents about the issue, they’ve responded 1 of 3 ways: dismissed the issues, claimed they’re doing the same as previous management did, or told residents that they can put in their notice if they’re unhappy. COVID isn’t an excuse to neglect property management. We are ALL dealing with the effects of COVID. They are so preoccupied with things that residents don’t care about, including food trucks and toys in the contained dog park. Yet they can allow piles of dog excrement, numerous cigarette butts, and piles of trash outside the compactor to pollute our property. Unless the management company changes, stay away from this property at all costs!

Please look somewhere else

This management is TERRIBLE!!! I can not speak enough bad things about this place. The townhouses are beautiful but you will hate the constant changing of rules and hypocritical statements from management. They will add on additional fees for no reason and give you no explanations besides “you’ve always been paying that but it’s under a different name”. Please do not live here

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE

I know this please looks great but I beg you to not live here, you will deeply regret it. New management took over this year and has destroyed this place’s reputation. They have so many monthly fees that make no sense and they will not give you an explanation for. They make you pay a monthly fee for the gate but the gate has been broken and left open for months now. They make you pay monthly for pest control but only will spray your place once a year. Your base monthly pay is based on location but then they will continue to charge you $45/ month more “for your location”. They needed to come into my home for an inspection and filter change and refused to put on a mask when I asked them to wear one if they were coming into my home and just handed me the air filter to change myself. If you have a dog then PLEASE do not live here. They mow the grass once every two weeks and the dog park can go over a month without being mowed. They also have been refusing the change the dog poop bins “because there are household items in them” even though we only use it for dog poop. They are terrible to work with and have no compassion or heart in their work. If you look up the other places they manage then you will realize they are a poorly run business. Please there are so many other places to live I beg you to not live here!

Thank you for your feedback about our community! However we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while living at our community. We try to make it our main goal to treat every resident fairly and with the upmost respect in all aspects of residency. I assure you if you have contacted the rental office we have gone over your charges. We do not make anyone pay for the gated feature of our community. The gate has been broken because each time we fix it, someone has managed to hit the gate and the gate box. Everyone pays a $3 monthly pest control fee. This goes towards your quarterly pest control that everyone receives. The previous management company charged a "view fee" for having no neighbors behind you. We took over all the charges that they gave us that you have been paying since you moved in under the last management company. Our contract with our mowing company is to get mowed ever 10 days. Unfornautely it has been a rainy season and the grass is growing quicker then it should. I assure you we do not refuse to change the dog waste stations as we change these as soon as they are full regardless of what is in them. Fantastic Environment

I'm so happy to come home to Ashton Ridge at the end of a long work day! The property as a whole is impeccably kept. The staff is welcoming, receptive, and prompt with any inquiries. Recently they had family movie night at the pool which was amazing, my daughter loved it! Maintenance is top notch, so professional. I've been at other properties that left me feeling uneasy when having maintenance addressed, but not here! I couldn't be happier!

Great Place to live

These townhomes are so spacious, unlike an apartment. The grounds are well maintained and the dog park is very useful for the doggie residents. The staff has always been very pleasant to deal with. Excited to be a part of the Ashton Ridge Community

The application and move in process has been great! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and always helpful. My family and I are excited to be a part of this community!

Moving to Clarksville

My fiance recently accepted a new job in Clarksville TN and we moved from Cookeville TN, we had a difficult time trying to find a nice apartment for a good price. Once we toured Ashton Ridge, we knew we didn't have to look any further. The place is beautiful and has all the amenities we were looking for. We couldn't have asked for a better place to live. Everything about the move in process was flawless and we are very happy with our new place!

First time renting...amazing

Jena Mcelderry: I couldn’t have asked for a more smooth transition into my first time renting on my own. The employees were all so welcoming and beyond helpful any question I had was answered immediately and politely. The maintenance crew is fantastic, proficient and beyond friendly. On top of that the two homes are gorgeous and WELL KEPT! So many places in the local area do not up keep their apartments / townhomes and the crew is rude but this place is one of a kind. Truly happy to have found Ashton at west creek!

Great place to live

We just moved in and everything went very smooth. I very much enjoy the amenities in the community, the pool, dog park, and the park for the little kiddos. The neighborhood is very family friendly and military friendly. Definitely worth it.

Great location

The apartments located in Ashton Ridge at West Creek is strategically located Central to the Downton area, Wilma Rudolph Blvd, and multiple shopping districts along Tiny Town Rd and 41A. The apartment itself is in good condition with ceiling fans in each room. The leasing office staff is extremely helpful and will accommodate your needs to make you feel at ease and comfortable.

Ashton Ridge

I've lived here for almost a year and haven't any problems. Community had a lot of kids so it get noisy at times. Landscape is well-maintained for the most part. Employees could interact more with residents by holding more community events and building a community house. I don't like the apartments are too close and I always hear when my neighbors close their door.
