Ashton Pines Apartments & Townhomes

Disposal for the sink had apparently had a leak. Moe was extremely kind and quick in getting it replaced and resolving the issue. Thank you guys a ton!

I recently toured this apartment community and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, Dave and Kelley made us feel incredibly welcome. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, answering all of our questions and providing detailed insights about the property and amenities. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the units were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining a high standard of living here. Thanks to Dave and Kelley’s exceptional hospitality and professionalism, we left the tour feeling confident that this is a community that truly values its residents. Highly recommend checking it out!

My window in my living room had a leak, which ruined the dry wall surrounding it, Matt came out and took a look at it and was back the next day as well as the following fixing it all up! I appreciate him so much!! Matt is amazing and always does a wonderful job! He actually cares about the quality of work as well as it being done timely. Thank you Matt I appreciate your hard work and it was a pleasure having you complete this project with care!

I love living here it has been a pleasant experience for the past year and look forward to stay longer. It is nearby to my son’s school and in the warm months I can walk to his school and shopping center as well. Thank you to KO and VB for always being helpful and nice to my family. We are look forward to the pool opening this summer and the maintenance is always very quick to help

MM was met for the 1 st time since I moved in 01/04/24. I entered the office with a letter from my son's dr stating the removal of the carpet, duct cleaning & filter replacement was required as an inclusion of his Asthmatic treatment plan. He heard my concerns and immediately came to my unit to remedy them. Some things are pending, but I'm so glad to have met him and to have him address the issues in my unit. He is phenomenal and is a man of of his word. Thank You Mr MM & his team!

Thank you khadija kelly and vivaldi for your help putting in service requests for me and translating. It is very nice because english is not my first language you all are very patient and make life easier. The community is lovely i am happy to be a resident

I Lived here for a year it has been nice and perfect me and my brother and father the staff is helpful we had issue with our ac and they came to fix it in 1 hour and changed the filter. Thank you AP team ko KS MM VB and AR and MW

I am coming back for the second time to a 2 bedroom KS and Ko have always been nice and keep the community beautiful. mw AR make sure they always help us

My sister and I have lived here for the past 1.5 years and have always had a great experience with the leasing office staff thanks to MW KO KS and AR. The maintenance team is always quick to respond I had an issue with my water heater and they replaced it quickly while I was at work and did not leave a mess. Thank you team!

This is my second time coming back to Ashton Pines. This is a nice place to stay. I heard the pool will be opening back up this year so I'm exciting to take a my little guy there and the new playground the have specially for toddlers. I want to thank maintenance MM, Matt, TB for making sure my place was nice before I moved my stuff in. All of the office staff is nice willing to enter any request that I ask to be put in KS, KO, MW, and AR. I am happy to call this place my home and would recommend to anyone that this is a great place to live.

The community of s welcoming I walk my dog around and use their dog waste bins there is also a bike trail one minute away that is very long thanks to the office KS and MW I am so happy to be here VB And KO

My brother lives at AshtopnPines and had a medical emergency outside of his apartment. The Ashotn Pines maintenance team was there and got my brother the help he needed. It's great to know that there are still really good people willing to help at a moment's notice. Much appreciation to TS, MM & MW in the front office. Thank you!!!!!!

Living here Will be so wonderful. The landscaping is beautiful. The parking is very easy. I have no problems in my apartment. Thanks to KS and kO. I have had such a wonderful experience here thanks to VB.

The Ashton Pines Was amazing during my move in, VB & MW explained and simplified the process and made it easy. MM was quick to resolve any maintenance concerns. It's a beautiful community and laundry room is convenient!

This place has been a great place to live. It’s really nice to have the space outside too! We have had a few pretty standard repairs needed and the gentleman that’s helped us on numerous occasions has always been quick kind and understanding. We have had a pleasant experience with everyone here and really appreciate living in a community that cares.

Timmy did great today installing a new dish washer. Appreciate the hard work he did this morning.

Recently we woke up to no heat at 4am. I called the emergency line left a message. My call was returned very quickly. Not even 20mins after the call Mathew was knocking on my door. Even that early in the morning he was so nice and explained the problem and everything he was doing. Heat was fixed in no time. Very pleased with his service.

I have lived here for almost a year. This place is nice. I plan on staying here awhile. Kelly abd micah help me all the time

In the time I have lived here it has been nothing but enjoyable. I love the neighborhood and they keep it very nice and do things all the time to make it even nicer. Kelly is so amazing in the office and responds to whatever you need very quickly and is so nice! Matt and Onio also do a very good job and fix everything very well and in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here.

I recently just moved into my apartment a couple days ago and it is just what I expected and what I was told it would be. Spacious and clean. Christina helped me with everything so that the process of getting in was very smooth. Very happy with my new home. Highly recommended.

I drove by the office about a week ago and was greeted by a young lady named Kelly. She walked me through the process of getting on the waitlist considering a one bedroom was not available. I don't like the fact that I have to pay $349 just to apply to a waitlist but Kelly has made it seem worth it. I will be applying here soon. The area looked well kept and I seen people working on the pool looking forward to becoming a resident here.

Very nice townhomes at a reasonable price. Management was helpful with the application process, starting from the very first phone call. Maintenance technicians have been quick to respond and correct any issues. We hope for this pleasant experience to continue.

This place is not maintained properly and falling apart cracks in the wall and ceilings big problem with ants and rodents. And maintenance never wants to fix things.

Rats, pests, poor customer service. They also frequently fail to give 24hr notices and take forever to make repairs if at all.

I recently applied for an apartment with Ashton Pines. I called and spoke with Taylor. She was amazing and extremely helpful. I appreciated that a lot. Hoping this is a great fit for me.

Madeline was very personable and helpful in looking for a 4 bedroom. She took her time explaining everything and sent all the info needed within 20 minutes!!

By far the worst most disgusting place I have ever lived. I had a nice infestation.. I’m an extremely clean person and they were no help. Everyday they would come in and find dead mice on my floor and still could not offer to move me into a different unit. When I finally took the loss and left, the amount of mouse droppings left behind was more than anything I could of imagined. You would have thought it was a floor design. These mice are not afraid either these are city mice. I would be sitting on my couch after a long day of work and look over and see one sitting there. Just hanging out. Worst complex in Columbus. They do not care about you. And the main girl in the office is extremely unprofessional.

I lived here 15 years ago for 7years. I saved enough money to buy a home The pool was massive before they filled in half of it. I lived on the front side towards Derrer rd. I loved it! It was quiet office never bothered anyone. They always kept tons of flowers planted. Always had activities for kids at pool area.Great times!

Dont do it! This place isn't worth your money. Filthy. Bedbugs. Roaches. Mice. Overpriced. Maintenance just "rigs" things instead of replacing them. Pool never open..even on 90 degree sunny days. Staff is ridiculously rude.

Been trying to get rid of rats for the longest time. Everytime I call they said they’ll be sending someone me out next week. Next week comes and they never come.

I remember when me and my family first moved out there back in 2009 and they had bad mice issues that they never took care of it was very nice at first and they apartment space was a lot of room. But if they didn't have mice and the rent was decent we would have continued to live there.

I would recommend Ashton Pines to anyone looking for a nice place to move. This is a nice, quiet community that is conveniently located close to grocery stores as well as a variety of food places. It is a quiet community, the townhomes are nice and roomy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. -Kelsey G.

Ashton Pines is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone. The fences in the backyard are recently redone(LOVE THEM). It’s near many different things within a 5-10minute range. Such as gym, grocery store, Hollywood casino. Staff are always on top of things. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Ashton Pines townhomes are amazing! The staff/management are very helpful and friendly. The townhomes are beautiful inside and out. You rarely hear noise. Also the neighborhood is very nice and convenient. We have a Kroger’s, as well as multiple fast food restaurants, a gym, and more just down the road. -Kelsey G.

Apartment itself is amazing, the staff is amazing as well. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Animal friendly as well. Maintenance is always on top of things. LOVE the fenced in backyard, and the walk in closets is a big bonus.
